Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

This place has been consistently good this summer for take out family meals. They've increased their gluten free menu to include not just pizza, but buns, wraps, chicken fingers, and quesadillas. All prepped in a separate dish and cut using clean/separate knives. The spinach salad is good, along with the Hannah Forest and Godfather pizzas.

The food is always good and I love that they have lots of gluten free options for my daughter. The gluten free pizza is very tasty.

Ordered pizza for take out. Toppings were good but unfortunately was disappointed in the non fresh pre made crust. It tastes like its been sitting on my counter for 5 days. I assume it comes from sysco or something as I've had this crust other places before. Have been there in person and the people are nice though!

Met a friend here at their suggestion for lunch. Menu fairly extensive with sandwiches, salads, and pizza options. Service slow, and the place wasn't very busy. Big space, with small take-out area with a few tables downstairs, and more expansive upstairs dining area with table service. There's also a bar. My eggplant parm sandwich was cooked perfectly. Eggplant lightly fried in olive oil. Marinara sauce was flavorful and ample mozzarella melted on top, and the sub roll was fresh. 84 Court Street has an outdoor deck, which might make it worth checking out during the warmer months for a Friday night meet-up for drinks and appetizers. Nothing special, but in the twin cities of Lewiston-Auburn, with limited, non-chain options, this is one place I'm be willing to offer a second chance to.

This is, by far, my favorite place... probably ever! It's a rare gem where not only is the food awesome, but the service is also incredible! My family has been eating there for over 2.5 years now, and we've made our way through everything on the menu a few times over, and not once have we ever been disappointed. They set the bar very high for amazing service!! Nicest people around! The only problem I ever have here is choosing what I want to eat. It's all so good, and they're often add something new to try!

The family went for dinner the other night. It was great. I didn't realize it was more than just pizza. I was thrilled to see gyros, souvlaki, and several other greek favorites. I went with a gyro because I can never turn one down. It was really delicious. The tomatoes sliced at the perfect thin-ness, tzatziki was wonderful, exact right amount of onions/lettuce, and the beef was excellent. The kids loved their food, too, and I appreciated the kids menu being more than just a grilled cheese. The owner/operators were incredibly friendly and they made us feel right at home. We cannot wait to go back, have some beers on the patio, and try one of the many specialty pizzas they offer (mainly the Margherita). I'm also pretty sure I saw some baklava as we were leaving.

I'll admit, I didn't have the pizza, so it may be unfair for me to review so favorably without trying some of their menu. I--along with three other people--brought job candidates here and had great Greek food. I had the gyro and LOVED it. The pita bread with tzatziki was delicious (I'm picky). The manager/staff were fantastic, attentive, and accommodating. It's tough to come by that sort of service nowadays, and it said a lot about the establishment. You wouldn't expect such good Greek food at a pizza place, but don't discount it.
