Extremely nice employees & delicious food! Small, little place with mostly outdoor seating. The downside is no public restrooms but the food is worth it. I had the hot lobster roll which is on the traditional bun but instead of the mayo mix it's hot with a butter mix. Seriously delicious. Melts in your mouth delicious. I definitely recommend it. The fries are also nice and crispy. All around great experience! Plus, this time of year is nice and quiet.

Greek bistro? I wasn't even aware. In the heart of the touristy bit of Rockport, Bearskin Neck Bistro makes its home. As far as I'm concerned, they serve all sorts of fried seafood. The place is small and though there is seating outside, it fills up quickly. Service is solid for a location that might as well be a fast food stand. However, they seem to have a tendency to not stock enough fish for their Fish and Chips. They luckily have a supplier right next door and often do just that, but it seems silly that they sometimes have Fish and Chips and sometimes do not, especially because Fish and Chips is probably the best item on their menu. Weirdly enough, if they tell you they don't have any more, hang out a bit. They might just get more. To be honest, as far as fried seafood fare goes, Bearskin Neck Bistro does a fine job. The seafood is all very tender, probably on account of how fresh it is. The seafood is also lightly breaded and delicately fried. Pretty impressive. For a touristy spot, prices included, Bearskin Neck Bistro is pretty good. Greek bistro or not.

Went today and had a terrible experience! We ordered a car salad sandwich (that was advertised to come with fries) and a fish n chips... We paid, then waited.... The staff was yelling at each other, the fryolater broke so no fish n chips! They offered us another choice so we ordered a lobster roll and they made us pay an extra $2! The served us our sandwiches and Coleslaw which we did NOT order or want. When I looked at my receipt they had actually charged me extra for the French fries which we didn't even get!!! Then charged me extra for the Lobster roll which wasn't what we ordered! Then miraculously the fryolater was Fixed in time for the next customer to Order!!! We were never apologized to And we will never ever return. Poor service, overcharging, this is a terribly run establishment. Stay far far away!

Lobster roll was very little lobster. At $15.00 it was very disappointing. Go across street and get a WHOLE lobster for $2 more would have been much better. I would not go back

The food is nothing to rave about. The customer service is concerning, however. I ordered a chicken kabob salad, which was listed at $8.95. I later noticed that my receipt said $9.25. I asked the server, about it and he said that the menu price was wrong. I asked if I could please get the difference, because they said they had no plan of changing the menu. (It's only 0.30, but still.) A big deal was made by the manager and I got my money back, but I won't come back. Also, a customer asked if they use fresh or imitation crab meat, and they said fresh. We just saw the cook open a can of imitation crab meat and put it on a roll.

Great, authentic Greek food! Cannot go wrong with a lamb gyro! Give the spinach pie or baklava a try. Good selection of desserts, hot soups, salads, wraps, and all kinds of sandwiches. Friendly and cozy place to eat.

Went here because I didn't feel like waiting in line across the street. After I had my food, I considered waiting in line across the street anyways. The food is typical New England-style bland lobster, etc. Not much seasoning, not much character. Seemed fresh, but the portions were also tiny.

Really horrible service! Teens at the register don't know what they're serving. Then they closed (at 6:30) midway through cooking our order and shit their doors while we waiting outside for our meals. Then when it came the veggie burger was inedible
