Great Italian food. Nice atmosphere. Great service. Staff were all business and super friendly but with a good balance. They allowed us to enjoy our meal without rushing but also didn't make us wait as we had 3 kids with is. The food was excellent. Authentic Italian American food. Lasagna was excellent and if you like good beer try the local Mayflower ale. Excellent.

We live in the Pinehills, We have ordered pizza many times & also for family events, good, not great, but convenient . The last 3 times that I picked up the pizza it was not ready. I paid & was told it would only be 5-7 minutes. I said OK and told them I'd wait in the lounge or near reception, because there really isn't any where to stay near take out. The first 2 times I waited, & waited. Finally after 15-20 minutes I stood & waited at take out & when someone came to the counter, I found that the pizza was sitting on top of the oven. This last time I was told it would be done in 5-7 minutes. I made a point of saying,"will you let me know when it is done, I'll be right here?" 'Sure, we will, no problem'. After 12minutes, watching people go in and out before me, I asked,'Is my pizza ready?" Then one of the customers that had left about 5 minutes earlier, came back in carrying a pizza, said it wasn't hers, but she didn't do anything to it. The pizza maker behind the counter said to me,"oh this one is you're, ha,ha, I made a mistake", and pushed the pizza towards me. I was pissed, but not as pissed as my husband. Their Manager, Donna got the pizza back, and we won't be going back. Their pickup system is awful How can they let a pizza go out the door, come back in the door & give it to another customer?!?!?
