Since Dominos changed their recipe, their pizzas are damn good. They have become our go-to pizza joint. We always get the hand tossed, regular sauce pizza which has a tangy sauce and a little garlic on the crust which makes it unique and very good! Prices are good and on the rare occasion they make a mistake they take care of it for you. Hats off to Donald, the Manager there! Runs a good shop and takes care of his customers. Keep up the good work !!!

This occurred on Sunday July 12 2015. Delivery one: I ordered one pizza which was delivered - When I opened the box, it seemed like the pizza box was dropped because all the toppings were at one corner of the box. I called to let them know what had happened - and they promised to deliver a second pizza. Delivery two: This time around the delivery guy did not have the courtesy to hand delivery the pizza. The pizza was left outside my apartment on the floor - god knows for how long.I called them again and profusely thanked them for their professionalism and took an oath to never order from them again. If you like you pizza on the floor filled with germs - Go ahead and order it from the Dominos Franklin MA store. I can only imagine what their hygiene protocols are for preparing and delivering the food items. Not my taste.

I love this place. We order from here about 1 time per week and love it. The online ordering bit is our favorite- just order, pay, and go pick it up! We also love their M-Th deal on Large pizzas. Occasionally, 1 of our typical 3 pizzas will be a tad wonky- either overcooked, or the like, but overall, it only happens rarely, and we looooove the pizza there. I think it is a combo of yummy pizza, nice people, and decent prices. I highly recommend you try it. Is is a lot different than the Domino's of yesteryear!

it's domino's nothing special xcept the cinnamon stick and the parmesean bites. pizza is meh but we used to order delivery often enough and last time we tried ordering the they said they don't deliver to us and now won't deliver anymore to our area? no thanks domino's.

If I could post a ZERO, I would. We ordered Chicken Parm; which lacked flavor and 14 piece bbq chicken "wings" which was burnt and lacking of flavor. But when your pizza is bland and tasteless, why expect other food items on there menu to be passable.

The delivery driver, David, is awesome - I honestly think that's why I keep choosing Domino's over all the other local delivery places. He's friendly, punctual, ever-so-helpful, and always comes prepared with napkins, plates, extra cups, seasoning packets, etc. The guy's just downright reliable. The food, however, is continually a disappointment. There are some foolproof items that I always go back to... In my experience, Domino's pizza is Domino's pizza wherever you go - it always tastes the same, and by "the same" I mean not other-worldly, but acceptable. However, other items generally miss the mark. I decided to try the BBQ fully loaded chicken today, the toppings were completely charred - no cheese whatsoever, it was burnt to a crisp. The chicken was dried out. Downright awful.

it has been years since i had a dominoes pizza. i was swayed by their commercials to give it a try. i paid $28 for a large steak and cheese a small cheese. not only is it very pricy, but they pizza didn't taste any different. maybe few more herbs and spices, but unless you're starving it tastes bland, at best. oh, and they now charge for delivery ($2.99 i think it was) i guess to pay for those commercials... i feel bad writing this, but you guys missed the mark on this one.
