Wow.... Great sub. Way better than your typical sub shop like subway or ones similar. Fresh high quality meats. Fresh bread fresh ingredients. Cash only.

Between all of the hard-core Republican bumper stickers, the ice-cold attitude I got from the guy working, and all the misspellings (you mean 'fried' not 'fryed'?) on the random posters scattered all over, this place gave me a really bad vibe inside. I ordered the chicken caesar sandwich and it was OK (chicken was dry but whole sandwich was a great size - even though it cost $10). I don't think I'll be back for the fact I don't feel welcomed by the guy (owner) and he seems like a jerk. I can get better food with friendly service elsewhere in Everett.

Cold cut factory makes the 2nd-best subs I have ever had. This place destroys Diblasis, the square deli, dom's sausage in malden, etc. etc. The homemade bread taste great and the sandwhiches are quite large. Although prices are about $2 more than the average prices in the area, the food is worth it! This is ONLY place (in the area) where the sandwich has excellent balance and texture. You will be able to distinguish every component of the sub. Feasting on subs here is a dining experience. I think I might get one tomorrow!

Sausage lentil soup is top notch. All the other items such as the pizza, stuffed peppers, beef stew , turkey chili, Italian wedding soup and anything else that He decides to make is made with fresh ingredients .No corners are cut in this place, as far as subs go... Special Italian w/ fried eggplant, chick salad ( nobody does it better), pastrami or corned beef w/ spicy slaw, chicken Super sub( or eggplant) are all out standing sandwiches. All one size on fresh baked french bread and He uses Boar's Head exclusively.

This place is solid. The italian here may be the "best" according to the sign out front, but it is a pretty good sub, not the best. The meat is good quality, and the bread is excellent. However, the toppings are overwhelming and mediocre. Subs including the fresh mozzarella here are very good, but the quotes everywhere are also overkill. Overall, good selection, variety, and quality. Kenny is a boss behind the counter. Check out how these guys feel at this site: subsandstuffboston.com/2… Heed the cash only warning.

This place is bomb kid. Seriously. Kenny makes food that gives you an emotional reaction like you just ate Momma's best home cooked meal. Even his negative reviews all state "best subs around" so even if you don't like the "homey" atmosphere (TV blaring, lots of interaction while you eat, cheaply framed Bruins pennants, old pics of Bobby Orr, etc) the good is some of the most satisfying you'll ever eat. Love this spot!

Went on a friend's recommendation, huge selection of sandwiches, pizza, soups. Ordered the italian, one size, cold cuts sliced to order, freshly made bread. Toppings (onions, tomatoes, etc) very fresh. The sub was very filling and one of the best I have had in awhile. Will be going back. As far as the owners attitude, seemed pleasant enough, chatted with him for a few minutes.

As far as subs go, this is the palce to go, always fire trucks and cop cars around, so you know it's good... He only uses the highest quality ingredients, and verything appears to be home made, like nonnie used to make... Don't go in making small talk, or trying to change things around with the owner, Trust me, he will have none of that. I've heard him referred to as the "Sub Nazi" . So Walk up place your order, and step to the left... Be prepared for the best Sub of your life

this guy makes great sandwiches, a pit pricey but he uses high quality ingredients.

I want to be greedy and not share this secret with you. But, the better person in me told me I should... This place is AMAZING. Everything a deli should be. Super fresh ingredients, quality meats and cheeses (Boar's Head), great prices (about $10 each), friendly service. So why only 4 stars Tiff? Well, I am that girl that wants more than just a sandwich. And no, I don't want potato chips. I want pasta salad. So minus 1 star for that...and no seating. But the sandwiches? definitely 5 stars! There were so many combinations scrawled all over the walls and on the counter...I couldn't choose. I eventually settled for a Prosciutto, tomato, mozzarella, and basil. (see pic). The flavor was slow at first but bite after bite it developed on my tongue. While delicious, the Prosciutto was a bit too fresh for my liking. Too fresh? Is that possible? Well, for this meat, the dry-curing process is important to the final quality of the ham. It can take years to produce a quality Prosciutto. Hence, it was too fresh. This meat was very moist and lacked the dry, salty flavor that quality Prosciutto has. Maybe it was just this one leg that hadn't hung quite long enough? The only way to know for sure is to try it again in a few months, and I will... My friend got the Italian tuna. It too was delicious. A few tips: 1) ITS CASH ONLY (go to the ATM in the store next door) 2) There's only one size sub. No fancy breads either. Choose your meat and cheese and move along. 3) No seating. You don't have to go home, but you cant stay here.
