    This bk is awesome!! I don't know why the bad reviews. I come her in the am all the time and they are so nice. My food always come out hot and fresh. I've never had any problems with this location. I've been here so many times and have never had a bad experience as opposed to other bk locations. Thank drum hill bk.

    People were waiting in line for 20 mins them another 10 mins for the food. Miguel the manager had to intervene and ran things smoothly the girl in the register was a hot mess didn't now anything if it was to go or to stay .crazy half hour ever

    Oh man... went to this place on the a saturday, didn't want to wait in line at the drive through, so we went inside. BIG MISTAKE. This place was wicked dirty on the inside, at least 3 tables had not been bused. They ran out of large cups, and that seemed to have everyone confused. The cashier which was 7 months preggers went off to find cups and left a line of 5 people waiting... Only to return and be like, "we don't have large cups". So instead of a refund, they offered a medium cup and a small cup, to make up for the size of a large. It was just a mess and it took forever to get the food. The only time I might go back to this place is when I go through the drive through, but I definitely will not go inside again....gross.

    Things have changed, and I liked them better they were- they shouldn't have fixed it. Within the last year, they've made some renovations I really just don't like. They used to have several round tables and adequate but not blinding lightning, now they have renovated to a retro-50's style atmosphere with much less table space and booths (Wonder how they handle the lunch and dinner rush volume now) and it also much darker This Burger King has also changed it's policy regarding it's hours, it is now open 24 hours a day and you are supposed to be able to get a Whopper anytime, So, why when I was there at 5 or 6 in the morning was I told the broiler was off and they couldn't turn it on yet?

    I cannot believe I'm writing a review for a Burger King. Not much to say here other than its a guaranteed poor experience every time I decide to come here. The soda machine is always out of most flavors, or just doesn't work at all. Icee machine never dispenses anything but warm liquid. Speed of service is always junk, and food accuracy is usually wrong. Dining room is dirty. The only saving grace here is that the food is decent once you actually receive it. Go somewhere else.

    I know I shouldn't expect much from Burger King. But the last couple times I have been there, the onion rings have been ice cold and soggy, and today my whopper was the same. I modify my whopper so I know that it wasn't sitting under the heating lamp waiting for the next unsuspecting person to order a regular whopper, yet it was still cold by the time I got to my work 5 minutes away. Come on BK, give me the hot crispy rings!

    After an impromptu bachelorette night, I had to drive to Milford NH for my cousin's baby shower (awww). It was rough. I tried to find the Wendy's off one of the Billerica exits, but ended up driving to who knows where. I needed salt and fat: stat. Back on the turnpike, I drive drive drive (sweating of course...it's almost 90 out and hangedover) and find another fast food sign; this time: Burger King option. Mmmm...I had a minute dream of the classic chicken sammich (mayo chicken iceberg. perfect). No cash, so had to step inside. Scary people there on a Sunday noon time. But whatevs. I was focused. Chicken Sandwich meal please. Okay, here's the best part, guys. I get my small cup (which I swear has actually been reincarnated into a large size soda cup) and head to the soda machine. In case you were wondering what pairs well with your order ... the soda machine actually lists out the various beverages you may wish to consider with your meal. The sign seriously says: "Dr. Pepper -- pairs well with ... " Wow. I wanted it my way, so I ignored the stupid machine. Seriously, BK?
