I love TCBY. I love the ones in Alabama at least. The ones that have everything they advertise. I go onto the TCBY website and see all the things I want. Peanut butter sauce mmm. Cheesecake froyo yum. I drive to the store only to discover that they only have 4 machines so they don't make the advertised flavors only 4 they pick. Pb sauce? No go. The girl behind the counter was very nice, so that's a plus. But they didn't have the flavors I wanted nor the toppings. If you're going to open a franchise it needs to have everything the same as the business plan advertises. That's how a franchise succeeds. This was a huge disappointment but whatever, I went home and made my own pb sauce that was divine!
