I've really come to love this chain sports bar restaurant. I'm a chicken wing lover and I'd like to think aficionado, and these wings rock! They are cooked well...no rubber band chewing gum wings here. Nor are the burnt beyond all common sense. They're just perfect. My favorite sauces are the teriyaki and Honey BBQ. I finally had the fried pickles for the first time ever, anywhere and they were superb! They tasted like they were coated in a corn meal based batter, because they had a great non oily crunch to them. The fried potatoe slices were a good addition but we're not especially a stand out. The restaurant was lively and the staff was upbeat and spoke with energy. You just don't know how important that is until you go someplace where the staff is lifeless and hate their jobs. Way to go BWW!!

Wow! Server messed up order and after waiting forever the wrong items came to table again!! Not having the time or patience to wait for another mistake I asked for the ticket and thats the best part of the whole experience!! Still had to pay for the items I neither wanted or ate!!

I never thought I say this...but things are not well at Buffalo Wild Wings....My husband and I needed a place to go during the day where we could get a bite and a beer or two. They serve Guinness so I was in and we both love ribs. I'll admit we had a bad experience when we first went several years ago and it took us some time before giving it another try. We ordered traditional wings and we were set...happy We started to bring our young son, we still sat at the same table in the bar (I prefer a hightop any day) and there are games (though now only video golf). It became our go to place for family night out. I've discovered other places locally through Yelp and so we haven't been to Buffalo in awhile. I was sad and or confused that several of the staff is gone and management too. A longtime manger that was there in the beginning whom had left and then recently returned was again gone and I only recognized the bartender....I always liked this place as the staff was always chatty and they knew your names...our new waitress Kelly was great and everything you could ask for in a waitress, which I took high notice of..... Okay back to the food...I've tried many of the items on the menu and none stand out to the degree that I would say delicious...The wings are good i like that they have a large sauce selection, sometimes you have to tell them you want celery and they offer carrots too. We always order a new item from just before the Superbowl. the pretzels. These soft pretzels are the same you'd get at the ball park, soft and chewy, slightly salty and I recommend the sweet mustard dip. On this trip I ordered my son, the cheeseburger kids slammer with onion rings, I ordered the pulled pork slammers and our guest ordered twelve wings with two sauces. Oh man...the burger looked dead and the cheese looked like a plastic triangle that was a slapped on afterthought. My pulled pork was drenched in way too much sauce and I couldn't even pick them up. The sauce looked like a side order as there was so much of it. I've ordered these in the past and always enjoyed them. I told the waitress an she admitted that they have had that problem lately with over saucing. I called the manager over and he was wishy washy at most....in all honesty in the past the rating would have been better, but we'll see what happens with this new team of players...I'll give them another shot, but it won't be for awhile

Most of the other Buffalo Wild WIngs I've been to have been a fun and tasty experience. This location is extremely sub-par in regards to service. The campaign to "ID EVERYONE" at this location is excessive. I invited my 61 year old father to lunch after working on my property all morning and they refused to serve my my father, after I showed proper ID, because he didn't bring his wallet with him. Who, in their right mind, refuses to serve a beer to an old man who doesn't get around as well as most others? You insulted me, and my dad, by not serving a beer to an old man who had been busting his tail on a hot day. The fat girl who was acting as bartender, Destiny, seemed to concentrate more on talking with her friends at a side table than giving us proper service. It took her approximately 5 minutes to even greet us. Even though we asked for a few minutes to decide on what to eat, it took no less than 10 minutes after that for us t get her attention to order. Once again, she gave her friends at the side table plenty of attention. WE felt like we were bothering Destiny by wanting to order our food. There were other customers that came in after we sat down who were served their food BEFORE we got ours. All we ordered were wings. She never checked to make sure that we received the correct order and that it was of acceptable quality...and I never saw her wash her hands after handling a broom and dustpan. I am giving 1 star because the wings were pretty tasty The Spicy Garlic sauce was better than expected and the Jerk sauce was sweet and spicy leaving a nice amount of "after heat" on the tongue. Washing it down with a Summer Shandy was quite delicious. However, I wish Destiny would have served it with a lemon...as you're supposed to. I had been to this location before and hadn't had very much of a problem, other than the excessive "ID EVERYONE" rule. MY food had always tasted fresh and had plenty of flavor. The beer tasted fresh, was served correctly, and complimented my meal very well. Plus, I don't normally review unless the experience stood out in one way or the other. I recommend that you teach Destiny how to be a bartender. A good bartender can make a customer's experience OUTSTANDING. However, Destiny failed miserably. I will come back because the food here i generally acceptable. However, if Destiny is my bartender I will ask for another. Sitting at the bar, watching the big screens, is one of the main reason I enjoy BWW. I left 10% tip because I know servers need those tips to make their wage even out. But if I have another experience like me and my father did....especially with the complete disrespect about the ID...I won't leave a penny. Please correct the problem, BWW Management.

Buffalo Wild Wings in Houma is like Buffalo Wild Wings in any town America. It is fun, loud, tons of food, and a place to watch sports on TV with the buds. It is nothing spectacular, but there are not that many places in Houma for a group to gather and be loud, eat wings, and watch the game. Your options are here or Hooters. Not two bad choices.

This is not my favorite place at all. My husband loves wings and usually goes to hooters instead but by choice of his coworkers we ended up here. I've eaten here a handful of times and I am never impressed by the service or the food. The food doesn't usually agree with my stomach. For a guys perspective there are 30 tv's around this place so sports are unlimited.
