Hmmm....visiting friend on Northshore... desire food before we head back across the bridge. Walk in...totally empty...one table with 2 adults and 2 children...that's it. One waitress sitting in booth...doesn't acknowledge us...another comes out of kitchen delivers pizza to one and only table.. walks by us and returns to kitchen...no hello...no I'll be right with you...NOTHING!!! We left...now we see why you are empty... sheesh.

When we walked in at 6PM, there was only one table taken and there was no food smell. It smelled like cleaner. We found that odd. Our server was playing on her phone when we needed drink refills. The gourmet pizza was good, but the pepperoni pizza was just okay. I had a Groupon and gave it to the server with my credit card. She went to the back, came out and said that we couldn't use it because the machine was broken. We had to pay full price. She lied and said that the manager said that we couldn't use it. I found out later that there was no manager there. We won't be going back to this restaurant because there are other pizza places that are just as good or better.

Gourmet? Definitely not. New Years Eve we decided to get five pizzas from Isabella's. We bought a cheese, pepperoni, spinach & artichoke hearts, BBQ chicken, & lastly Isabellas special with everything. The cheese was non-existent, the cheese pizza looked like a piece of leather by the time my husband got it home (5 minutes from store.). The cheese all tasted like cheap "plastic-y" cheese. The sauce tastes like there was no effort made, & tasted like tomato paste mixed basil. This pizza was way overpriced. I'm willing to pay for a good product, but I would rather eat cheap store bought Totinos pizza than eat this pizza. We spent over $100 on pizza and everyone in my 7 person family agreed we should've waited the hour wait for Papa Johns.

Tried the Isabella Calzone and pizza marguerite and an itlalian salad. Our waitress was very attentive and sweet. Salad was very fresh and dressing very good. Calzone was excellent and the pizza was too. Would come back for sure.

This is my second favorite pizza place on the Northshore but the one we go to the most. The pizza is 99% fabulous, only every once in a while it's "not as good as usual" which usually means the crust is too doughy. They have lots of topping choices. The sandwiches are good too (on yummy pizza dough bread), especially the roasted eggplant with red pepper mayo. I am addicted to the spinach salad (spinach, feta, dried tomatoes, diced fresh tomatoes, mushrooms and red onions with a raspberry vinaigrette.) The ceasar salad is just okay, the ranch style gluey dressing kind.) I've never tried the pasta but the appetizers are pretty good too. They also serve wine and beer (and have a full bar, I think.) It's a versatile place- good family place or date night or work lunch.

We ordered pizza for delivery tonight NEVER AGAIN. 1 hour and 45 min., a lie from the store that they could not deliver because our street was flooded, a trip to the store with two children and then no apologies and even a combative employee on the line at the 190 store-- They finally delivered a old and cold pizza. No apology and I still had to pay for the disgusting pizza. I will be cancelling the check and will NEVER again order or eat at any of these locations. I will also tell everyone I come into contact with that these people do not care about their customers or their product.

Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country.
