My daughter may have a different opinion but overall still pleased with the food and the service. Especially because we got there on a Friday evening when it was a typically busy Friday night. However, I never felt like we were neglected or overlooked. The one item that I ordered that was "meh" was the potato chips (appetizer). The only thing that was rather strange was the fact that management would come around to check and see how things were but they never really introduced themselves. So, if you didn't figure out who they were you'd just think they were some strange person wanting to ask how you were enjoying your meal. I think it would make more sense for them to say something like,"Welcome to O'Charley's! I'm ________ your manager. How is everything going on tonight?! Is there anything that you feel we could improve upon or like to share as a star quality in our food/service?" Something that makes you feel like you're someone who really counts would really make a difference! :) Overall, I'm still pretty happy with their menu and service and will go again.

Worst service in town. I have been here at least a dozen times because there is always somebody who has a group deal and they pick this place. I have yet to have a single good service experience. Potato soup is good but the food is pretty generic and nothing special while the prices are pretty high for what you get. Definitely not worth going to.

My first time at an O'Charley's. Recently renovated, always packed. Had lunch here on a Wednesday and was very surprised. I had the chicken strips with the potato twists, and the wife had chicken pot pie. Realizing this is another in a long list of Sysco inspired chain restaurants, our food was very good. Wife said her chicken pot pie was better than Marie Callendar's and KFC's. My chicken tenders were tops as well. We came on a Wednesday and everybody gets a free slice of pie valued at $3.99. The peach pie was very tasty. Nice decor, friendly service. IMO, way better than Applebee's and Chili's.

Went out for a night w/out the kids for a simple anniversary dinner. Staff was very friendly and prompt with refills all night long. We enjoyed their happy hour 2 for the price of 1 draft beers. Ended up with 4 12 oz glasses for the price of $5.98. Not too shabby. Also enjoyed their made from scratch lemonade, a different twist! Our appetizer was the twisted chips w/ queso. They came to us over cooked and weren't that appeasing. We got the $9.99 platters, chicken strips w/ twisted chips and fish w/ popcorn shrimp. We were very pleased with the tenderness of the chicken and fish. And the twisted chips with the chicken came out perfect. So it's hit & miss on those. The basket of rolls is always good, soft, moist, and hot!

Stopped by for an early afternoon lunch on sunday. New sign outside and it looks like they made a few asthetic improvements. Ordered a beef dip sandwich with fries and salad. Salad was wilted and tasted refrigerated. Sandwich was good. Fries were ok. The silverware was dirty on 3 occasions, based on just the silverware being dirty they get 2 stars. If silverware is dirty I wonder what the plates looked like before the food was put on top of it? Hmmmmmm.
