I ordered surf and turf. The medallions were over cooked the first time. Second Time they were spoiled. The gator bites were tuff. The fried pickles had set under a heat lamp until they were tuff. The corn nuggets, however were good. The beer was good and cold. I won't return for food again. The manager told us that he had tasted the first round of medallions and he thought they were sour too. He told me he would take my meal off the bill however when we got our bill he had taken my husband's meal off instead it being the cheaper one

Wow! The food was incredible. My wife and I had the smoked brisket. It was slow cooked and so tender. The taste was delicious. We loved the sweet potato fries drizzled with caramel sauce. The mac n cheese was homemade and very tasty. They brought hot fresh loaves of bread to the table. It just melted in your mouth. My kids had the sirloin and NY strip. They said they were cooked well and very good. I also had the chili. I like all types of chili and this was very good as well. This place just opened a month or so ago. They were busy, but we didn't have a wait. The staff was very nice and did everything to make the meal great. The owner, CB, even came around and introduced himself and checked on us. Great place to eat! Five stars all around. Place was very clean and nice atmosphere.

Hands down the worst service I've ever had a restaurant anywhere. There was one other couple in the entire restaurant but it took ten minutes for them to acknowledge us and give us a seat. That aside, our waitress took our order and assured us our appetizer would be out in ten minutes or less. I decided to time it. So she leaves our table and starts a 5 minute convo with the couple across from us, then finally takes back our order.. After 23 minutes our appetizer finally comes back. Ten minutes later our horrible waitress returns to tell us she misplaced our order, and asked us to give it to her again. Another ten minutes pass and a man I assume was the manager comes by and informs me they don't have what I ordered. I URGE SNYONE NOT TO EAT HERE.

Excellent Food and Service ~ Teamwork seems to be the key. Ask for Kay. The sweet butter with the crusty bread for starters was an intro of a lot more good food to come. The Gator sandwich is tasty but doesn't bite back, not fishy or too strong of a flavor. Appetizer platter was the perfect start.Banana peppers and mushrooms were our favorite. Overall: Pleasant atmosphere, great food, generous portions for a good price.

I enjoyed a great Brisket Platter here, and loved the Carolina Sauce, too. Service was friendly and helpful, and atmosphere was woodsy and rustic but very clean. A worthy stop if you're passing by on I-75!

Nothing fancy, hit the spot since we didn't know what we wanted for food. It's 9 pm and it was still busy. Food was okay. My husband complimented the chop steak. I saw some drinks walking by that looked good. But did not indulge. Would return if around this neck of the country.

Great service, very nice staff. Lots of food. The fresh baked bread was to die for. The brisket was a little saltier than we like however there was very little fat and it cut like butter. The fried pickles were great. Location was perfect being so close to I-75. We would go again.

Thought we would try this place with some friends from out of town. Appetizer was fine then everything went wrong. Didn't receive what we ordered, food was over cooked, tried to be nice and just eat it, but it was too bad. Then the Manager argued with us about making it right and didn't want to take it off our bill. Had to get an owner involved. Owner finally made the bill right but took a lot of discussion. When you order chopped steak with a hearty mushroom gravy, you expect exactly that. Not an over cooked hamburger patty with over cooked sautéed mushroom and onions on top. After I commented that it was dry and no gravey, they brought me a watery brown gravey (instant) in a dish. The owner says that's a hearty mushroom gravey, not sure who he was try to convince, but I definitly know better. Manager was horrible and arguing in the middle of the restraunt with me. Very disappointed,, we were hoping for another good restraunt close to our house.
