Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Really nice place near the circle in Bardstown. They have a very small focused menu. Italian inspired. The service was a little off. I was given someone else's pizza. Our waitress rushed back to the kitchen and came back out with the same pizza and handed to the couple next to us. She assured us that my pizza was in the oven and that the tickets just got crossed. My gf had her penne and it was very good, albeit not piping hot. My pizza arrived and it was really good it was missing a few things that were listed on the menu but it was still good. I know these are things that really bunch peoples panties. It seems like some reviewers just look for reasons to be unhappy. I'm in it for the food. If the food is good, I can tolerate a busy restaurant. If the food sucks or the wait staff are rude, that's something to bitch about.

Service was good but pizza beat out the salads by a lot. Like we are done with pizza. Then The Caesar salad had bacon bits on it big no no. The Margarita pizza was a poor cheese pizza with a caned sauce taste no basil no fresh mozzarella. I've had better five dollar pizzas. Only reason I give it two stars is the staff was very nice and quick with the drinks

Yummy place to eat in Bardstown! We had thin crust pizza (they have small and large-large was way too much for just 2 people). It seemed authentic, our server was nice and friendly, they had a big TV (to watch basketball!), draft beer and was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend and go back!

I tend to give out 1 stars sparingly, but this one deserves it. What we had: Pasta Romano (1/5): The pasta was overcooked, and the sauce was rich/heavy so the whole thing was soggy and completely unappetizing. Menu said the pasta would have mushrooms and spinach, but instead I got arugula and the mushrooms were missing. Penne Calabrian (1/5): Again, overcooked pasta, and the whole thing was oversalted. The menu did not list shrimp as an ingredient, but the cook decided to put it in there anyway. My boyfriend does not eat shrimp. Not cool. Baffles the mind how the the cooks do not know what ingredients are supposed to go in what dish. I mean, really. On top of that, it took a full 15-20 minutes for us to get menus and water, despite there only being 4 tables present. This place was a total waste of money.

One of my favorites for Italian food. Fresh, prepared per order, clean and inviting. Everyone is very good with their customer service skills. They make you feel like you are wanted, like a member of the family in a manner of speaking. The food I've had here is tremendous. Right down to the tiramisu for desert. Highly recommended to our tourist.

Thin crust pizza was excellent - a perfect little spot for lunch if you happen to be passing through.

Nice dining out back. Pizza was good. Menu was very limited.
