Located in the Purdue Union right next to the entrance coming from Stewart, this spot is popular during the morning and afternoon rush of students getting their morning fix to get them through those long arduous lectures. However, because of the high demand of a quick high, there's usually a large staff to fill the said desires of crazy college students which makes the line go pretty fast. The staff is pretty chill and friendly and have never had a problem. Their goodies counter is clean and constantly refilled as is their condiments table. Tables and counters are pretty clean which is always a plus especially when dealing with drinks and food. So for those looking for that fast fix of caffeine, I'd recommend this Starbucks.

Great place to get coffee for late night homework at one of the nearby campus libraries.

The service here is always really well. It is always busy because it is a prime location for students to get their quick fix of caffeine. They always get my order correct which is not always the case at different locations. Overall, I would definitely recommend this coffee shop.

Very disappointed. Refusal to use earned rewards coupled with poor customer service adds up to a disgruntled and discouraged customer.

It's usually always busy so no surprise it is campus, but the fact that multiple times I've had a lukewarm drink kinda makes them lose points. I order a caramel apple cider or a chai tea and both times they aren't the right temperature. Do I want to burn my hands off no, but in this cold weather I'd like something to keep me warm at least when I drink it.

It's half and half here for me. Sometimes coffee here is just what I need to pick me up, and sometimes they completely miss the boat. I admittedly have a handful of dietary restrictions and ask a lot of my drinks--sugar-free and soy, specifically. However, I feel that Starbucks is supposed to be set up for very specific drinks. That's their schtick, isn't it? So when half of the time I get whole milk and sugary syrups, my diabetic lactose-intolerant self isn't too lenient. It depends on the time of day you go and how much patience you have if you're willing to ask them to correct your drink one or two times (on a bad day). Like I said, there are days when they're quite good--but I have to weigh my chances before I go. Additionally, gold card members: be aware that they are not able to offer gold card rewards. The only reward they offer is eliminating tax for individuals with a Purdue ID.
