Fazoli's is an Italian-American fast casual restaurant chain headquartered in Lexington, Kentucky. It was founded in 1988and is now owned by Sentinel Capital Partners. As of 2015, there are 213 Fazoli's located nationwide. The restaurant chain specializes in Italian cuisine and dishes. Carl Howard is the company's president and CEO.

I loved this restaurant. We were passing through town and stopped for dinner. The building was three times the size of ours back home. The waiter "Josh" was everything you could ask for in a waiter. The apps were great. I ordered a stuffed chicken Marsala. The chicken was the best I ever had in a Olive Garden. The garlic mash potatoes on the other hand was stone cold in the center. I told Josh and he apologized. The manager came out and also apologized. She asked if I wanted anything else instead. Nope just my mash potatoes. 5 minutes later josh brought out a replacement mash potatoes ( not with the Marsala or mushrooms on it. Just plan. Stone cold in the center. The manager followed about a minute later with another dish of mash potatoes and said that it would be better with the toppings. I agreed. But that dish was hot on the outside. Stone cold on the inside. I told Josh. He apologized again and got the manager. She apologized and I got a free meal. Other that that it was a really good place.

We met for a family birthday. I was pleasantly surprised by the renovations when we walked in, truly updated. We were a larger party and most were seated when we arrived. I provided our last name and got a clueless stare and was asked if I was sure that was the name and was asked several other last names. I then gave all the first names- still nothing. No offer to look and see if we saw them- we ultimately texted a family member to please come get us as they were so unhelpful. Out waitress was subpar at best. In our group were 2 vegans, one with significant diet restriction. A special menu provided including gluten free options- and an eggless pasta dish with vegetables- perfect we thought! When the food arrived they had substituted another pasta- when questioned she said that's the only gluten free. But it contains eggs- the dish was refused. They should have checked prior to substitute. The drinks were slow, the alcoholic drinks twice as slow. The other meals overall were delicious. Not certain we will return to this location, the service needs updated with new look to be successful.

Just so you're aware, a chocolate martini at O.G. is a tiny bit of vodka and a whole lot of choc. milk. We should have known better. We dined at Italian Gardens across the street (great Italian food) but they no longer serve liquor. We wanted a dessert drink but basically paid $16 plus tip for choc milk.

Explore three new tastes on one plate with the new Taste of Tuscany. Choose chicken or sausage plus two extras, starting at $10.95.... Please i ordered the chicken and got 2 silver dollar bites.....thank god i had salad to fill up with..then again i had to bribe the waitress to come back....

We arrived at about 6:30 pm on a Friday night knowing that we might be up against a long wait because the parking lot was packed. Hostess said 15 - 20 minutes wait for our party of 2. We were brought to our table before the 15 minute mark by a smiling hostess who gave us a quiet table in the back. Mina was our very friendly waitress who took good care of us bringing warm breadsticks refill without asking. We had a bottle of red wine, two of the new Taste of Italy bites: olive risotto balls & a shrimp tempenade. ( I'm sure I got the names wrong) Endless salad with shaved parmesan cheese. I got the mushroom stuffed ravioli with a nice sun dried tomato / cheese sauce. No dessert was needed as the sweetness of the wine was enough. We were full without being too stuffed to walk. As "chain" restaurants go, this Olive Garden does a good job of taking care of it's patrons. The timing of our dishes coming to the table one right after the other didn't allow us the time to savor each one like we wanted but each was good anyway. One complaint - no wifi - had to wait to Yelp check in after dinner in the next parking lot. Added pictures and review later at home.

When the moon hits your eye like a big pizza pie, that's amore! Thanks to the couple of years I spent working at the Lafayette OG in college, I can sing that whole song to you, as well as the Buena Festa birthday song, on queue. The birthday song may or may not have happened recently at a friends party. ANYHOW. The OG is the only restaurant I ever worked at where I did not get tired of the food. I was always impressed by the amount of stuff they actually hand make in back. Those sauces on the pasta? There are people in the back at the crack of dawn making those from scratch. The awesome minestrone soup? Same thing - fresh cut vegetables were cut up in house and that soup was made right there. The amazing alfredo sauce? Giant vat of butter, cream, and parm. Mmmmm...... We come here a few times a year, as my waistline can't handle more than that, and I'm never sad about it. The service is always good, as is the food. If you haven't had their black tie mouse cake, you are missing out on an important part of life.

Probably the worst experience I've had so far at an Olive Garden.. I can't believe because of budget cuts there's no peach in the peach Bellini anymore.... Really? Tasted like water and the table behind us had the same complaint. There was no one around us yet they were on a wait. Our server, whose name I never got only had 1 table and couldn't even take care of us... Our drinks were watered down and the breadsticks took forever. The glasses and plates were disgusting, covered in water spots and lipstick... Doubt I'll ever go back. New renovations doesn't go for the food or experience.

While the food was great,as usual, the lunch I thought would be enjoyable was not. We happen to be placed by the kitchen and had to listen and watch arguing employees the entire time. They could not distinguish work and drama. Horrible

Went on lunch and was out in a timely manner. The service was good and good was great!! I had the chicken parmigiana sandwich which you can get a half for $7.99 or the whole for $9.99. No brainer I need a full sandwich!! It comes with fries soup or salad!! What a deal. My coworker got the same deal with the whole meatball sandwich!! They came cut in half so we swapped of piece of each ... And OMG ... Those sandwiches were . Soo good. I still had leftovers to give to another coworker. They have remodeled this certain location. It's more of a upscale itialian feel now.. Really pretty!! You will enjoy. Can't forget the little chocolate mint at the end.

I hate going to chain restaurants and Olive Garden might be the worst of the bunch. The only times I ever go to an Olive Garden is when I get dragged there. I usually order the unlimited soup and salad because the dressing is actually pretty good as is the minestrone and pasta fagioli. However, this last time, I convinced myself that the food must have changed in the past 10 years. So I thought to myself, what is the one thing that any place that calls themself "Italian" cannot mess up. Spaghetti and meatballs. So that's when it arrived at my table, I was surprised to see that it was served with a meat sauce and not a marinara. Talk about meat overload when you consider the 2 huge meatballs that accompanied it. And the excess of meat only accentuated the complete lack of flavor of anything. The meat in the sauce and the meatballs may have not been meat at all but rather a meat substitute because it lacked any semblance of texture or taste whatsoever. The only reason it gets 2 stars is because the service is excellent. Ask for Tamara. Fast, friendly, accurate.

My experience with any Olive Garden has been hit or miss. This was the first time at this location. I usually go to the one on the south side. This time the service was good but I was not impressed with my meal. I ordered the chicken scampi. The noodles were way overcooked and the chicken was tough. This visit was a miss in my book. I think I will stick to the south side since I have had more hits than misses there.

This was very good for a business lunch. The service was prompt and very attentive. The salad, soups and pasta were almost comfort food as we got work done around it. The only weak link was the bruschetta that was unite tasty but runny.

There are always good and bad visits to any restaurant, be it a chain or a stand alone wanna be. One can spend well over a C-note at a dining establishment that offers a prix fixe menu. You may get what you think is worthy, maybe not. While I agree this is not Italian in the sense of items offered, the breaking of bread and sharing of the meal is. The Italians have always had the precept of fresh ingredients, simply prepared. This is difficult to achieve with mass prepared meals. OG tries, but lacks the kick that could set it apart. I assumed the parpadelle pescatore would have a broad, flat noodle. It wasn't quite wide enough, missing the idea of being the vehicle to carry the dish. The flavor of seafood was there, and the clams were fresh. Thumbs up for that. + Polenta Shrimp. Creamy polenta, tasty shrimp and a savory puttanesca sauce with olives, caper and tomatos. Not bad for a chain + Parmesan olive fritta. Cichetti of cheese and olives, fried. Good idea, but lacking in presentation. The citrus aioli complemented this well. - Menu has too many offerings to carry the Italian ideal. - Really, piping hot bowls to serve a cold dish??? That's a big negative.

We came on a Friday night expecting there to be a big line. But we didn't have to wait too long so that was a good start. Our waiter's name was Dominique and he was fabulous. Whenever we come to Olive Garden we typically get the same thing so we know what to expect. It wasn't different this time either. I got the five cheese ziti alforno and it tasted as good as ever. The big thing about eating at Olive Garden or any other chain restaurant is the service. If you have a waiter or waitress that really cares about what they're doing you'll have a great experience if not it could be terrible. Also, make sure to tip your waiters and waitresses well if they deserve it.

Stay away the hosted was rude, the server was awful. Our food was put where they were stacking dirty plates. When they got to serving us it was cold. My plate was dirty and my wife's had food from the dirty plates all over the bottom of her plate. I refused to go here until this trip after getting sick after a meal. Several others in our party got sick also.

While there's nothing wrong with this Olive Garden, there's really nothing right about it either. It's just like every other OG you've ever been to -- decent, unoffensive, but also unimpressive. For a real Italian experience with ambiance, character, history, and better food, try Italian Gardens, across the street: 8336 East Washington Street Indianapolis, IN 46219-6818 (317) 898-7333 Anyway, that's where you'll find me. And as a special bonus, that's where you won't wait to be seated, you won't end up sitting behind a gaggle of giggling teens, and, as a special bonus, you'll leave with your soul and your stomach intact.

I normally don't like going to a chain restaurant but there are a couple places I dont mind coming to and this is one of them. The bread sticks are heavenly and if you are a seafood lover I suggest you try the seafood Alfredo.

Well, my rating is going to be harsher because I'm married to an Italian. The stuff I've tasted from him & his family is out of this world! So, the OG has some mad competition. We went there for dinner and my husband ordered his favorite- fettuccine Alfredo. He was hugely disappointed. It was so dry and overcooked (gotta be Al Dente!) that he had to have it turned back in to the kitchen. They brought it back with a little more sauce, but still, we could've made it better at home. I had an eggplant parm, but it was ready so fast and I thought it was microwaved. It tasted pretty fake. :/ But of course, gotta love the salad & breadsticks! Probably wouldn't go again though. :(

Have again: the steak gorgonzola was delicious and would have been 4 stars, but the picture and the real dish were not very similar: the 4 steak medallions were quite small. But the dish was very good. Also, the chicken/pasta soup was delicious and rated 4 stars. Three stars because of the inaccurate menu picture.
