Overall a clean, well-lit, enjoyable location for coffee. Baristas for the most part are super friendly, and the product is always the good quality I expect. The space could use 1 more big table, and at times the chatter can get a bit sophomoric, so keep that in mind if you are coming in for a business meeting. That said, it's a new hangout for me to get work done, so obviously I'm quite fond of it.

This Starbucks was always good to me in the days when we lived nearby. It was on my way to everywhere. Hello, drive-thru! As efficient and quick as any average Starbucks, in my experience. There is a nice enough cafe area, even a couple of comfy chairs. No changing table in the restroom, alas. The trouble here is in the parking lot. Small and oddly shaped, cars are always having trouble maneuvering about. There is almost always someone guiltily occupying the handicapped space, looking around defensively as they wait for someone to vacate another space.

Waited for more than 10mins to get just one drink. Not so good cause I was in a little hurry, wanted to back my car and leave but couldnt because there were cars waiting behind me.

Simply a cup of cheer this Starbucks is the best and truly out does themselves. I expect this type of service from a stuggling small business - not from a corporate coffee shop. Cannot get enough!

Love this starbucks! They are all very friendly and respectful and accurate with my order. I try to go to this Staarbucks as much as possible over others.

I've been coming here religiously every day for 3 years. I always do drive through because parking lot is small. Never had my order wrong. All employees are cheerful. Remember to show your love and tip these dedicated baristas.

I love coming to this particular location because it's right by my home. I recommend the new cold brew drink! It taste very good and since I'm watching my weight lol its low on the calorie count. I also recommend the mocha frappuccino. It tastes amazing. Everyone working here is always smiling and has a great positive attitude.

Customer service is good. The bathroom is always dirty. But I would come back. I like to spend time with my friends there because it is quiet and the free wifi helps me to study and use my laptop.

Tiny parking lot! Was planning on a sit-down breakfast; that didn't happen. Ordered coffee at drive through, and was rushed forward without being asked if there's anything else I'd like to order, in fact I did. The rest was okay. Next time, I would only do drive thru here if necessary.

This starbucks remains one of the most efficient drive throughs in the morning. There are very few hiccups and they never run out of chocolate chip cookies like other stores. Friendly staff that works hard to get me a nice coffee. I go down the street to Star Bakery for my croissant though. They are bigger and cost 75 cents compared to the outrageous price of starbucks. Homemade too.

I love coffee shops AND black coffee AND green tea AND the starbucks card!! I came here on a Wednesday evening to get some work done and my mission was accomplished..yay...I loved how it was soo empty when I initially got there so I was able to sit wherever I wanted and it was quiet (ppl started to trickle in later, but it wasn't too bad... still enough seats for everyone and with my headphones on, it was good.. ppl weren't too loud...)!! :) pros: coffee, green tea, not too packed so no trouble finding seats, friendly staff, free wifi, outlets to charge your electronics, clean, good atmosphere to come here with a friend to chat or to come alone to just study.. cons: smaller sized starbucks, not as many comfy chairs or "fake" fireplaces, they are only open until 10PM :( ... it's ok though because there's a dunkin robbins (I think 24hrs) next door so you can just move locations...walk & burn those calories!

Gotta love a Starbucks w/ a drive-thru! When the 2pm drag hits, this is a great Starbucks to hit up if you're out and about! My husband ordered a Venti black coffee to the tune of $3.44. Pricey, but he got the jolt he needed to keep up with his wife and three year old son, so it was well worth it!

This starbucks is one of the worst locations I have ever been to! Almost every time I go thru the drive thru they get my order wrong. At first I didn't even realize it until half way until I got to work, now I start checking immediately. One time the lady got my order wrong so they had me pull to the front to bring my correct order and they still gave me the wrong coffee! And I get very simple drinks from the menu with no changes. Would not recommend this location to anyone!

Not too shabby. Even with the smaller size of this location (and the long lines at the counter and the drive-thru), the staff is friendly and efficient. I only wish that Starbucks would offer almond milk along with their cow's milk and soy (both of which I am trying to cut back), then I'd come a lot more often.
(4)
Nic Z.
This has to be one of the tiniest Starbucks out there. Its functionality seems like a total afterthought as it really doesn't fit here - the lot is awkward, parking is strange, and the inside just doesn't have that lovely Starbucks/coffeehouse vibe.

I went there today around 2 o'clock - went through the drive thru. It didn't seem that busy, ordered my ginger bread latte and waited behind one car for about 7-9 minutes. It took longer then expected, but it didn't bother me since I'm a very patient person. Finally I rolled up to the window and the guy tells me my drink is on them, and that they are sorry for the wait. I was surprised, since I didn't mind the wait and thanked them. They handled it very nicely. And it made my day! Free Starbucks :) thanks again. It's officially my go to Starbucks now.

I came here on a Monday in the late afternoon for iced chai and to study. It wasn't too crowded so I was easily able to find somewhere to sit and the wi-fi worked easily as usual. I love that Starbucks is so consistently reliable. I'd come here again. The bathroom was reasonably clean and had toilet seat covers.

Very helpful, friendly staff, that is fast and efficient without feeling rushed through. Our orders are always right on the money and up very quickly. They will even help carry drinks to your car if they run out of drink carriers (which only happened once but it was much appreciated). Great sandwiches and of course awesome coffee, and they always remember our customized drinks when we order for our office. Drive through makes it a 5 star. So convenient.

If my favorite drink from here wasn't 350 calories, I would be here everyday. Instead I am only here like 3 days a week. Starbucks is delicous, the service is usually good, and they aim to please. I will definitely be back, time and time again.

Michele K.
They are never without a line in the drive thru, but moves pretty quickly considering everything is made to order. Parking is non-existent... According to my daughter, cake pops are out of this world. This is the go to place for double chocolate chip frappuccino.

Starbucks with a drive-thru? I wish they had this at more locations. Sometimes you just don't have enough time to park... and sometimes you're just lazy. Even if there's a line, it usually moves pretty fast. The baristas here are quite friendly... their happy meter is always at a 10. The location is small, with minimal seating inside, but it's not always packed either. Not a bad spot to grab a hot drink.

Not the closest location to me, but it's my favorite. Been coming here frequently over the years and they always get it right. My fave drink is a grande iced skinny caramel macchiato, and for some reason, it always tastes better here. They've never gotten it wrong, which is why I choose to drive a little bit further here rather than my neighborhood locations. This Starbuck's has a drive-through, which I use the majority of the time. It's a smaller location, limited indoor seating and parking, but it seems to have been built to function more as a drive-through, especially given its location on Golf/Higgins roads. In the warmer weather, they have a couple of tables out in the front too. Baristas are awesome, super-friendly, always get my order right, and service is quick.

This is by far the WORST Starbucks location ever! So bad that I finally stopped going to this location which is walking distance almost from my home. Lets start with the location its tiny with a very poor parking lot set up. I almost witness every single time I go someone getting hit. In the morning like others have said the line is super long and you will sit there for 15 min... I think this is the Starbucks "reject" location where they send all the people who cant cut it in the real Starbucks world. They get your order wrong 90% of th time and on top of that have horrible attitudes and NO customer service. The final straw was last week... I ordered a venti, iced vanilla latte with soy milk. I waited in line for 15 min paid $6.50 for it I drive off in a rush to get to work and as I merge on to the highway I take a big gulp of my drink to find that they forgot the espresso! All I had was a venti full of soy milk and vanilla syrup. How do you forget the espresso? Seriously this is a coffee shop not mc donalds! LOL How do you forget it ?!? I actually called I was so upset and they offered a free one the next morning. So the next morning I wait in line for 15 min again and order a venti iced coffee with cream and clasic syrup. I get up to the window and let the woman know I have a free one because they screwed up yesterday shes so confused she literally doesnt say a word and tossed my drink at me.. thanks! I drive away and again take a nice big gulp of my drink and bam no cream or syrup. Super upset at this point. How do you screw up two days in a row? I'm over it! take your money and time and spend it at a different location its not worth it!

This Starbucks is located on the corner of Golf and Higgins Roads, in the little triangle on the southeast point where the two roads meet. As such, the parking lot is TINY, mostly filled with the employees' cars, so that you usually either have to park illegally or park in the neighboring businesses' lot. It seems to be frequented by soccer moms who have giant cars they are uncomfortable handling, which has resulted in a few interesting parking-related snafus, including an incident where a nervous woman instigated a rather boisterous verbal argument against a fellow customer because she didn't feel she had enough room to get her giant SUV out of its parking spot without hitting the car parked in an unmarked (but oft used) spot. She became so belligerent that the store offered her victim a free coffee and an apology. The line for the drive-thru is often spilling out onto the frontage road, and as a result the service here is very slow. Allow 15 minutes for your morning visit. The service is otherwise okay. Most of the people working here are friendly, but if you go inside it is pretty loud behind the counter so you may have to repeat your order two or three times. An odd quirk about this place is that no matter how I order my half-caffeinated/half-decaffeinated drink, I ALWAYS get corrected. If I say "half-caf" (which is how it's said everywhere else) the employee "corrects" me to "half-decaf". When I finally gave up and said "half-decaf" I was corrected to "half-caf"! It's happened six times at this location, and nowhere else. Can someone here please decide what you want me to call it?! Also, for some reason, "iced" keeps getting misheard as "low-fat". I don't get that one at all. I've been very spoiled by Caribou's mochas, as they use real chocolate but unfortunately they are no more in this area and until the new coffee shop opens up on Schaumburg Rd, I'm stuck with Starbucks. You can definitely taste the lack of quality in their drinks. The mochas taste slightly chalky (I'm guessing they use a powder?) and their iced drinks are half-filled with ice, meaning they're very watered down and are history in minutes. Starbucks is well known for that "burnt coffee" taste and this location is no exception to that. Every other coffee shop in the area (Caribou, Nordstrom's eBar, etc). has been better, but unfortunately Starbucks is the only one open for and on the way of my commute to work any more (though, on occasion, I'll treat myself and head up to the Caribou on Dundee Rd that is still open). Their breakfast sandwiches, however, are very good. I like the creativity and selection of their new bakery line that they just rolled out, but so far the actual taste hasn't really lived up to expectations (the croissant, by itself, was really yummy and buttery, but when combined with other flavors, like pumpkin cheesecake, it's bland and nearly tasteless). Bottom line: The parking and layout are terrible, the service is hampered by poor staff training and acoustics, the coffee is the worst in the area (not counting places like McDonalds or Dunkin Donuts), but they have convenient hours and location and their breakfast sandwiches are tasty.

This Starbucks was pretty nice! Albiet on the small side for a free-standing building, they had good tables, friendly baristas, and a drive through. What's not to like?

I like this starbucks... I am a TEA drinker and that do a good job.. some place overly watered down my tea and its tastes bad... Whenever i get my car work done at carx ... I'll go to starbucks.. They are good and friendly people.. always a line though the drive-thru..
