Took 1/2 hr before someone asked what I wanted to eat. Then when order must've came up, my chicken salad sat in the window long enough for the chicken to get cold & the heat from it transfer to the lettuce. The Caesar dressing was not good & the chicken was way over seasoned with salt. I guess the owners think you'll be distracted by the lackluster quality of their food, cooks & service that you'll drink yourself into a stupor & only recall that hot girl that was working there. Sad this place used to be decent. Now it's a place I don't have a decent word to say about.

The food here is above average, but that is the only pro to this place. It is usually way to crowded to even move around and it becomes extremely annoying. I don't understand the concept of sport bar considering the amount of marketing put into other ventures. I would never return due to, too many bad experiences.

RBI WAS a good place to eat and get a few drinks. We had the fish fry tonight and the fish deep fried and burned. It tasted awful ! We requested new fish and it was better but still tasted bad. All the side dishes were out of a can and had no flavor. Service was just "OK". We will not return.

RBI what can I say, I go pretty often. I don't think I'll be going as much though. They keep going down hill as time goes by. Things I noticed and if they read this I hope they act on changes. They lately have been taking half an hour just to ask or serve you a drink. Unless your friends with bartenders then you will get your drink ASAP and chat with them all you want. I've had times they took so long to give me my beer it goes to room temperature. That's not good service, I do let them know and they replace it. If they think about it that's money lost for them having to replace drinks for letting them sit too long before a waitress gets it to you. The food quality for a bar is ok. I just don't get when I order a slider or sandwich why the waitress feels she can place order asking for everything on it then tells me to take whatever I don't want off. Really ? I'm paying for the way I want it. At the same time it's not being professional. They have security if that's what you want to call it. It's a joke that's what it is. They walk off to chat at random times as people walk in without taking a look at ID. Not long ago I was there and a fight broke out. They pulled them apart and kicked one person out and other one that stayed kept drinking. No cops were called. Really though? They should of kicked both out or stopped serving alcohol to the other guy that stayed. Most that work there obviously don't know when to cut people off from drinking. They just keep serving them even though they are pretty messed up at times. They definitely need to work on that as servers and bartenders. The music can get really loud at time. I guess it depends on DJ that night. But over all they have ok music mixing and selection.

Used to be a regular when I lived in the area, but recently visited for the first time since the remodel. I can't say I was terribly keen on combining the two sides, it was appealing to have the two separate options rather than one massive bar/restaurant cluster. Seems they've converted to the "crank the shitty music, attract douchebags" business model. That's too bad. Regardless, the food was still as good as I remember and their specials are still solid. Yet, I still knocked it down a star for the unneeded renovations.

Probably the worst self proclaimed sports bar I've ever been to. They refuse to put the game audio on, and instead play crappy club music all night long. Seasonal beers are rarely available, mixed drinks are always weak, and both of them are overpriced. Oh, and they served me my import draft beer in a plastic cup - for $5.50.

Eh. Right down the middle, I guess. Standard bar fare. This place is hard to review because there's nothing great or bad about it. Think Old Chicago without pizza and more visually stimulating wait staff. That's all I got.

Excellent Food, World Class Service,...VERY Impressed.

RBIs is a bar with an identity crises. Is it a bar with designer burgers, is it a restaurant that shows sports constantly, It's like it's trying to be too many things at the same time. The food here is good, not the greatest, but it is good. They do have a wide selection of burgers that are a little on the unusual side. It's kind of creative and honestly, most of the them are pretty good. I do really like the Hercules. It's probably my favorite one on their menu. I'm also a sucker for their waffle fries. If you're going to get fries, give them a try. The service here is hit and miss. Sometimes it's really good, other times it's off. It really depends on which waitress you get. I know which ones I tend to avoid when I go. Also, for those of us that ride motorcycles, don't worry about searching for a spot. Right outside the main door they have a large section reserved for bikes only. One of the many reasons I continue to go back. I tend to be loyal to motorcycle friendly places.

Stopped in for lunch with my mother in law and this is how our experience went. We walked in and two waitresses (which were very young) walked passed us. We proceeded to walk towards a table and a waitress stopped me and ask if we were dinning in, I said yes, and then another waitress who looked like a crack whore, wearing simply a tank top that exposed her black bra, bumps into my mother in law without even saying excuse me. My mother in law asked that waitress "can we get a table...do you work here?" simply because she didn't know if she was a customer or an employee. The crack whore waitress didn't even bother acknowledging her and with in minutes we figured out that she did work there because she was waiting on tables. When we got seated the waitress hands us our menus and comes back to take our order. My mother in law goes first. Let me say my mother has a lot of health problems so she gets a little confused and cannot see because she has cataracts, so she ask the waitress what sides do you have, the waitress says "it's right on the bottom of the menu, you can read it yourself" My mother in law tells her she can't read without her glasses and the waitress just looks at her. WTH is wrong with this waitress??? I spoked up and said I guess I'll have to read your sides for you. I would give a great review for the quality of the food because it was good food but the service was so unorganized and awful which is probably why I wouldn't be going back.

Average food and average service...and this is in comparison to Rockford. Might go back, but really due to a lack of options. On the plus side, drinks prices are cheap in comparison to Chicago!

Came for a drink on a Sunday night. Started off well. Cute waitresses and got a bacardi and diet quick. I order a second drink and 5 wings. Second drink came out and was wrong. It was malibu. I sent it back and twenty minutes later waitress came back to tell me the bar is out of bacardi. 20 minutes on a wrong drink order come on. To bat wings we're only like warm.

The bartender very pretty though I don't think she dealt well with accents as I had to repeat myself like four times for an iced tea Captain and coke and whisky. It wasn't like packed or anything like that. However. It's kind of a party pooper like it didn't make me feel like I could use another drink... Other than that everything was very copacetic sports bar wise I suppose. I always run into some beautiful girl that blows me a kiss and screams my name and make my night! So sexy but something completely different.

This is a bar you literally have too drag me to. Too many times have I waited 20+ minute to try to order a drink, only to have the bartender pass me over the the guy who just walked up, or The wait staff scold me for ordering my drinks from the bar after waiting for them to ever return, when sitting at a table. If that was't bad enough, the crowd is horrid. If you dont fit the "My dad is a lawyer, I will sue you" jock dude or the "Whoo! Shots!" princess type, you will feel out of place and be looked upon as a pariah.

Second time here.. First time - 2 weeks ago - was a good experience. Food is decent - actually, it's good ....at least good enough to come back a second time... the service was good the first time. Nice server, checked on us often... it was a good experience. Tonight is a different story. The food is still good... but the service is not. Probably won't be back. Plenty of other restaurants in the area with good food & better service. Save yourself the aggravation!

Good food, but you have to purchase a lot of things separate, (so ask if ..... comes with your meal) or "read the fine print, @ the bottom/top ". You will be surprised at the bill ! Also from a biz aspect; My teen kids asked us WTF did the waitresses have on? All I have to say is, way to much skin. Late night bar outfit, yes, (not @ 11am) NOT A FAMILY RESTAURANT!

The only downside to this place is the weird shape of the building. The inside makes a spiral and the dance floor is at the end of the spiral. Again weird shape &&& also not enough space. But they always get packed &&& it is a good time!!!

First time stopping in....it was a Friday and decided to give it a shot for lunch. Couldn't quite figure out if the decor was supposed to be retro or what? Wasn't sure if we were supposed to seat yourself- so if no one let's you know then they really need a sign that says so. Don't like wasting time on a workday waiting to find out. Waitresses are not friendly. The food was very good. Ordered the pork chop sandwich and loved it. The wait staff couldn't figure out it was our lunch though and we had to wave down the guy carrying it out. Waitresses could dress a little more appropriate ...cheapened the place in my opinion. Not sure I will go back or not.

Good burgers. Bad service. Be sure to tell them how you want then cooked our else you will end up with a rare burger.

Food was pretty typical bar food - not too bad but nothing spectacular. Went out to sit on the patio, but almost every table had smokers at them so that didn't work for me. Drinks were good. Service was not good. Young, attractive wait staff who seemed more interested in spending time and effort with their friends than waiting on customers.

This place had AWESOME soup! No joke-it was one of the better cheddar soups I have had in a while. Also had steak sandwich, which was very subpar, so stick to burgers and appetizers. They were good.
