The Hawks lost the WCF while I was watching at BWW. Never coming back. Four stars because I don't want y'all to lose business, but damn.

Did the blazin' challenge and had more to boot. Been here a few times and the staff has always been friendly and cordial. Love the trivia. The blazin' wings were tasty, but the mango habanero wings I had were hotter, to be honest. They were out of the ghost sauce so I didn't get a chance to try that (love the hot stuff). Very disappointed in the fried mushrooms. They were the size of squirrel testicles, and not worth the $5.50 I paid. Overall, I'll still keep coming back, although you do pay a premium for waiting here. We spent over $100 on three sets of 18-count wings, the blazin challenge, the mushrooms, and five drinks, and that is including the mushrooms and one drink being comped.

This BWW in Rockford is terrible! My boneless wings, my husbands traditional wings, and basket of fries didnt even look good! The wings were small pieces of just breading no kind of white chicken meat and hardly any sauce on them, my husbands didnt have any sauce and the wings were not even fully cooked!!! The fries were even worst, and all the food was cold! Im 5 minutes away grom the BWW in Rockford.. But when we want some wings we drive all the way to the one in Crystal Lake! I wouldnt tell anyone to go to the BWW in Rockford its a waste of your money!!

Just love the wings and the fun atmosphere! Never had bad service here! The big screens allow you to watch anything no matter where you are sitting

We owed my sister a lunch, and she was "chinese and pizza-ed out". But we wanted to watch the Bears game while the kids napped upstairs, so going out wasn't an option. Good thing you can get BWW to go!! We called it in, and they said it would only be about 15 minutes, so we hauled our heines there ASAP! When we first walked up, there was some confusion and frustration since the lady at the front didn't have our order, only one for Steve. But I guess the bar had taken the order instead. But after a short wait, we got our food. Everything was correct and accounted for! I am a huge fan of the potato wedges, and the southwest ranch sauce was good for my salad. Kudos, BWW! I will be back!

Sports bar at it's best. Loud and you eat out of paper bowls, but food is tasty and beer is cold. Buffalo Wild Wing's are pretty consistent across the country.

Not really happy with the service we received at this location last night. My boyfriend, daughter and I waited 5 minutes to be seated and we were the only people waiting other than a couple sitting on a bench nearby. There was a young lady working at the front, but she never said anything to us as there was a couple standing looking at the menu to order out. After being seated, we waited another 10 minutes for a waitress to come by. The manager was wandering around and looked right at me.. I gave hima dirty look assuming he'd come and ask if we needed anything. HE DID NOT. He actually walked away. After watching waitresses go to 2 other tables nearby and get drink orders AND bring them their drinks, I finally got the hostess who seated us's attention and informed her that no one had greeted us or got our drink order. About 30 seconds later our waitress came by and asked us what we wanted to drink. We finally ordered and the food was great. If my daughter hadnt have been there, I wouldnt have minded the wait, but she was .... I did go back tonight and place an order to pick up. It was the exact same thing we ordered last night. It was really good!

Seems like a stock Buffalo Wild Wings, which is pretty fun wherever you go. I was there on a Thursday night, and it was moderately full. As a visitor from Chicago that's staying in Rockford for weeks at a time, it actually seems like this place is the hot-spot in town, at least for game-day, and I was surprised to see it wasn't more full, but I can't complain about the service, prices were like usual, and they had good deals. Only drawback was the noise, the speakers were ridiculously loud and it was like eating a meal in a big Abercrombie store.

When we place a lunch order ahead of time in order to save time, they should get the order right so we actually save time! They questioned who we placed the order with and if we actually ordered the right amount - are you serious? The person who placed the order in our party repeated it twice to the hostess/order taker so yeah, we ordered it correctly. It then took 10 min for the last of the food to come out- at least hers was warm....my wings were a bit colder than room temp and had that "sitting out" glazed over color. Grossssssssssssss

A month ago was my first trip to BWW. I was not impressed by this location. I am all for and do love bar and grill places. I have had the chain's food on take out and it has been good. When I went to this specific location I felt like I was at a Chucky Cheese venue for adults, sans the games. The place felt sticky and you just didn't want to get too comfortable. I love Gameworks and Dave & Busters which are video game places with restaurants and have never felt like the place was unsanitary. Beyond the environment and atmosphere, the food I was served was cold (which should not have been) and our waitress was not checking our table for needed refills. I can totally understand this if it is busy, but it wasn't and she only had two tables to wait on (including ours).

I've learned to just sit at the bar to get good service. Since then I've had great meals and the beer selection is good. Great daily specials and many televisions so you can watch all the games. I also enjoy the trivia. The Buffalo Wild Wings on 173 is just as good.

After all the hub-bub... Very disappointed :\ you have to love & give B-Dubz props for using a domed plate to make their food look more plentiful. All of 10 cold fries & burger w/goodies spread out on the side. You don't get your moneys' worth.

Environment makes for my friends and I wanting to come back for more. Service can be a little slow at times, but the restaurant is always packed. Love the variety of wings and multiple sports channels on during game time.

I love wings, and I especially love their Asian Zing wings. They are my favorite of them all. They are not too hot, have a great flavor and are just wow. This location is one I frequent on a semi regular basis. I can go here with the entire family and get something they all like, and during football season I'm generally here at least once a month for a football game. The location is clean and the staff is friendly and nice. I've only had one bad experience in 2 years with a waitress and the manager made quick amends about it with multiple coupons for free wings. They have three really great servers that if you sit in their section or they are behind the bar, service is beyond all expectations. As for drinks, they have one of the best Mojito's in town. It's the best one that we've found outside a resort that doesn't specialize in those types of drinks.

I really don't understand the allure of wings. I feel like I'm missing the point. But aside from my distaste for spicy small chicken parts, this location is terrible. Last week my husband placed an order for takeout, and when he went to pick up our order after the 20 minutes quoted over the phone, he waited an additional 40 minutes in the lobby after paying. With no apology.
