I love this place. They always have good deals on their app. There is also receipt deals (on the bottom) so it is always worth it to check it out. I love their coffee. I will admit, it is probably the best coffee around. The customer service is pretty good at this location. The donuts are good but I would skip the lunch food. I had the chicken salad and it was more mayo than chicken. It was pretty disgusting. The mayo was tart too. Like it was really cheap Miracle Whip. I still do not hate them, but I will just stick to the coffee.

This isn't going to be the most beautiful review I've ever written, but I figured I'd get it over with. 1 word that describes this DD - INCONSISTENT. Iced coffee is either too sweet or too strong and I order the same thing. Every. Time. Small caramel iced coffee cream and sugar extra ice. I've talked to other DD employees about my preferences on sweetness and they say get cream only and make it great. Don't even try to skimp on the sugar here if you like that little bit of sweetness because there is never enough. Today's fiasco consisted of receiving my iced coffee without extra ice. So I asked her to put extra ice in it and she goes "um, yeah, I'm just going to give you a cup of ice." What am I supposed to do with that while driving???? My boyfriends bagel is apparently hard and the egg is over cooked. Honestly, he'll eat rocks if they're seasoned well, so him complaining says a lot. This place is literally around the corner from mi casa, which is why I've returned. If you can avoid it, please do. Help me help you, my friends. -Jamie "Jammy" D. Again, there are better Dunkin Donuts. Avoid this one.

I have stopped here twice and both experiences were terrible. The first time I asked for a pumpkin iced coffee and it was horrible. I was already back in traffic before I tasted it, or I would have turned around and returned it. It was undrinkable. It tasted chemical. The second time, a year later, at the drive thru I was not greeted with Welcome to DD can I help you...just : can I take your order...I ordered an iced mocha and asked if a certain flavor of donut was still available. I was told no and a very long pause. I was not offered another choice or even asked if I wanted anything else. I was given my total and told pull ahead. No please, no thank you, no customer service or attempt to offer another product. The mocha had all the chocolate at the bottom of the cup with no attempt to mix or stir before handing me the cup. I see why the sign in the window says they are looking for friendly workers. They clearly need them.

Your typical Dunking Donuts, mixed feelings on customer service but it is open 24/7 and surprisingly they are pretty fast on giving your food on drive-through.

Stopped to get a breakfast sandwich and coffee before going to an assembly and gave the clerk a $20 bill. Being in a hurry, when she gave me the sandwich and coffee I said thank you and drove off, not getting my change. She should have given me the change first. Attempts to call the store have been futile. The clerks hang up on you. I finally went there and they said manager would be there in the am. Tried to call again this morning and clerk hung up on me again when I asked if the manager was there. I had a passenger in the car as a witness to the event. Realized my mistake when I went to purchase something and did not have any cash. I will have to get dressed and go in again. Unfortunately I am older and my short term memory stinks. I returned again this morning and talked to the manager and got my money and receipt. Happy about that but the clerks should be a little more responsive.

Horrible! Came here for a bowl of blueberry cheesecake ice cream. Dealt with an employee who couldn't speak or understand ANY english. First he said "No we don't have it." then he changed his mind and said "We do have it." When I got to the window, he made me a milkshake when I SPECIFICALLY said a bowl! When I told him this, he argued with me, raising his voice, FORCING the shake on me! He wouldn't even get me my bowl of ice cream! I ended up telling him to take his shake and shove it, and drove off. I guess this Dunkin's doesn't care about customer service AT ALL!! I will never be going back, and I will make sure to spread the word about my terrible experience!

Why is this DD worthy of a review? They're open 24/7! They happen to be close to one of my work locations, but they are open 24/7, did I mention that? It seems to me that there are a few of the DD's in my area that are closing their doors at 11pm. Odd, since America runs on Dunkin', except from the hours of 11pm - 4am, apparently. I love that this store has bucked the trend and remains open 24/7, especially for those of us that get called out at odd hours of the day or night. The staff is always ready with the correct order! I have yet to show up there and not get what I've ordered, even during the busy times! Oh, by the way, did I mention they're open 24/7?
