We went here because we are in town and my dad likes IHOP not because of any budgetary reasons or because of a lack of other breakfast places. The servers etc were happy to help and easy to understand. I had an omelet which was surprisingly good. I didn't eat everything because I wasn't feeling well this morning. However, our food was quite long in the making, and didn't come out for at least 7 minuets after the server told us it is, "coming right out- its in the window waiting." Every meal was about $10 which surprised me because i could go to a higher class diner for that. The restaurant was not particularly loud or crazy which was unexpected and nice.

I've been in the food and beverage industry for more than 10 years. I always give servers the benefit of the doubt. Horrible food, horrible service, just plain HORRIBLE. The big question is, why is this place still open???

If I could do 0 stars I would worst service ever, our order got messed up and she never even came to check on us until we were done. Never got drink refills when we asked for them.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. Filthy, disgusting food and servers just don't care about the customers. We didn't even get the right orders at our table and she never came back. We did not even get a single refill on any drinks...at all. Grab a bagel and save yourself the frustration.

I am sorry.. But this is my 3rd coming to this Ihop location but it is just getting worst... I really dont know where to start.. First of all, the holes in the seats.. Patch it up please if you dont have a budget to change it to new ones. Floors-sticky.. Food-i attempted to try the biscuits and gravy, the most driest, salty that i was only able to eat 1/4 of the biscuit. The picture speaks for itself. I was imagining fully soaked biscuits. My eggs was overcooked with crunchy sides.. My sister's omelette was dry. Service-the server only came at the table 3 times, to get our order, called them for extra butter and when it was time to pay the bill. Which they charged us for an extra cup of coffee. And it took them a long time to serve us the food. They need to fix these problems since i have been reading the same complaints with other yelpers if they want to stay open. Unfortunately, im not coming back anymore. $31.11 is not worth it..

The regular IHOP, it is the closest one to my place. I got the chicken fajitha omelette with 3 flavored pancakes - New York Cheesecake. It was pretty good.

Had a coupon for a BOGO and 2 drink purchase. so I ordered one meal to eat there in one meal to eat to go. I was finished with my meal and still not brought out my meal to go it was another 35 minutes before that happened it was ridiculous

It had been a LONG time since we last visited because of my last review. My daughter REALLY wanted to go to to IHOP, and I had quite the hankering for pancakes, so we went because this location is most convenient for us. I was extremely pleased to find out the nasty sewage smell was GONE. Our service was much better this time (though there was some lacking service we noticed as our waitress pointed out to another server that her table was just sitting there, unhelped for 10 minutes - and then that server proceeded to say that wasn't her table, it was so-and-so's -- really, just get over there and help them, don't argue!). At any rate - the food was good, the service better and no more smell. Still not my favorite location (they really need to give this place an upgrade.... there's just something about it that doesn't equal other IHOP locations we've been in), but because it's close, we'll probably be back.

We love IHOP food but wot go to this location again. 1. The place smells gross. We've tried going there several times and it always smells. 2. The manager kept changing his story about the acceptance of using groupons and it was extremely unprofessional.

If I could give zero stars i would. Male waiter didn't bother writing down our order, which would have been fine if he had a good memory. Then we got a drink with some stuff floating around and when we got a new glass, we were given attitude as if we did wrong. No commments on if our food was good or to check if we needed anything else. Simply asked " Desert ?" Um no, give me the check. Waited 15 minutes for even that. Then the whole time had to stare at a dirty table. They literally cleaned every table surrounding except for the one directly in my eyesight. Thanks for ruining our dinner Ihop.

There just isn't much positive to talk about with this place. They did just recently undergo a renovation, and it looks nice, so I guess that is a positive. Everything else is just like the stars suggest, meh. Food is average, service is hit or miss (I will admit more hit than miss). My biggest problem is actually with management. I seems like every time I go with my family on a kids eat free night, they insist on trying to charge us for the kids meals. EVERY time, I end up asking them about the kids eat free meal, and then they take it off my bill. I have finally wised up and started calling around to other restaurants in the area that offer kids eat free nights. I'm just not interested in wasting my time here any more.

Good breakfasts. Tasty pancakes, and eggs. Omelets are OK, but I prefer their scrambled eggs. They have great Turkey sausage. If you did not know, you'd swear it was regular pork sausage. Better than most of the IHOP's I have visited. The management is friendly, and always asks if you are satisfied.

Have not been impressed. Tried the place twice, both times service was adequate at best. Food is standard fare for an IHOP. Nothing to write home about. There are better options in the neighborhood.
