We come through here all the time, and every time I swear I'm never coming again. It's just in such a convenient location that I keep trying. But every time it's awful. I have NEVER been through the drive thru quickly. Every time I end up putting my car in park. Today was five minutes exactly, and no one else was in line. I time them now. I have also NEVER gone through the drive thru and gotten my order the right way the first time. Ever. They always ask or double-check or give me the wrong thing.

I only stop at this Dunkin' Donuts because it's on the way on my commute. I stop often and When they get it right, it's great. Unfortunately, 3/4 times it's isn't right. They usually either forget something, or make the wrong kind of cappuccino blast. When you wait 10 minutes for the first one, you don't really have time to wait for them to remake it. It's usually hit or miss with who's at the window. All in all, I'd have to say this is one of the worst locations in the area.

I went inside just for you fellow Yelpers. I don't know why anyone has a problem here. I went on National Donut Day. I also went between 3pm and 6m so that my iced coffee would be $1. So I got a free donut (for NDD) and a large iced coffee all for $1. What a deal! The lady was very nice. Made small talk about how busy they've been due to the donut celebration and how some people didn't want a free donut, etc. She could've have treated me like the cheapskate that I was being that day. But she was great. It was on Friday afternoon. They weren't busy. I had no problems!

I have no complaints about this Dunkin' Donuts. I first started going there last year on my way to school, and at any dunkin donuts or starbucks in the morning there is always a line... They move quickly and have never gotten my order wrong. I still go here weekly and have never had complaints about the staff or how they are run. I have been inside numerous times and they are super friendly and quick.

Out of bagels at 9 am? Hmmm...well of all the times I wanted a bagel this was the time! Thankfully every other time I've been here I've had a good experience. The service is pretty average and since I'm personally not a big Dunkin fan this place is a decent place to grab a cup of coffee and a bagel...when they have them!

I'm being extremely generous with two stars, because honestly this DD sucked. I've only been here once (today) but what a joke. The extra star is added bc I was hungover and uncaffeinated at the time so I was cranky. They were not even busy, one girl was in front of me being helped when I entered and the drive thru didn't appear to be lined with cars. The woman that helped me promptly gave me my coffee which was probably the worst coffee I've had from a DD, and I drink their coffee multiple times a week. I'm kiiinda addicted to the raspberry. Anyhow, with one person in front of me, I stood waiting for a bagel for 8 minutes. SERIOUSLY? That's insane. Luckily, I am rarely in the area so I will probably not be returning any time soon.

This has to be one of the WORST Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to and i've been going here M-F every week for the last year. It's so bad i've been thinking about changing my route to go to another location. Out of the 5 times I get coffee and a breakfast sandwich every week, 1-2 times a week they screw up the order and this is not an exaggeration. I go through the drive through and the lady even repeats my order, medium iced coffee and breakfast sandwich. I get to the window and they give me my coffee and then I wait. They then come back with a blank stare wondering why i'm still there and I mention that i'm waiting for my breakfast sandwich where they proceed to tell me I didn't order one! When I placed my order through the mysterously lady in the speaker, she even repeated my whole order back to me correctly! It's just astonishing how a task so simple can be screwed up multiple times over and over again. I know other customers have experienced the same thing as I witness it first hand waiting behind other cars. The unfortunately thing is that it appears to be the same lady screwing up these drive through orders every time. I recognize her voice and I cringe when I hear her speak knowing I have a 50/50 chance of getting my order screwed up. Apparently she is more concerned with trying to upsell you hashbrowns instead of putting your order in correctly. This business gets an F-.

Never mind Amanda's review. She was here only once and was hung over at the time. I stop here 2-3 times a week and the service is ALWAYS prompt, courteous, friendly, accurate, and items on the menu are always in stock. This is precisely why I continue to come back.
