Overall - so so. I only visit here in the morning on my way to work. My food order is usually always correct. I've tended to stop getting iced coffees from here because they never come out the same. Often times the drive thru gets backed up in the morning and is not worth the wait. I've gotten used to the less then friendly service from the employees. It seems like it is rare to find a Dunkin' Doughnuts that is overly friendly. If they were to be friendlier and fix the payment in the parking lot so I don't have dodge pot holes, I would give hem five stars. Until then, three stars - just another average D n' D.

Service was relatively fine. The drive thru is really short and some of the line was backed up in the street leading up to the drive thru..I'm pretty sure that should be fixed. My complaint is the hash browns. I ordered a meal twice from this location and each time it came with 5 hash brown circles, which filled up less than half the bag. Either make the bag smaller, or actually fill it up. Ridiculous.

Came here on the night of the first day of school to treat my daughter. We usually don't come here for ice cream, but I Love mint chocolate chip so we came here. What a mistake! At 7p the mint chocolate chip is empty when we arrived instead of them noticing and filling it up. I had to ask her if they had more to which she replied that it would take 20 minutes. Isn't this one of their most popular flavors?? WTF! Now I know why I go to Oberweiss, they actually have ice cream! I will NEVER come back here NEVER!

I went through the drive threw and asked if they could make me a strawberry smoothie because I'm allergic to banana they said they could do that.. they gave me a strawberry banana...never coming back and thanks for making me sick.

Typical Dunkin donuts fare. Very unfriendly service. The girl that waited on me in the drive through was extremely rude and copped an attitude when I changed my mind on my order. Money better spent elsewhere those bosses need to learn to hire better more motivated workers.

Don't waste your money on the bagel twist or the spinach artichoke bagel. It's all bagel and neither comes with any dip or cream cheese. Nothing like the commercial advertisement

Have come here a few times and have really tried to give them a few chances. My recent visit was kind of a disaster. It took forever, the staff was not very nice, my drink was made wrong, and my bagel had so much cream cheese on it that I couldn't eat it. There were no people in the drive thru or the store and 3 employees working and it still took forever. I also kind of got the impression that the person taking my order didn't know how to make a cappuccino- I was right. It was a big disappointment. Really need to work on staff competency and hospitality.

Worst service EVER! Open your ears people & listen to the customer. Ordered a #5 for my 7 yr old Son today, with a hot chocolate. I got a med mocha coolata. Waited approx 7 min for my Son's food. In the bag, nothing but a sandwich. I said, "where's the hashbrowns & his hot chocolate?" The woman, not the cashier who took my order starts getting smart with me & says the #5 only comes with a coffee. I understand, but NO ONE said anything to me about that. When the cashier finally came over, she told me to come back & she would charge me for the hot choco & hashbrowns. ISNT THAT WHAT SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED FROM THE MOMENT I ORDERED? Instead, they just chose to NOT give me what I asked for & another woman tried talking OVER me SEVERAL TIMES when I tried to tell her my thoughts. Was shushed quickly as I told her I AM THE CUSTOMER, YOU ARE NOT. Finally, pushed her $7 bagel & Coolata back at her & told her we are done, return my money. Yet somehow I feel I will be watching my account to make sure that actually happens. Everything else was f#Ã·*ed up, why would I expect anything less? Very disappointing considering it was my 7 year olds first time at Dunkin Donuts. I am sure its one he will never forget. There was no option for zero stars. One is too many. Your 7 wait time for a bagel sandwich with 8+ employees is ridiculous as well. We should have went with my Son's instinct right away. McDonald's rocks breakfast & it's affordable. Full bellies for us both for $10. Not $7 for a bagel sandwich & 1 medium drink. My FB friends are all aware now.
