The employee taking our order was friendly but didn't seem to know the menu well. After ordering for my family of 5, one of my daughter's sandwiches came plain with no lettuce and tomatoes. I asked if they could please add these and I would pay. The employee seemed extremely angry with me for even asking and said they would do this for me one time. He passed the sandwich to another young lady who actually shook her head in discuss at me! The lock on the women's bathroom door does not work. I left this place really angry and we will not go back.

Extremely fast and really good. I always get the vegetarian. (#6) I wish they offered more veggies. The staff is great. The music can be a little loud for some, but I like it.

50 minutes is beyond unreasonable for a delivery service, especially one that has made a name for itself by claiming "freaky fast delivery." When I called to inquire as to why my sandwich had still not been delivered, I was told they had been very busy tonight and thus unable to deliver my sandwich within a reasonable amount of time. Unacceptable! I've been there in person before, and the service was fine. That's the only reason they get two stars, and not a negative 12. I guess they're just incompetent at delivery.

Great subs! They're fresh and flavorful. Service is fast. There's plenty of parking. It's a sub shop, so super casual atmosphere... Oh, and reasonable prices.

I order JJ's from this location for delivery through their online ordering system on an almost weekly basis. I love their food, I always have, but the service between locations often differs. This is far and away the best JJ's I have ever ordered from. I always have complicated orders (some stuff comes off, some stuff extra, etc etc) but they ALWAYS get it right. Every time. And delivery is always quick. My building isn't exactly next door to their location but last time they managed to deliver my two sandwich, chips, and a drink order in LESS THAN TEN MINUTES. Delivery just doesn't get better than that.

I like Jimmy John's but this one has been pretty bad. Poor delivery times and all three times they have gotten something wrong with my order.

This place gives the Jimmy John's chain a bad name. Just think of it as a sandwich shop with college-age workers who hate their job. You can imagine what kind of service you get. I went in late on a Thursday night and it was empty. The staff were talking amongst themselves. They were not too eager to help out or take our order. In the end, I got my sandwich super quick, but the guy just handed it to me with no bag and no "thank you" or anything. Ummm . . . hello. I said it was for to go and that idiot couldn't even do that. The sandwich turned out bad with too much mayo and not enough content. This place needs to get its act together soon.

Well I've been to JJ's during the lunch hour, I have to say the service is better than the other reviews have read. I think it's because management is around so the employees have to step up their game. I never had a problem with my sandwiches or service, and late night delivery was always spot on.
