Bruce the owner was so helpful in helping me choose the best options for our family, was extremely fair with the pricing and to top it off the food was fresh, hot and ready at the exact time we needed it! I had numerous compliments on the quality of the food and I myself was beyond impressed with the taste and all we received for the price! The gent that answered the phone seemed rushed to get my order, but he did offer me a better discount then what I found online, I thought he had my order correct cuz he kept asking me you want that pizza, but when we got there, I wanted to cry Cuz I am a vegetarian, and My family eats meat and they had my familys pizza ready but not mine, I was paying for the dinner and I had to wait another 15 minutes, The parking lot is very busy, The biz is very busy, The pizza is good Well all in all , I would like to give advise to the phone operator, The customer wants to feel welcome on the phone and assured that the order is correct and not hearing a wishy washy operator on the line, YOu may be the owner, not sure... but if not you def need a new phone operator to answer the calls because of the reviews.. I think your still at it. My review is mixed, blah for my pizza but the kids loved your pizza.

Then he repeated it and I told he had one of them wrong and he said Yeah Yeah I got it. When food got here all of it was wrong. We ordered cheese fries and got cheese and no fries. Called back and girl said well all we can do is give you credit for next time. Really you think there will be a next time? I asked to speak to manager and no manager there? Way to ruin our whole dinner.

According to Maps I live 9.6 miles from this place and they won't deliver here? That's a ridiculous thing to tell someone. I've been a delivery guy in college and no one would reject a customer 10-15 mins away

Terrible! Bad customer service! We placed a order and had to repeat it twice. The guy who took our order repeats the order to me and I stll have to correct him for the 3 rd time...... I should have known he was going to screw my order up.. so we get our food and I am missing two large cheese fries, of one our italian beefs had cheese and was suppose to be without cheese.. we ordered four beefs with hot peppers... and none of them had hot peppers... so we called back and the girl that answered had no customer service! All she basically had to say was well we can give you a credit for next time.... now why would I order from you again!?!?!?!?!?!? Of course she doesn't care.. because it's not her dinner that is ruined! So I asked to speak to a manager.. and there is no manager available... of course there isn't! They shouldn't have people answering the phone if they can't take a order right! Won't be ordering from them again... this is now the second time they screw up our order... should have just ordered from Rosatiis!

Taylor street consistently makes excellent pizza. I have been waiting for the perfect thin crust pizza to arrive in Aurora and its now here. They have a great deal for a Medium 1 topping for $8.99 (you have to ask for it, its not advertised). Great service and always friendly. They have delivery and carry out. They also have great pasta, I love the spaghetti and lasagna. Give this place a go.

My husband and I love this place. Their 'za is awesome. It is consistently good and tastes fantastic. We were hooked on Papa Savarios until we tried Taylor Street. There is more flavor in this pizza and it has never arrived undercooked. They usually have a good special at the beginning of the week in case your looking for a deal.

I've experienced only one mistake there. I'd ordered a medium and they made me a small, but they gave me a discount and apologized profusely. I love everything I've gotten there, but the pizza is my favorite!

Does recommending them to every one I can make me connected to the business. Most likely not but that is what I do. I tried all of their crust except for the double and they are always consistent never soggy even their Sicilian stuffed pizza. It has been so long since I have had one because no one knows how to make them anymore and they not get soggy. Taylors does it so I have had two in the last two weeks. I work in a hotel and a I recommend them to lots of folks and unlike other places they always come through on time and with a great product. Be it pizza, spaghetti, ravioli, mustochelli, steak sandwich or a burger. They do good work.
