I like to see my plate come close to looking like the pictures they have on he menu. Today my order look like the menu pic. Good job! But wait, they only get three stars because the French toast I ordered was a little over cooked on one side. The place was clean and my waitress was friendly.

The food was amazing and the waitresses were the nicest people on Earth honestly. I enjoyed every part of my breakfast and I loved that the waitress was so attentive. The food took a little bit but we did order a full plate for 8 people so it made sense haha!

Been faithfully going to IHOP for years and LOVED IT! Recently (past 2 years) this location had been going steadily downhill. Starts with a waitress standing 10 feet away from our table and finishing her conversation with another waitress. Laughing and joking while we waited 6 minutes to have her come and say anything to us. Ends with them charging $3.25 for a glass of chocolate milk. Too bad. What a shame these folks feel so entitled to a tip when they don't feel like earning one.

Very Disappointng on this visit ! Usually good is always fresh but this time it was pethetic!! The only good thing was manager/ owner was nice after we mentioned the fiod quality !

Ihop and Denny's are hit or miss and you get what you pay for, but location was amazing. The manager was very attentive and helpful with the staff and everything came quickly and perfectly cooked. I was annoying too and ordered the hash browns crispy and they definitely were. The French toast was great and they were very attentive despite being busy. This location is worth visiting!
As wonderful as they were, my spouse, granddaughter and I didn't come to this establishment to visit with the staff (who would get five stars for their professional, friendly and courteous interaction). The kids menu came with two crayons only, blue and yellow; really? LOL! All the food was a sliver above room temperature which does not make for appetizing eggs, biscuits with gravy, stuffed french toast and a smiley-face pancake with bacon. The bill was over $30.00 (we've eaten at top-of-the-line breakfast places for less). Will not visit this establishment again..

This place gets two stars because it's one step above Denny's and two steps above McDonald's breakfast. Like Denny's you can tell everything is frozen and microwaveable which is probably how they do most of their cooking. In the Recent past I was here with my girlfriend and we both regret our visit. The girlfriend saw some delicious looking French toast but it came with raisins, and she hates them and asked for none. Guess what? You couldn't get the meal without them! Boxed toast? I think so. I love biscuits and gravy, and if it's on a menu I'll order it no matter what time of the day. Worst thing I've eaten at a subpar restaurant in a while. Most biscuits and gravy have fresh biscuits swimming and gravy ( lots of gravy) this dish looked like it was pulled right out of a package. No copious gravy and bland biscuits. If you want coffee and pancakes I guess this a good spot otherwise not a chance.

Blah, yuck, never again. Its not what it use to be. I had a free birthday meal and I didn't even eat it. that's how bad it was. On the plus side, the orange juice was ok

Typical ihop. Rated it 3 stars because the silverware I got was a bit dirty. Requested another one and that was also a bit dirty. Staff was friendly and food tasted just like any other ihop. This particular location is a bit smaller as compared to others.

I can't really rate based on the food or service because I didn't eat here. What I am turned off about are the prices. We came here on a whim without any coupon. For something simple like pancakes or eggs it was about $9-$10. Compared to similar places like Denny's, or even Cracker Barrel, this was quite expensive. If you don't have a coupon, don't bother unless you like overpaying for your food. I mean, it's IHOP for god's sake. Not necessarily the top of the "good" list for breakfast food.

Two stars relative to my expectations for IHOP. I don't know if that's better or worse than a "regular" two-star rating, but take it for what it's worth. First off, I love IHOP's Nutella crepes. A lot. I try to not want them, I do, but sometimes my brain is simply overpowered by the compulsion to drive as far as I need to in order to find them. Thank you (or damn you), corporate bigwigs, for putting this on the menu. BUT, here's my gripe: I've been to this location twice, ordered the Nutella crepes both times (or rather, the "International Passport," which includes eggs and meat), and have determined that 1) they use very little Nutella compared to other IHOPs, and 2) despite this, they charge more for it than other IHOPs do. There might be other locations that roll this way, but it still seems shady. So yeah, I think I'd rather not come back to this one in the future (not that they'll miss me...it's one busy-ass place).

I guess I must have gotten there at the right time because my food was good and my service was excellent. I was greeted by a gentleman named Kijuan who greeted us with a smile, seated us promptly, and then took our orders. This got things off on the very right track. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and my kids ordered chicken tenders and waffles off of the $7 menu. My kids loved their food and had no complaints. I also enjoyed my lunch. I went in on a Tuesday afternoon between 2 and 3pm. This was my first time visiting this location and it was my first time eating lunch at an IHOP. I must say that it is quite the opposite of a Saturday morning crowd. I usually don't take the time to review chains because they are too inconsistent. However, I am going to give this location four stars which in my book is very good for a chain.

I would not recommend this IHOP for a Sunday brunch to anyone who appreciates good food. From coffee to waffles, pancakes, eggs and sausage nothing tasted good. It seemed to be a sloppy job in spite of waiting for 25 minutes for our order to arrive. There are other breakfast joints in the area that I find much better.

I've been coming to this location for decades... best IHOP I've ever been too. Most of the staff have been here for decades and the inside is always up to date. Cooks are spot on and they're open 24 hrs. Thu--Sat. It's convenient but certainly not a go-to spot. I usually just go for the seasonal specials. I feel you can get burnt out on any chain breakfast spot. ie. Bob Evans, Crackle Barrel. Real breakfast's come from those scratch made small independent local spots. ie. "Harner's Bakery and Restaurant" in N. Aurora, "Eggs Inc.". Bolingbrook (soon in downtown Naperville)" Egg Harbor" in downtown Naperville and even "The Baked Apple Breakfast Co." in Downers Grove, is worth the drive. I'm with others... stay away from "less than pleasant" "Eggsperience".

Haven't been to this IHop in a while and was pleasantly surprised. The food was good, the place was clean and the service was excellent - quick and attentive even though the place was packed. Breakfast was very tasty and enjoyable. We were a little worried when we initially walked in and saw the crowd, but everyone was seated promptly by the friendly staff who took turns making sure everyone was welcomed and seated within a couple of minutes. The young waiter and host we had were great.

The two stars is for the pot roast melt and fruity tooty dishes. The pot roast melt was waaay too soggy, it was dripping and super messy. The fruity tooty tasted fine, but the portion was so tiny for iHop! very disappointed.

Always great for a weekend breakfest, I tend to eat here quite often. The Chocolate Chocolate chip pancakes here are great. What is better then Chocolate with even more Chocolate added in :) The wait staff here is also always friendly. A nice added touch at this location is the guy making baloon toys for the kids during weekend breakfest. One warning however is this place becomes a mad house during weekend breakfest. The waiting area is quite small and people are often piled in like cattle. Best bet is to get up early or wait till the breakfest rush is over. All and all this is one of the better ihop locations.

Food is okay for an IHOP. Though sometimes it looks like it was slammed on the plate. For what you pay, it's really not that good. The service ranges from good to non-existent. Some of the staff must feel that coffee pot at each table is a license to not have to check on their customers. The place is crazy packed on the weekends, so expect to wait. Use the bathroom before going here because otherwise you may die of fright. They have a "free meal" coupon in one of those clipper mags. But read the fine print it is often excluded on the weekends. I've been to better. I would much rather go to the Oswego location than here.

We LOVE coming here for breakfast! The food is always delicious and the service is always fantastic. Our kids are always excited when we say we are going to eat here because not only do they love the food, but they get a big kick out of the people who make the balloon animals (or whatever). I personally eat as healthy as I can, and I really appreciate that they have options for me, and have accommodated my pickiness (substitutes, make this with this, minus that - yea, I will admit I am a pain in the butt!) We have had extremely friendly and accommodating waiters/waitresses EVERY time.

It's an IHOP, but this is one of the better IHOP's I've been to. I'm in love with the Swedish crepes. The waitstaff has always been nice when I've been here, even when dealing with Plainfield jerks (see: arrogant, mid50's, Ditka mustache, new money, still eating at ihop). IHOP is like Denny's. You don't go for the quality of the food. It's a cheap place to go when you have a craving for that *one* thing. And it's open late.

My fiancé and I came to this place at 11 pm on a Sunday night and the manager tells us it's going to take along time for our food because one of his servers didn't show up. He then proceeds to act nonchalantly and take his time doing pretty much nothing as I could see him the whole time. When he finally takes our order he acts like nothing is wrong and then it takes more than 36 mins for our food to come, even though there were relatively few people in the restaurant.
