Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

I'm a big fan of chipotle, they lay out all fresh ingredients in front of you and you pretty much build your own. The downside with this chipotle it that it's in a strip of other restaurants so the parking is a royal pain. You'll always find yourself in a long line because it's such a popular spot.

Slowest service I've experienced at a Chipotle. They need to take lessons on efficiency from the Oswego location. $6.50 for a spoon of rice and beans (veggie bowl) is ludicrous

Let me start out by confessing that I am a Mexican food junkie, I'm pretty sure I have salsa running thru my veins. That being said, I can't get enough of the amazing fresh food from Chipotle. The fact that they use organic local GMO free produce and meats as often as possible makes the food taste even better. At this location in particular, the service is fast and friendly, and the dining room, while crowded, is always clean. We recently did a fundraiser there for our school and it was an amazing experience.

Great staff, although hipster college kids control the scene. Seriously though, delicious premade food following a corporate recipe not hard to mess up, lets be honest its clean, its affordable and its delicious.

I have been a long time supporter of Chipotle. I love their system, and have seen it done very successfully in other chains. Bringing you fresh ingredients that you can see before you choose, is an amazing idea. Today, I had a very bad experience though. This location is never one of my favorite. Often times I will drive out of my way to go to other locations. This is all because of their parking lot. Which is always a huge stress trap. They don't have enough spot. It's high traffic and in addition with the snow taking up numerous spots, it makes for the worst experience. Seriously, I think this place was made on an ancient burial ground or something, because the minute I get here I feel the stress dripping off me. I see it with everyone that comes to this spot. Just bad mojo. But, today I am at work. I need something quick for me and a co-worker. I place my order online. And, hate that they no longer have the carnitas. But I reluctantly order something else. I ordered a burrito, and my co-worker a burrito bowl. I find out when I get back to work that it's a burrito bowl that I got too. So, that is an issue, because I really wanted the burrito. When I arrived to pick up my order, I asked if I can have change for a $20. Edward, a host that did an outstanding job in everything and I have no complaints about him. He's got some really good customer service skills. But, he tells me that he is not allowed to give change. This is yet another frustrating thing, because I paid online with my credit card and my co-worker gave me cash. I needed to give her change. I tell him that I really need change and ask him if he's going to make me go next door to the bank to get it. I mean, I am a customer. I just bought $20 in food. Now, all I need is 2 $10's. He calls out a manager that barely even talks to me. Just takes my money and goes into the register and gives me 2 $10. I ask him why this is a rule here. And he just mumbles that Edward can't give me change. No explanation, even though I asked for one. If he would have cleared that up right there, it would have made me feel much better. I started thinking to myself... maybe this rule is in place for the safety of the staff incase they get robbed or something. But, then I think well that would be a bad thing for the employee, not safe at all. Safe would be somebody robs a place, you give them all the money and call the police. Not giving them the money seems like it would be bad. Then I think, maybe it's because they are worried about the person at the register stealing. A little: Dollar for you, Dollar for me thing. But that doesn't make sense because I'm sure they count out at the end of the day. The only thing person this rule benefits is nobody. I said what if I just waited for you to have a cash customer. Register is open, then you can give me my change. But, no they couldn't do that. Funny thing happened the next customer was a cash customer that had change for a $20. But I had already exchanged with the mumbling manager. Then in the parking lot, I get screamed at by a woman that wanted to get by me but I was in the process of backing up. This place is just bad energy. And, I think I will not be returning here anytime soon. Why do people go out to eat for lunch? Convenience and a good experience. I got neither.

The food did not taste like other chipotle restaurants. Serving sizes were smaller too. The hot sauce was very salty and did not taste good. Btw, I eat hot sauce with everything and all the time. The place itself is fine. The people are ok too but I went here for the food. Most chipotle restaurants play Caribbean music but not this place. Just not the same atmosphere.

I go here all the time and so far I have not been disappointed. The wait time is longer than most fast food lines but that's expected since they only have 2 people making the food and taking your order at the same time. The food is really good and the price is okay. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is really nice I recommend this chipotle over others in the area for sure

Hard to say anything negative about a quick service eatery that's sworn off GMOs, hormones and antibiotics. Friendly staff, slower at peak times but that's probably obvious.

Service is fast, though slows down at peak hours, as expected. The staff is always really nice but efficient. This location doesn't skimp on the ingredients and you totally get your money's worth. I seriously have no complaints about this location at all.

Friendly Staff, Good Portions, Fresh food. Got a Bowl and turned them into Nachos! Good Times!

I like Chipotle, and this facility is great. They're always polite and the place is very clean. I've eaten in and taken out and have never had issue with the staff or food. I basically always get the same thing (vegetarian burrito bowl) and they always hook it up with whatever ingredients I request. I have noticed that they seem to skip a little on meat with the tacos, but that seems standard since I've experienced the same thing at other locations. Probably some type of QC requirement to keep overhead low. Parking kind of sucks because the lot is tiny and there are a lot of surrounding businesses that seem to have heavy traffic (S-bux, Panera, BWW). I also notice that A-town police seem to frequent this business steadily. Lastly, I really respect the fact that although I am not eating the meat, they are responsible and use free range animals for their products. It's nice that at least one corporation has a conscious.

Good fast place as always with Chipotle. Good chicken with full flavor and nice crispiness like the best Chipotles have. The inside is very clean, looks like some space is wasted but it is spacious. Also very quick as always with Chipotle and constantly had a line at 6 on a Friday which is encouraging that they can do so well.

Service is fast, gets a little backed around lunch & 4 & 5 pm other than that the food is always good!

I've always loved Chipotle....My wife found a metal clip in her burrito bowl once which luckily, she was not injured. I informed management, they were more than apologetic, and did everything they could to remedy the situation. I've been to several of these and this one is nothing short of spectacular. The service is always fast, friendly, and they don't skimp on the toppings. love it.

I go to this Chipotle quite often, and I've never been disappointed. For one, it is in fact spelled Chipotle (not Chiptole). I usually find the service to be fast, with only one of the dozens of times to be noticably slow, but it was pretty late. I have gone both during lunch and dinner time, during peak hours it's about a 3-5 minute line. I usually get chicken tacos and it's always been great. Guacamole is a bit pricey but extra delicious with the chips. I'm not a fan of burritos in general, so I can't comment on those. As far as portion sizes, they seem very consistent with the half dozen other Chipotles I've been to around the area. Staff is always friendly. Getting tables can be an issue during peak times if you plan to eat inside. If you have more than 4 in your group it can be tricky. I mostly see groups of 2-4.

I go here quite a bit and love it! One time a while back the guac looked a bit on the brown side so I avoid it now.
