We have stayed at the famed Madonna Inn with their themed rooms... And they pale compared to the Black Swan. I found this Inn on a whim as we were passing thru and I am so glad I did. The service was astounding. So attentive and every detail was attended to. And the room.... Wow. Just amazing. We were amazed at all the little touches. It is in a quieter part of town, the outside grounds were lovely as well.

Absolutely amazing! The attention to detail in the art work and design is at the level of professional theater. Not only that, it's quiet, immaculate and the customer service is outstanding. We had an issue while we were there and they went above and beyond my expectations to help us out. So impressive! Would have loved more gluten free options for breakfast, but really can't complain about that since it was such a fantastic experience.

Every time I come to Pocatello on business, this is where I stay. Which is amazing bc they give great business rates if you're traveling alone. The rooms are so much fun, the service is perfect, couldn't be happier with my favorite little fairytale hotel :)

This is a pretty unique place. It's located in an older, but classic, brick apartment house in a residential neighborhood in Central Pocatello. Each room opens to the outside as it would have when the building housed apartments. The rooms are decorated in varying themes. The owner and his wife have painted some amazing murals on the walls of each room and include sculptures and artifacts in keeping with the themes. We stayed in the Sea Cave room. It had a round bed with a giant shell as the headboard. There were aquariums in various parts of the room...next to the spa tub and also as the pedestal of a table. There were also large flatscreen TVs. They handled breakfast a bit differently. We were given the option of pre-ordering some items the night before which they would pick up from a bakery and deliver to us or we could have a voucher for breakfast at Perkins Family Restaurant not far from the suites. We were on a schedule so we decided to take the restaurant voucher as it was close to the interstate where we were headed. They have plans to continue the renovation until all 19 rooms are completed. They are also going to expand the office area so maybe they'll include a breakfast room at some point. We really enjoyed this place.
