The staff here is great. We had ordered a kids meal for a girl and they ran out of the toys so they offered us apple slices or ice cream instead. We chose the healthy option :( the staff was polite and courteous. The good came out quickly and hit the spot.

3 stars because eventually when you get your not-warm-anymore food, it tastes like Burger King and for that reason alone you will keep coming back when in the area and Burger King seems like the best option. 0 stars for value, speed, ease and employee competency. Two adults eating small size whopper meals is nearly $20, and I still felt kinda hungry after. AVOID THE DRIVE-THRU!!! And CHECK YOUR FOOD!!! For one thing their intercom is THE WORST but on top of that there's almost never an English-as-a-first-language person on the other end. When you finally ask if there's someone else you can talk to and there seems to be a mutual understanding of what it is that you want, CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE PULLING AWAY FROM THE WINDOW because 3 times out of 3, they will still get something wrong. We wised up and now ONLY walk in and carry out. The first time we did this, I was repeating myself to the cashier for a 2nd or 3rd time when a guy came storming up to the counter with a crinkled BK bag, and I knew. Apparently he'd been through the drive-thru 3 times and they still got the order wrong. He proceeded to repeat himself several times trying to get them to understand what was supposed to be in his bag. Having to repeat yourself over and over will still happen regardless, but it is notably less aggravating face to face than dealing with it drive-thru style. It's not just a customer-employee communication problem. The employees seem to be incapable of communicating properly amongst themselves as well. We watched our order taker repeat our order at least 6 times to the people in back, who still claimed not to hear her. Why the order is not just spelled out on a ticket back there for them I do not know. But it was a complete cluster and there seemed to be at least 4 times too many people working for the amount of anything that was getting done. I watched our burgers sit and sit while 3 or 4 people touched everything on the rack confusedly, telling each other what they were supposed to do before someone finally started putting our stuff in a bag. Did I mention that they were all giggling incessantly the entire time? When we finally got out of there with our not-warm-anymore food, we both felt dumber. KFC across the street ends up being cheaper and easier.

I don't go to Burger King often. If I do, it's only for one thing - an order of large hash rounds for my 3 year old daughters. Given the simplicity of the order, you'd think there would be no difficulty in executing it. At other Burger King locations (like the Beretania location), the process is simple and pleasant: I order, I'm greeted with a smile and a "Hello", I pay, I get an order of HOT hash rounds and a couple Burger King crowns (unsolicited) for the girls, and we leave happy. Here's the scenario at this Burger King location: I order, no greeting, no smile, no thank you, no eye contact, I get an order of cold hash rounds, no crowns, no ketchup, no napkins, no nothing :-(

Slow! Drive thru or inside, it's slow. The food is okay like it should be and the customer service is okay, as it should be, but expect to wait for your food. They always stick their hand out of the drive thru window and cover this box just below. I assume this is some so it resets the timer so that it seems like they have quick service.

Burger King always satisfies a fast food craving without too much guilt. We popped into the Kaneohe location to grab a quick bite before heading back to work. I was shocked to see a major redesign of their interior! The new look is cleaner and streamlined. They've gotten rid of the kid's play area and have added wifi to encourage adults to stick around longer. It's not a bad look for a fast food joint! We also tested out the new Satis-fries, which are crinkle fries with 30% less fat. They are definitely a keeper!

I go here all the time (drive-thru) and they are very nice people but they hardly ever get my order right. "Have It Your Way" should be stressed. The new renovations are purely a façade.

Ok, so I just got through reading some not to good comments regarding this BK, so I wanted to add my humble opinion to this location When we got here there were a few families enjoying their meals. The dining room area is pleasantly updated, I like it. The music is set just right where you won't need to talk over the music to be heard. We were greeted by our cashier as well as the cashier working next to her I had their newest Rodeo Crispy Chicken Sandwich. I was impressed it was great (pictured) my hubby had the extra long BBQ cheeseburger, he loved it, to me ah, it was ok! It was 2 burgers, onion rings covered with BBQ sauce and cheese. As an added note, there was always a worker who was visible in the dining area cleaning and wiping up. It's always great coming to nice & clean dining area! Even their restrooms are nice & clean! I would definitely return if I'm on this side of the island M

Rolled up here this morning thinking I would splurge $7 for breakfast and get a croissanwich. As I was waiting for drive thru a group of 4 employees were cruising by the back door raising a ruckus. Looked over and seen 4 micronesian ladies in uniform blasting what seemed to be micronesian beats(not a racist). One of the ladies kept dancing and dancing exciting the other gals. She seemed to be the life of the party. Whatever. It wasn't until she turned my way and started directing her "moves" towards me that I was irritated. Gave her a "no thanks" gesture and looked away. Ended up driving off after I realized she might be on break and going back in to touch my food. I'm just as down for coyote ugly at fast food joints as the next guy but its way too early for that kinda action. Not since Exotic Nights on a slow nite have I been so offended. Gold Fronts. *SWAG*

Like many other reviewers, I found this drive-thru to be incredibly slow. Why does it take 20 minutes to get my food. The car in front of me drove off and i had to explain to the window people that the order they were trying to give me wasn't my order. PLEASE PEOPLE, AVOID THIS PLACE.
(1)Ao H.
Drive thru, ordered two large frappes. She asks if I want a cup holder and I agree. Bad side, cup holder does not properly hold these types of drinks. Tells me, be careful. Uh yeah, now I'm looking for a nearby car detailer cause my vehicle is sticky everywhere and smells like caramel. Incompetent staff, ugh.
(1)Jason C.
Hands down, the worst bk I've ever dealt with. The folks at the drive through are barley capable of communicating with English speaking customers and if I actually get what I asked for, it's a blessing from God. Slowest drive through by far but hey, at least everyone that works there is nice. When burger king's corporate office was confronted with the issues I've had their answer was simply "we have no control over the operation of our locations". Awesome.
(1)Stefani C.
Walked into this Burger King location last night at 6:30pm and ordered the Alaskan Fish sandwich and crinkle fries. The sandwich was good but cold as well as the fries. Both items were cold; fries were undercooked not to mention overpriced for such a small amount. I tried calling to let them know but there was no answer. I will try again today. Very disappointing!
(1)Rhi S.
At some point, I was coming here from my strawberry value shakes a few times a week, same time at night, getting the same lady who helped us at the drive through. I like this location, probably since it's the one I normally or ever go to, but they almost always get our order right. As any other burger king, it's expensive but worth it and more filling than McDonalds or Jack in the Box.
(4)Lauren W.
Let me just say, I don't hate all Burger Kings. Once, when I was having a terrible day, the BK near University probably saved my life with it's Oreo Shake. But this BK was exceptionally poor. We did drive-thru and the wait was RIDICULOUS! 8 minutes for ONE car ahead of us!!! At first we thought that it was taking a long time because the car in front must have ordered a ton of food. When we got up to the speaker we noticed the guy's total: $12.78! Veggie Whopper No Tomatoes ** - They gave extra tomatoes Grilled Chicken Sandwich *** - Nothin special French Frieds ** - Stale and not enough salt. I prefer McD's
(2)Don D.
Nothing special but the drive thru operator had a hard time understanding that we had a "Buy one, Get one free coupon". We decided to go to the drive thru but saw that they werent open for lunch yet. But as soon as lunch time started, they flipped the menu and lunch was served. A+ for being on time with that. The reason why Im giving them two stars is because our food DID come out quick....but that was too quick for lunch "just starting". AND..... the Original Chicken Sandwiches came out really dry leaving me to believe that we got leftovers! Yuck!
(2)Pumehana P.
I'll visit here once in a while. I love their sweet potato fries, although most of the time the fries are cold. Went the other night and the person in charge (female Filipina, short hair) was reading her txt on her phone while bagging orders for the drive thru and taking orders on the front counter. (Turn off) This is very unprofessional. If you want to run an establishment, you'll need to set the example for your employees. Service was ok. She greeted the customer in front of me, without a smile. I got the same "no smile" service. Communication between the crew was great. Except that a sandwich needed to be "no onion" and the grill person pulled back the sandwich and wiped the onions off and rewrapped the sandwich. Eww! What if the person who ordered this sandwich is allergic to onions!?! They should have made a new sandwich! This restaurant is newly renovated. I love the décor! The restaurant was very clean and inviting.
(2)David S.
you know, i wouldn't normally have much to say about BK, but im bored at work so real fast ill do this...this place rocks pretty well...Drive thru doesn't take too long, usually, and i dont think they've ever messed up my order compared to the other fast food places in kaneohe...jacks, mcd, tacobell have all messed up my orders multiple times...but BK hasn't yet and ive gone there a good amount of times...so props...dependable...nothing big to say about them, but dependable!
