It's pretty blah. Ordered cream of mushroom chicken with brown rice and mac salad. Rice was fine, mac salad was fine... Chicken had the cream of mushroom sauce poured on top, and it was SO bland I had to salt it. Would not recommend it, but it would suffice if you are hunger stricken.

The steak I ordered medium rare. It was cooked the way it should be... did not have to send it back. I also had the cream of mushroom chicken. The chicken was pretty flavorful but the cream of mushroom soup was cold so it got redone...no problem. The cashier and cook were helpful and friendly.

Blazin Steaks in the Windward Mall food court is almost always busy and seems to be a popular choice for the carnivorous Mall crowd looking for a quick meal that is pretty compatible with most eat out often budgets. The steaks are definitely not in the same class as Ruth Chris, Morton's or even Outback but then again neither are the prices. The cuts of meat used in their product is probably from the cheaper cuts of beef which is lean with very little marbling and when not prepared properly this can produce a product that is a bit rubbery or very dry. But so far my experiences here have been mostly satisfactory ( not great and not bad). The staff has been friendly and efficient. The portions okay, relative to the pricing. Other items offered are chicken, fried noodles and a small breakfast menu. So if you are looking for an affordable meal that's " Ok" I recommend the steak plate with extra tossed salad and no rice.

What can I say...for the price you pay for the plates here...huge portions, tasty food, very reasonable prices. The breakfast plates are very cheap and they give a lot of food.

Worst service I have ever received took my receipt back because it said subtotal 8.50 tax amt .40 which was correct but the total was 9.40 they said they charged 50 cents for the garlic even though it doesn't say that anywhere for the combo it says any steak. Then I got my plate and it wasn't even garlic steak I took it back and the owner lady said why you complain nabbed the plate from me and told the cashier to give my money back.

This used to be one of my favs but for 12.50 the large fried noodle steak plate was too small. I have maybe a 6 oz piece... Used to be overflowing with steak when they first opened in windward city

This location was horrible...ok i understand im getting steak for pretty cheap price...well i got a lg steak plate and the breakfast combo they have...first i wanted over hard for my eggs came out sunny side up...then my portuguese sausage was old...it had the stale old oil taste...went back to get my money back and the girl that look like a dude told me i would have to leave my number and the manager would call me back for a refund...i dont think so...i stood there and told the dude girl i dont think so cause thats bs that i get served this crap and then i gotta wait for my refund...then she tells me to calm down..i was like im calm u havnt seen me pissed yet so give me my money back...so then she sees that im not gonna leave so she goes back and voids my transaction and started giving me my money back then she tells me u supposed to bring the wole plate back...i cut the top off the plate so my son can eat with ease but all the food was there...i look at her and say dont get stupid w me then shes like im just saying so i tell her charge me for the half plate but give me my damn money back and stop being stupid...i think its just sad when they try to act like they cant do a refund but if u r persistent then they can do refund no problem...bs...i will not be going back here the steak plate was all right but damn their service is just shit...boooo
