Rarely baristas know what an authentic Espresso macchiato is nor are they able to explain it but Jesse knew what it was; and he explained it to make sure I knew what I was getting. The drive thru was quick and yet I felt relaxed instead of rushed. This was by far one of the best experiences I've ever had with Starbucks. I will admit I had lost faith in Starbucks and had been always looking for an alternative. I'm happy to say Jesse saved the day and not only made this morning great but helped me to like Starbucks again. Thank you Jesse!

This is the slowest Starbucks I've been to in months it took at least 15 minutes after you made your purchase to get the item No one behind the counter seems to care about how much time it took Disappointed.

Pretty lousy of Starbucks not to open early at an international airport. Workers sitting outside and no manager to let them in. Based on other reviews, Starbucks may need to evaluate the level of service being meted out here.
They're conveniently located at the top of the escalators right after the TSA screening. What more could you ask for before heading to your gate? Baristas were friendly and service was quick.

Slowest Starbucks I've ever been to! Stood in line for about half an hour. Pretty disappointing!

Typical airport Starbucks but they were out of croissants and added way to much chai to my chai tea latte. Actually had to toss it as it was causing my tongue to tingle far to much. The servers were very nice and service was quick. They could smile a little more. Just one of my pet peeves when it comes to the service industry, Smiling makes it better for everyone and should be something they do regularly. I will be back as it is the only one there but hope they smile more.

Basically the garbage of garbage food. Besides GMO milk, their food products are of inferior quality. Come on Starbucks, you can afford an upgrade. Beyond the low scale!!!

The line is never really too long here and the coffee comes out fairly quick. -1 star for price-I know it's in the airport, but $6.04 For a tall gingerbread latte?? Good thing I had an hour to kill, otherwise I would've skimped on the coffee. Not sure of hours, but they are open pretty early and late, as are the other eateries In the airport. There are a few tables and chairs outside the POS area. Food is usually well stocked and presentable, and they also sell some goodies (I.e. Pre packaged coffee, Mugs) to purchase. Sometimes the baristas are nice and talkative, sometimes lacklustre. I don't know if it's "safe" but the whole hour I've been sitting here, the milk carafes have been too...hmmm...

The barristas make a regular Starbucks come alive! The ones here are all happy and service oriented. They make a mean coconut creme frap :) Nuff said!

Not a bad Starbucks. But the smokers right outside, and the phone-talkers inside (long, loud conversations) have killed it for me many times. The staff doesn't seem to care. Please address phone talkers and smokers - it does bother people, but it's awkward to ask people to be polite, and risk getting in an ugly argument. I have enough stress in my life, so the staff should pay attention and ask loud obnoxious phone talkers end conversations. At the very least put the signs, then we, your customers, can point to the sign and ask the rude people to have some tact. But without signs, they feel entitled. It's very annoying, when I want to enjoy some drink and food with my friends, or my coffee break, or get some reading done. Please help! Put a sign! And help prevent smokers from putting toxic smoke in our lungs when we want to hang out in the outside area. Can the staff be more proactive and control the offenders? It shouldn't be our job.

Starbucks must start a new competition when you have a Beef and Blue Cheese sandwich at this venue. They can call it: "Find the Blue Cheese and win a three weeks, all expenses paid, vacation in Hawaii." I had this sandwich and thought they forgot to put the blue cheese on. When bringing it under the attention of the associate, she showed me a THINLY spread layer on the sandwich and said that that was the blue cheese. I could not even taste any blue cheese in the sauce, nor recognize any! Even the customer behind me made a comment on the lack of blue cheese on the sandwich. Totally misleading name for this sandwich. Maybe change the name of the sandwich to "Beef Sandwich with Blue Cheese Molecules" in stead of "Beef Sandwich with Blue Cheese." Shame on you Starbucks, Kahului Airport!

I have never experienced such bad customer service at any starbucks until today. Not only were they extremely rude, they got our order wrong and then argued with us about it. If you send out a promotional email coupon you should state that this location does not accept them or give a discount for using your own cups. Dutch Brothers from now on for this heavy coffee drinking family!

I'm not sure if it's because this Starbucks is in the airport, or if it's an all Maui thing, but a grande frap was $5.60! Holy moly! In CA, we're paying $4.25 for a grande. Pretty much a huge price gouge, but whatevs. When you need your fix right outside the baggage claim, you gotta do what you gotta do! The staff was friendly and drinks are made quickly. No line, so that's always a plus!
