After moving here from the New York area, I've looked good and hard to find a Chinese restaurant that comes close. This BY FAR outperforms the competition in nearly every menu item. Only here will you find authentic dumplings. The egg rolls are never soggy and whether it be shrimp with garlic sauce or beef with broccoli, the sauce is outstanding and never gives an aftertaste. They are usually busy around 5pm which tells a lot. I finally found my Chinese eatery. Again, I recommend the fried dumplings and you will see they are twice the size of the competition with an awesome dipping sauce.

Needed a quick bite tonight, so I visited New China. I should've listened to the previous reviews. The food isn't very good. I ordered the house special fried rice. With so many different meats included, you'd be surprised how flavorless it was. I also ordered the Kung po (or Bo?) chicken. Again, flavorless....and I like my veggies cooked a bit more. Not a big fan of very crunchy carrots. Oh well. At least it wasn't expensive.

Went here because it was close to my house. Reason for one star: ordered food on the phone, the rep sounded like they didn't have any interest. I went to go pick it up, still they looked like they didn't care. The food did not taste good either, I wasn't surprised lol. Anyways, there's a better one on Grayson hwy. I don't mind driving extra mile or two for better customer service and better food.

I've just added the business but I will give an update after I've had their food. I've picked up some today, so I'm just starting them off with 3 stars. I don't know exactly how long they've been opened as of yet. Thanks guys. It's not the most cheeriest place in the world first and foremost. I didn't see the health inspectors review anywhere but I'm sure they have it hidden in plain view but I just couldn't see it. Food Verdict: I had ordered the hot and spicy wings, shrimp fried rice, along with egg drop soup. The wings were huge, with no taste actually as I believe it was dependent upon the sauce. The sauce itself was absolutely greasy, no actual flavor besides the fact that some hot type peppers was put within it. The wings weren't hard fried at all as any regular Chinese place will do it. Most places normally make up for not seasoning the chicken with seasoning the sauce big time! None of that happened here. Shrimp fried rice, really no seasoning at all and some of the shrimp that I've had weren't properly deveined. Again, this time I think they were looking for the addition of soy sauce to cover up that flavor. Egg drop soup, eh just add a little salt and ground black peppercorns to that and you will be fine as it did look and had the consistency of a really good egg drop soup. Now when I go back to eat when I'm really hungry I will have to make my own hot sauce and maybe broil the wings somewhat to have a little crunchy taste if that's what I want. I shouldn't have to go through any of this. That's the verdict and thanks you all.

I'm a west coast girl. This is the only Chinese restaurant within a good 100 miles that I will eat at. Fantastic food, staff is very friendly. I've never had an issue here ever.

Chinese Cuisine

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.

There are not many restaurants in America serving authentic Chinese food. A little research on Restaurant Listings directory can help you locate the best Chinese restaurants in the city. Chinese cuisine is continuously evolving, and you can find a variety of dishes categorized as the food for lactose intolerant, gluten intolerant, vegan, vegetarian, and diabetic friendly. So, if you have a group of friends with different taste patterns, save the hassle and visit the nearest Chinese restaurant in your city.
