Had to wait an hour and 30 mins to receive my delivery order when the person who took my order said it would be 45mins. I called to check the eta of my delivery at the hour mark to make sure the driver didn't get lost and the manager told me I would have to wait another 30mins. I was ok with that as i know it's a Friday and everyone and their grandma is probably ordering pizza tonight. What mad me upset was they charged my card before my order went out the door. I would need to wait 2-3 business days to get my refund. I was really upset because I think you should have the option of simply canceling your order of the eta takes longer than you expect. If I was paying cash I would simply cancel and have my money in hand, give card users the same option! The manager Ash was very understanding of my anger. She explained that the new cashier was still learning and that she would send out my delivery for free ( still need to wait for 2-3 days). PLEASE get this location more employees to help with the work load. An hour and 30 mins is completely unacceptable. If they are this loaded hire more people. Simple as that. It will benefit your workers and your customers. Update.. Well. I submitted my order at 7:35pm. It is now 9:37pm and hour after speaking with a manager and still no Marco's pizza. Spoke to Ash again. She claimed to not know why my order hadn't gone out. Maybe they just forgot about my order but didn't forget to charge me for it? This is really just terrible Marco, really bad service. Don't know what to say now. I'm starting to black out from hunger... I will probably not be ordering from here again.

Stopped in store to order our food, and what do ya know, they can't seem to get the order right. Is it that hard to understand when a customer asks to have something left off their sub, or do they just not care? Probably a bit of both. I may try a different store, but this one will never see an order from me again.

Worse place to order pizza. First an old man who play race game by ignoring me when a young white man was with his father who was being served already asking him for how to help him. He saw me waiting but he neglected me and moved to sit on a chair until a black girl who was serving the white man father was done and asked me to assist me. Very rude man. He was on his phone and chatting with someone else. I needed pizza and since this was y first ever marco pizza i did not make it a big deal. My second visit was at 10:45PM on saturday order some hot wings and that ugly black girl with lazy butt looked at me and told me that there are running out of hot wing. Big lies just to get out of there as soon as possible because it was almost time. I placed the order online and i was told that there was still plenty of hot wings and that i can call or walked in to get my order. Very rude people in sum. will never shop there ever.

I went to the grand opening for this place and I was shocked when one of the employees assumed I had two pizzas on my plate. Two slices of pizza for every customer and I didn't get two slices. And she assumed and got mad at me. I would've given this place 5 stars but that one employee made me upset and she was not only mean but RUDE, too, for assuming I've already got two pizzas. So for their grand opening, they were handing out a free drink with free pizza, salad and cheese bread. 4 pm - 7 pm I heard it from my dad, because he knows how much I love love love to eat pizza!! Also, they were handing out a little paper that read: Grand Opening Celebration August 19th, 2013 ONLY --- yep! They got the year wrong! 2 Medium 1-toppings $14.99 --- it's topping.. not toppings! First 50 Customers Get **FREE PIZZA FOR A YEAR** Must be present Read the next line.. it makes no sense: Minimum purchase $10 required -- ohhh.. so there's a requirement?? then it's not FREE?? What the heck!? This was what it read on the bottom of paper: BE THE FIRST INLINE -- IN LINE.. two words.. not one! So many typos!! But yea.. the pizza tastes great and all.. but if you're going to have workers.. please let them be customer service friendly-wise.. cuz that one lady was mean and rude! I would only come here if the employees are nice.. not fake nice either! I'd take the pizzas to-go if I was craving pizza.. if not, then I wouldn't come here to dine-in *again, it's because of that one employee* She made me lose my "good mood"!!!

If you want people to serve you extremely slow and want your servers to just bring you out random food orders, than this place is for you! I would give it 3 stars because i usually love marcos pizza but the service alone drops its to 2 due to there being none. I always order the same thing and if the location wasnt so convenient, id probably be at another marcos pizza by now...

I'm not reviewing Marco's in general, just this location. I don't know how good the pizza is, as I never got the chance to eat it. We called for delivery, and the lady who answered the phone couldn't seem to find our street, even though we are about a mile away. I guess this potential customer doesn't exist!

My 'checkout' button kept disappearing when trying to place an order online. I was trying to use a coupon for free bread sticks. I called the store to see if I could place the order over the phone and the woman on the phone was completely rude. She said "ooh well i cant really do anything to help you".. so I hung up and decided to just continue my order online and forget the breadsticks. I placed my order at 7:10PM and it didn't arrive until 8:27. It was cold and the driver made me walk to a different building to meet him because he was lost. Once i finally walked back to the building of the address i put on my order, the pizza was completely cold and was WAY smaller than i thought. I will never order from here again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!
