Came to this location for dinner. I'm already a Chilis fiend, after working at one for 5 years, so very familiar with their menu. Their menu has something for everybody ... Awesome burgers, salads, steaks, sandwiches, pizza, quesadillas, fajitas, and also tons of healthier options. The kids menu alone has about any option a kid could imagine: corn dogs, grilled cheese, Mac and cheese, grilled chicken, pizza, burgers, chicken sandwich, etc PLUS a ton of healthy side options and drink choices! VERY child friendly. This location was very clean and our waitress was attentive, friendly, and quick on her feet! They also have a pay pad on the table to speed up the payment process plus games on it for children to play, which helped keep our little princess engaged while we decided on dinner. I ordered the buffalo chicken ranch sandwich with a side of corn, plus the El Niño margarita. The sandwich was awesome, but needed more buffalo sauce and corn was very buttery with pepper. The margarita was good but could have been stronger. My honey ordered a black bean guacamole burger and corn, plus a pomegranate drink. Hers was good as well, drink could have been a tad stronger. The princess ordered grilled chicken and broccoli. The chicken was a very big serving size. The broccoli was under steamed but the waitress corrected that right away. Overall, a great experience for a chain restaurant!

Whenever we feel like Chilis, this is always the location to go! But this visit, OMG! Never again! Our waitress was HORRIBLE! Forgot about our drinks! I finally called her over and she brought them. We put in our order for the appetizer and our dinner, she brought out our dinner and completely forgot about the app! I had to remind her about her once again! Just horrible! She never once came back to check on our table after that! Horrible experience!

NO NO NO!!. If I could give 0 stars I would. Apparently, I ordered the meatless ribs, (just bones and sauce), and it was just the worst food. This was my first and last time eating at any Chili's. It is your typical fast food, tasteless, chain restaurant. It caters to a certain suburban palette but if you like your food with flavor and personality, keep looking cause this is not it!

I have not been to Chili's in years! Decided to go after hearing they serve a really good black bean burger. I had the best waitress, and I really wish I could remember her name. She was absolutely excellent! Had my daughter there, and got her some veggies and chicken. She ate all her chicken, so that says a lot. Also, they have these little gadgets on the table that you can purchase games for your kids to play and also pay for your tab. Nice! So...ordered the black bean burger, and it was just okay. It was kinda burned around the edges, and not really moist. The bun was good, but with butter and toasted...how could it be wrong? I also had the side of corn on the cob, also very buttered. It was pretty good with the butter/black pepper combo on it. I would try this place again, but I wouldn't get the burger again.

Chili's Grill & Bar is a welcomed and dependable chain when I travel. While they may not list their gluten free offerings on the main menu, they do have an allergen page for gluten available at the hostess stand or online at their website. The number of selections for GF food is nice and provides some what of a choice, which even includes their loaded potato soup. This Chili's is split into two main sections, the dining room and the bar. I happen to prefer the bar at this location due to how loud that the dining room can get and it just seems like a more relaxed atmosphere in the bar. There are plenty of tvs there to catch multiple games while dining. The service is generally quick and good. The food is pretty decent for being a chain. I do like how they now have the tablets at the tables now so that you can pay your bill and leave if your server is busy and you're ready to leave.

After a long, crazy day at work I usually stop by here for their margaritas. You really can't beat $4 margaritas. Service is usually always on point and the food is pretty good for the price. I usually get their bacon cheeseburger with fries and it's always good and satisfying.

Went to dinner there tonight at 5:30 to beat the crowd. Took longer than normal to get the food and when it arrived, the skillet queso was cold as was my ribs. Only thing hot was my fries. The kids ordered their meals with fries and got fruit instead. Took 10 more minutes to get them their fries. Very disappointed. When the manager came by and we expressed our frustration she apologized and cut our bill in half. In addition she gave us coupons for free appetizer and free kids meals. Not sure I will gamble again and use them.

I think chilis has gone down in quality. We came here after an event at Pinott Pallette, just to grab an app and gab. We ended up getting the triple dipper, The southwest eggrolls were spot on. granted the first time ive ever had them, but they were yum. The boneless buffalo wings were over cooked and gristley ( they are the reason i go here and we left 2 on the plate) and the loaded tater skins were not cooked all the way through. Service was pretty good. We sat at the bar. but overall the food was memorable for the wrong reasons. I usually have to fight with the hubby to come here- I like it and he thinks its waaay too salty but it seems like there are fewer and fewer reasons for me to fight to come here these days. I will give it one more shot when its not 10PM... but I dont have the bar set very high

We don't usually go to Chili's for dinner, but we had a coupon for free queso and another coupon for kids eating free. We decided it'd be worth it to head to this location since it was close. We arrived at 5:30 and it was pretty empty (Tuesday). We stood at the door for about five minutes waiting for someone... anyone to come over and help seat us. Our server came over and got our drinks and then we showed her the coupon for the appetizer and she brought it out right away. "Okay..." we thought, "Maybe the wait to be seated was the worst part of our dining experience." We were WRONG. We had not been to Chili's in a long time, and some of our favorites are gone from the menu (broccoli cheddar soup and fajita quesadillas). This caused us to have to figure out what to have instead and we weren't ready to place our order when our waitress came to take our order. We did order for our son. The children's menu is crazy big. Almost too much to choose from! You can order: mac-n-cheese, cheese pizza, grilled chicken, cheese quesadilla, corn dog, crispy chicken crispers, grilled chicken sandwich, burger, cheeseburger, grilled cheese sandwich, or little chicken crispers. Then you get to pick a side: mandarin oranges, corn on the cob, steamed broccoli, fresh pineapple, salad with low-fat ranch, mashed potatoes, rice, fries, corn kernels, and celeray sticks with low-fat ranch. We placed our order for our son (chicken crispers and mandarin oranges) and then waited for our server to come back and take our order. We waited... and waited... and watied... and waited. Finally she came out with his food... and then took our order. Seriously?!?!? We placed our order and it was 6:15. Yes, forty-five minutes had passed since we arrived. Talk about HORRIBLE timing. Our son (he's 21 months) finished his food and then we were STILL waiting for our food to arrive. When our dinners did arrive, my husband's steak was absolutely gross. It tasted like it had been pre-cooked, frozen in a plastic pouch, and then put in hot water to defrost-- THEN grilled. It tasted very minerally and I said it reminded me of liver. GROSS. An hour and a half later we were able to leave. While the kids meal was free and we had an appetizer that was free, the meal was $35 and could have been spent somewhere else in the area and been a much better experience. I asked my husband, "Do you think this is a matter of poor service, or poor kitchen staff?" He said he felt it was both. I don't think we'll be back to this location again.

Four of us came in for a work lunch at around 11:20. The waiter was young and seemed clueless. He messed up drinks order right away so we knew we were in for it with him. We placed the order in right away because we were in a hurry. Two orders of chicken fajita combos, one order of their new Chipotle Chicken fajita and one chicken sandwich. Nothing complicated. The place was almost empty at the time. We never got our drinks refilled and after about 20 min of waiting I flagged down the waiter to inquire about the food. he said they are still working on it. After another 15 minutes I had to flag him down again and ask about the food. he looked like a deer in headlights and said that are making the fries now. Since it was over 35 min wait and we were in a hurry, we asked to see the manager. Another 5 min later the food arrived. The chicken sandwich was the only eatable plate. All 3 fajitas had what looked like boiled and undrained mushy green peppers and onions on the bottom and a boiled unseasoned not marinated sorry looking pieces of chicken breast. It is worth noting that the 2 half portions of fajitas (lunch combos) had much bigger pieces of chicken than the full order. My $13 fajitas had what looked like maybe a 4-5 oz piece. Then the manager finally showed up. We informed him of what happened and that we would not be eating the fajitas. He apologized and offered a replacement. We asked if he can do something quick like a burger. We got the burgers fast, however the fries smelled like rancid corn oil. I'm guessing that they fried them in old corn chip fryer. Manager never showed up again to check on us and our "server" never checked on us either for ANYTHING. I had to yell across the room to get my water refilled. Obviously, we'll never come back.

Always wanted to try and finally went here for Mother's Day. Everyone was great, friendly, and food came out in a timely manner. Our waiter always came around to assist us, and he couldn't be any friendlier. Food was amazing. Definitely recommend and I can't wait to come back!

Incredible service. My son had $25 cash and left it in the seat. We drove back 15 minutes later and they had it waiting for us at the front desk. That's pretty unheard-of. This particular Chili's is voted number one in the country. We like to eat healthy meals and love the lunches at Chili's because of the healthy menu. We also love playing the trivia game with the kids as it is a load of fun and the only place we have been to that offers this type of entertainment for each table. Great food and never a boring moment. One of our favourite lunch places in the area!

$8 lunch fajita special was an affordable tasty alternative to my usual coffee & orange. Their new e-checkout using the table tablets is more efficient if you're in a hurry. I only order fajita, quesadilla, or burger so don't ask me about diversity or cultural specialties. Typical chain restaurant w/TVs and business lunch rush. It'd be cool if each location offered a unique dish invented by their chef & staff; not limited to TexMex or vendor-supplied ingredients.
