I love Ocharleys. I really do. The food selection is awesome and the drink selection rocks. The service at this location is usually spot on. I just wish they would pull up their carpet. The restaurant reeks of sour water. It hits you as soon as you walk in. This place would get 5 stars if it didn't stink... Literally.

We enjoyed our family dinner the other night. Staff was great and we were well cared for. Potato soup rocks... As so does their tenders and twisted chips... Don't forget the fried pickles. Kids love their lemonade and cotton candy drinks

Me and my lady were visiting Augusta for family. Before heading back to Atlanta, we stopped at this O'Charleys since my girl never been. Our food was pretty good, but the service made it great. We came 30 mins before close. I have previous restaurant experience so I know this can be aggravating. The staff was very nice about us staying and Daniel was a superb waiter. Great job!!!

We stopped here on while traveling from Atlanta. It's very conveniently located near the interstate. We were seated immediately and our waiter, Juan, was very attentive. He was handling numerous tables around us, and was very polite and gave good service to all of us. My husband and I both had the Tomato Basil soup which was pretty good. Then he had the Chicken Pot Pie and I had a Caesar salad. All the food was ok. Nothing spectacular. The bathroom soap was impossible to get out of the container and the bathrooms weren't that clean. That's an area they need to work on. But service and food were both ok.

So they have really gone downhill in menu choices and taste. Very few options for non battered and fried dinners. I picked the Cajun pasta thinking it would have some taste but I was wrong. Very bland, creamy white sauce with Cajun seasoning sprinkled on top as an afterthought.

Was very much like Ruby Tuesdays in North Augusta. Loads of seats empty and no one intent on filling them. Was very slow to get seated but once seated the waitress was excellent. Had the fish and chips. Oh and another note a lot of the servers / floor manager seemed to be just standing around not my waitress though she was spot on.

The food was decent today. We have become big O'Charley fans. But today the service was absolutely terrible. My wife and I had the Endless Soup and Salad and got one small bowl of salad and an equally sized bowl of soup and had to ask about getting bread with the service. We waited over 15 minutes for our server to return to get more soup and salad but to no avail. Finally we decided to leave and by chance ran into the manager. We told her we would like to pay that our server must overwise detained. She said she didn't understand that Dre was usually very good. I said I would like to pay and finally after some discussion the manager offered to cancel the bill as she is pushing the bill towatd me. So assuming that she must need the $16 dollars I paid for it. We hope that people attending the up coming Master's event will consider going elsewhere. Not so big on O'Charley's anymore.

On May 29, 2012 we went to the restaurant in Augusta, Georgia. As we were reading the menu, we noticed that our arms kept sticking to the table. Our server, a very nice young lady named Teneisha offered to move us when we brought it to her attention. Unfortunately, as she touched the other tables, they were all the same, or worse. Then we noticed that the window blinds were all covered with a thick layer of dust. We asked to see the manager and she thanked us for bringing this to her attention. Surprise! How can you not see this? You can't clean tables with only water. This restaurant is filthy. We may go back in a month or so; but if this isn't fixed it will be our last visit. Major turnaround. Completely new tables and decoration. Really happy with the changes, We have been back several times

A restaurant very similar to Applebee's or Chillis. We came on military appreciation day and got free entrees and friendly service. There was some leftover crumb and stickiness on the seats but otherwise the restaurant was busy, warm and clean. Our server was quick to refill and very sweet. My steak was cooked perfect and the appetizers came very quickly for how busy It was. I will be coming here again.

O' Charley's food is the closest thing I have to TGI Fridays. Potato skins, good desserts, pasta and a very corporate feel is what I get from them-plus prime rib specials. My hubby and I were fortunate enough to come in on a Wednesday which is "Free Pie Day." The pies were sort of reminiscent of Baker Square and between that and the classic appetizers, it made me feel like a little kid again. The potato skins were the right ratio of potato to bacon, cheese and various toppings so I knew our meal was going to be gluttonous and amazing. If I could eat those terrible things at every meal, I truly would. They're not bad as a whole but I feel like a blob after just 3 little boats. My husband and I tried out their chicken fingers and steak to be on the safe side. The chicken breading was light and perfectly season while the steak was cooked exactly as specified. After the appetizers, I had to take most of lunch home with us and it became dinner that night. Our server was so sweet and helped us wrap up the entrees and dessert tableside and even brought us more freshly warmed bread and butter. It's a terribly run of the mill place but sometimes you just want a classic meal with some good old pie.

The first visit was awesome. I visited this restaurant for a weekday lunch. I enjoyed the half club sandwich and the salad combo. The sandwich was freshly made and the salad was a satisfying companion. For the second visit, I ordered the same thing. There aren't any lunch specials on the weekend, so I recieved a FULL club sandwich...too much for me to eat there, so I took the rest home. The salad was not as fresh. It was a bit withered. Our waitress was awesome! However, there was another waitress sweeping the floor and chairs next to where we were sitting. I've worked in a restaurant before. O'Charley's, please limit open broom sweeping while customers enjoy their food. Invest in a closed rolling broom for quick cleanups on carpet. And utilise hot, soapy water with a touch of bleach to wipe things down in between customers...don't sweep the chairs. Thanks!

Went here for first time and was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Ordered the tilapia and coleslaw, daughter ordered chicken strips and panko shrimp. Very delicious food, had the soup come out piping hot like it should, the tilapia was delicate and fresh and the coleslaw was cold and not overpowering with a sweetness or bitterness. My daughter enjoyed the chicken strips which were crunchy and the chicken tender. The panko shrimp were larger than expected and was full of great flavor (I snuck one). Service was spot on always had our drinks topped off and felt like we were important patrons instead of people taking up space. Will definitely return and tell others of the great meal.

Excellent food and service. Portions are very generous and since we were traveling our waiter was kind enough to give us a bag of ice to put in our cooler for our left overs!

Food was good. They were short on servers, out of burgers and had no to-go boxes. Ended up stuffing our leftovers in small to-go bowls. Service was otherwise excellent and the staff seemed to make do. I would sum it up as good service but poor logistics. How do you run out of burgers and to-go boxes??

We were road tripping to Charleston and decided to pull over for a real meal. We were greeted the second we walked in the door, taken to a clean table, and the server was right over to us, He stopped by the table and said hello, grabbed drink orders and let us get settled in. I wish I had saved the receipt so I could brag on him, I want to say it as Johnathan or Jeremy. He was super personable and made good recommendations, made sure the glasses were always full and that we were happy with the way things came out of the kitchen. It seeems harder and harder to find good service now a days especially from younger crowd, but he took the gold on this We got the spicy cheese wedges. YUM. I got the loaded potato soup- everytime i see it my brain thinks Yum and i get it and eat it and my stomach says Never again. I got the chicken sammich on cibatta break and the hubbs got salmon and steak. everything came out delicious and cooked perfectly. About 15 min into the meal the manager came over to check on us and let us know we had left the lights on in the rental car- super nice and im glad she paid attention to what we were driving! They did a great job all around. all the servers work cohesively as a team, which was nice to see Thank you for a wonderful meal on our journey

This local O'Charley's recent made some renovations. They were closed for about a week to accommodate these changes. They had a Grand Opening and I was one of the customers to witness these changes first. The menu is pretty much the same but the restaurant has changed a bit. To me I liked the old restaurant better. It seems they added a more of a southern, homey feel to the restaurant. They removed most of the booths from the inside of the restaurant and left some around the perimeter. The old look was more sleek and more comfortable to me than these tables sitting in the middle of the floor. I love the comfort of booth seating. The service is still great and so is the food. I got my usual, the Louisiana Sirloin with broccoli but this time I settled for a new Bleu cheese wedge salad. It was a great choice. The whole meal was great. The astute waiter handled my needs perfectly. I wish they would have left the restaurant the way they did but it's cool because they kept the same delicious menu.

It's O'Charley's when you come here you generally know what to expect on the food and alcohol side. I came here and took advantage of their nice long happy hour specials. I believe it runs from 4-7p and then kicks in again at 9pm until close. We sat at the bar and I thought that the bartender did a superb job. She was attentive and friendly. I tried a Chicken sandwich that had bacon and it was delicious. I think that the value is here during happy hour!
