Great service! Very trendy restaurant. The server was attentive and the host was great at getting us drinks while we waited on a table. Great food and drinks!

This place is amazing for the food, drinks, and all-around atmosphere - another home run by the owners of Frog Hollow Tavern. It's a perfect place for either a date night or to hang out with a small group of friends; the wife and I are always torn choosing between Frog Hollow and Craft & Vine on the rare date nights. We always have a blast sampling the cocktails and ordering as many small plates as we can stomach. I am never disappointed by letting the restaurant surprise us and just ordering all the nightly specials. Simply can't say enough good things about this family of restaurants.

Returned to Craft & Vine tonight, had the deviled eggs again, this time it was stuffed with duck confit and topped with a piece of duck, it was very delightful. We were brought a dish of warm Shredded Brussel Sprouts topped with caramelized onions and chopped pecans. The food was was delicious. Our drink was a bit different, I will stick with a Vodka Tonic next time.

Vibe. That's the first word that comes to mind when I think about my visit here. It is unlike any other place I've dined in the CSRA, it really does have that "city vibe". Had dinner here on a Wednesday night. Arrived sometime after 6, and business was steady but there was no wait. We sat at a high top close to the bar. The space is tight, but it works. As I was just back from vacation I wanted to stay away from the high calorie libations ( I know, I know!) so I stuck with sparkling wine. I had a glass of both options that are served by the glass. Hubs had two glasses of the grūner veltliner, that's a great wine you don't see often. We did try the pretzel bites as an appetizer, and while I could taste the smokey flavor from the wood burning oven overall I was not impressed. Next time I'll order charcuterie to start. For our meals we both had pizza (yes, again-very adventurous). I had the white pizza and he had the peach BBQ pizza. Both were very good, I'd absolutely order them again. I have good allergies and I love it when places note on their menus to please let them know. Yes, I have to sometimes answer a million questions- but it tells me 1. They care 2. They know what they are serving. The service and attention to detail was great. Not only was everyone friendly, but helpful. A server (who wasn't ours) passed our table and noticed my water glass was empty. Refilled it. That's a pretty huge deal! It can be so hard go get fresh water sometimes! Even though they do put a bottle on the table. I'll be back to Craft and Vine and I'll try to do a better job getting outside of my box!

"Are we in Augusta or Atlanta?" I recently moved to Augusta from Buckhead (Atlanta) and brought a friend to Craft and Vine. He said "I don't even think we have a mixology place like this in ATL." That may be true. The drinks at Craft and Vine are excellent, just be sure to ask the server to describe the drink if you are unsure how sweet it may be. The food is very good. Excellent charcuterie and cheese options. There are quite a few options for everyone, including vegetarians. If you like a drink, make sure to remember it's name as the menu changes. The bartenders are happy to make your favorite drink again even if it is no longer on the menu.

This is our favorite restaurant period. In over 10 visits there was single item (an appetizer) that wasn't somewhere between fantastic and mind blowing. They have some of the best cocktails and the environment is awesome. The revolving menu means it's exciting every time. I take every family member who visits here at least once. Can't rave enough, definitely check it out. It is expensive but they more than earn every cent you spend. I only bring it up so you aren't surprised.

A lot of people are turned off when they hear of a tapas place, but this isn't bad at all. Yes, it's expensive, but the portions aren't too bad. You're still getting tapas, but I did not leave hungry. My group did share everything with each other, so I was able to sample some cheese, pork rinds, pretzels with beer cheese, and meatballs. Everything was awesome. Their drink menu is excellent as well. You come here to drink cocktails. I had a few sazeracs and was not disappointed. This is my go to cocktail and have had the best ones in Savannah, but Craft and Vine is up there as well.

Love love it. Perfect place to go in Augusta on a busy night precisely because they do NOT take reservations. Cocktails were amazing and crafted right in front of us. Food was yummy and reasonably priced. Happy Hour prices were terrific -- especially on the fun craft beers ($3!!) Can't wait to return on next visit to the area.

My new favorite spot in Augusta. I wish it hadn't taken me so long to check this place out. The pork rinds and beer cheese were amazing!! The skirt steak was great, too! Can't wait to return! A+

Tonight was our first night to this upscale tapas restaurant and bar. Upon entering your struck by the hip ambiance - kind of a California vibe in downtown Augusta. I had the Sierra Nevada and my wife had a cocktail. We devoured the pretzels and cheese. Just the right portions for two people to enjoy. Not long after that our Turkish pizza arrived. Woodfield cooked, thin crust with black olives and cheese. Not greasy like a thin pizza saturates the crust. Our bill was reasonable for two people about $30. Definitely plan to return. I like the dress code of nice shirt and slacks for men. A place where I don't have to see arm pit hair in cut off shirts, backward ball caps and flipflops. We could carry on a conversation without having to shout at each other. Servers were attentive and told us ahead of time the bar tenders take their time with the cocktails. Servers tastefully dressed and one of my favorite scotches served- laphroaig

After hearing so much about this place, my actual experience was definitely a letdown. I felt like a kid unwrapping a broken toy on Christmas morning... Let's start with the good: the pretzel bites are absolutely delicious and the pizza is definitely passable. The drinks we ordered weren't too bad either but I don't think they were anything to write home about. Now for the bad: the stuffed peppers are absolutely disgusting. The only comparison I have for the taste is vomit...they were that bad. I think the server picked up on that too after we only ate like one of the eight in the dish but she didn't bother asking about it. The food runner also managed to drop one of our entrees on the table, getting a bit of it on my friend's purse...again no acknowledgement of the fact that they messed up. We got a fresh one but there was definitely an awkward gap without food. For a place that ends up charging nearly $30 a head, I expect better. Overall, this place will do ok because this is Augusta and the vibe they've created here is pretty unique for the area. But for me, this is just another disappointment in the local restaurant scene. I wouldn't waste my time here again

Stopped by after dinner for drinks. Wonderful experience all the way around. My wife and I were in town visiting from Atlanta, and this place rivaled or bested our ATL favorites. Service and attention to detail was superb, not to mention happy hour on craft beer from 10- close! Keep those mocha stouts flowin'! Cheers.

I have eaten here probably 5 times now - with friends, business associates - on dates... And I have lived in Augusta for a LONG time... Craft and Vine is my favorite ever Augusta dining experience. While the food can't quite exceed the quality of its sister restaurant - Frog Hollow...it is excellent food - and although you are ordering tapas...you don't have to worry about leaving hungry - all of the selections are very rich. The true value of this spot is the ambiance, customer service, product knowledge from every staff member... And the hand crafted cocktails and wine selection. This is the only true "craft bar" in Augusta imo. And all wines are available in quarter, half, and full glass pours - a very unusual and wonderful feature of this restaurant. You cannot make reservations, and you will have to wait for a table - but there is a server dedicated to the waiting area to deliver cocktails and wine orders while you wait.

This is a good place to go get a drink before going to dinner at another restaurant. it has a great atmosphere and decor. The positives end there. The food is average. Certainly not worth the price. The service is below average-poor.
(2)Natasha C.
I visited Craft & Vine and did not have the chance to dine. However, it is a Tapas bar that is growing in popularity around the Augusta area. I did sit at the bar and have a drink, which was good. Having come from another restaurant in town, I didn't have an appetite. The menu was very tempting. I'll plan to dine soon. The atmosphere is nice and upscale. The decor is from the 1920s era. I was mostly impressed with a restaurant of its caliber being open past 11pm in Augusta. The bartender was very nice and whipped my up a drink that I hadn't tried before. I had a cocktail called "The Hemingway," which I enjoyed. I shall return to partake in the bar snacks and the popular charcuterie and cheeses.
(4)Sean Y.
Awful Everything from pizza to pretzels were poorly executed. Over salted over spiced and over cooked food can not be so expensive. We will be ok for bad glass of wine that we don't like that costs $10 but $36 glass of wine that I sent back must not be charged. Service was non existent. Just my opinion. WE WILL STAY AWAY....

Awesome speakeasy!!! My wife and I went this past weekend and tried everything on the menu it was fantastic!! Very rustic tapas which are all fabulous!!! We sat at the bar and were excited to see our buddy Greg bar-tending! If you are lucky enough to get Greg you are in for a treat because he is awesome, ask him anything and he will give you the heads up on all the good and drinks!! Gotta try the pretzels with beer cheese and the pork rinds are amazing! We will be back for sure! Finally a place that is comparable to Bees Knees!!

We were very excited to try the latest addition to Sean Wight's stable of restaurants in Augusta, Georgia. We were not disappointed. We arrived early and were led to one of the small center tables with backless stools, which proved to be uncomfortable. We quickly moved to the bar, with was much more comfortable and ordered drinks. The bar operation was interesting in that there are servers and and preparers. We were fascinated by one young woman, who stood in the same place for hours and did nothing but make drink after drink. And immaculate drinks they were: Sazeracs, Manhattans, the Hemingway, a take on the classic daquiri, and the Penicillin, made with ginger, honey, lemon and Scotch. All were excellent; however, the drinks were pricey $10+ which is a bit above the standard in this town On to the food. The pork rinds were melt in your mouth, but not a lot of them for $5. We next sampled the charcuterie board, with a delightful creamy French cheese, a cheese with a coating of espresso beans, and prosciutto, all in ample amounts, but with only four toasted slices of baguette, with abundant holes in them. Six would have been better: three items, six croutons. We had heard the raves about the Brussels sprouts, and we were not disappointed. How could something so bad tasting as a child become so yummy! Sliced thin with a perfect dressing, they were just dreamy. Accompanying this dish was the beef tongue hash which was a sleeper. Potatoes, tongue and onions were blended with just the right amount of garlic. Pretty awesome, especially with the perfectly poached egg on top. By this time, the place was hopping, with SRO and a thirsty Saturday night crowd. Our bartender, who was so helpful in the beginning, melted away under the serving load of walking Michelob Lights (shudder) to the standing patrons. We ended with a pizza, The Spicy One. It was, but that was about it, kind of like a hot sauce pizza. No depth of flavor. We took some home to have with a poached egg for Sunday breakfast. By this time we had to flag down our bartender to ask about dessert and coffee. The coffee service was presented on a metal tray and a French press. The coffee was just perfect in body, not weak by any imagination, but without the familiar char of Starbucks. For dessert, we ordered zeppole and the marinated oranges. The former were light and fluffy, with just the right amount of sugar and rosemary; perfect with the coffee. The marinated oranges were made in heaven. Marinated in a spicy, almost Christmas like red wine and covered with real whipped cream. The perfect ending to the evening. The tab was a bit steep. we spent about what we would at Frog Hollow, the white tablecloth restaurant down the street. The ambience was nice. Some haven't liked the loud music, but we didn't mind. We enjoyed our bartender; we wish he had been around a bit more. All the staff should be required to read Hemingway's "The Sun Also Rises" to experience the right culture of the 1920s bar they are trying to create. Some tribute to Papa on the wall would add to the mileau. A field trip to The Iberian Pig in Decatur, Georgia would give the servers and bartenders some ideas. Not bad for their third week. Next time we will try different wines, or a bottle of Amarone and some different items like oysters, beets, and sweetbreads (lamb fries in Oklahoma). I can't wait to try them. Unfortunately, given the price point, it will be a bit longer wait than I would like. 4 1/2 stars if I could give it.

Came to Augusta to try this new restaurant tonight. So worth the trip. Love the cocktails & the food was on point.

Craft and Vine is exquisite! The staff makes you feel at home. I had the scallops and a glass of wine! Our waiter was extremely helpful, didn't rush us yet was extremely attentive! I recommend this restaurant for date night, special occasions, or just a late night cap and quick bite! In love.
(5)Jenny S.
Thank you Augusta for this wonderful restaurant! We just had date night there and had the best time tasting different food [all delish] and trying a cocktail- or two! Service was PERFECT. Definitely a well polished and educated team. Looking forward to our next visit-

I have been here numerous times since this place opened. As a downtown resident, places like this are exactly what Augusta's downtown needs. First the ambience - a prohibition style bar that feels fresh and modern. The servers are dressed appropriately to match, with an impressively styled liquor and wine collection behind the bar and bartenders carefully making each drink. The quality and though put into the design feels more like a place you would stumble into in a larger city like Dallas or Atlanta, and is a fresh breath of air for Augusta. Next are the drinks. You can tell someone put an excessive amount of time into this menu. The cocktail list is diverse and interesting, with throwbacks to the classic liquor forward drinks and some with modern day twists that will challenge your palate. The wines (I have only sampled the reds) are extremely well chosen and I have to give my hats off to the sommelier as I have never had one I have been disappointed with there. The markup is extremely low for the quality of bottle, meaning your money goes a long way when getting some very nice wines. Additionally, they have a vacuum sealed wine system that allows them to serve even their nicest bottles by the glass or even a 1 oz pour - ever feel like sipping on some Opus One or Caymus without dropping for a full bottle? Then there's the food. A diverse array of meats and cheeses, tapas style veggies, meats and pizzas. Again, clearly a lot of thought went into these dishes - you aren't going to find anything like them at your "standard" Augusta restaurants. Their menus is constantly changing and never fails to impress, with the various items ranging from interesting to utterly delicious. I could have given recommendations prior but their menus just changed and so many of the current dishes are new to me. Finally there is the staff. They are friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful in navigating the menu. This is obviously to be expected at any quality place, but it is nice to see it routinely done. Places like craft and vine excite me about the re-vitalization of downtown Augusta as I have watched it grow over the past few years, and I'll be sad to be leaving one of my favorite restaurants here. If you haven't tried it out, you're missing one of the newest and brightest gems in Augusta.

Good date night spot and/or girls night out. Ambiance is impressive with a big city feel. Upper class bar with dress code.

Craft and Vine is a spectacular new addition to the downtown Augusta restaurant line up. The owner is the same person responsible for opening Frog Hollow and Farmhaus and it is evident he knows what he is doing. All three of his places are wonderful and unique. Craft and Vine is beautiful. From the entry to the back of the building, it is aesthetically pleasing. There is not another place in Augusta with the same feel. The drinks menu is superb. They have a great selection of wine, cocktails and craft beer. The wine can be ordered by the taste, half pour or full pour. We also found out they can sell bottles of wine to take home. That is great when you get a taste of a new wine and like it. I was thrilled to see a South African Pinotage on the wine menu and I ordered a glass. I don't know of another place in town with a Pinotage on the menu. The server said they were going to probably remove it because not many people were ordering it. Too bad. We started off with an order of the pretzels with beer cheese. The pretzel bites were great but the beer cheese was outstanding. We also ordered the special veggie pizza of the night. I am a huge fan of wood fired pizza and Craft and Vine serves excellent pies! The service was excellent. Our server was able to help my wife with a cocktail selection based on her preferences. He also had a great understanding of the wine menu and proper pairings for our food.

I came in Saturday night with my husband and had dinner at the bar. It was a fantastic experience! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the food was stellar, and the cocktails are the best in the area! Casey and Andrew made amazing suggestions- I loved everything that they recommended. The hummus was great, we loved the summer squash, and the andoulle pizza was phenomenal. We will definitely be back!

- This is, without question, a Tier I spot in Augusta - Excellent scene, great food (small plates), great drinks, and great wine (and they could charge more for their wine but they don't, so we should give them credit for it) - Even the service was good -

I can only speak to the meatball appetizer and drinks. They were both great. I was in Augusta for work and stopped in dolo. Its kinda cool but you can eat at the casual chairs and couches. I sat by the door, had my drink, the "Dirt Nap", and meatballs. The "Dirt Nap" is like a whiskey sour with a hint of herbs. The meatballs you could tell had two maybe three meats and were cooked in a rich slow cooking sauce. These meatballs were more sweddish meatball/slash stroganof saucy. The mushrooms throughout the sauce were really good as well.

Nice swanky upscale place downtown Augusta. The inside has a romantic /1920s/prohibition with a modern look to it. The wine selection is vast and the servers are very knowledgable. If you are an adventurous eater this is the place for you. I ordered "the different" which is duck confit ,Brussel sprouts , caramelized onions and fresh mozzarella on a pizza. It was very tasty and the pizza crust was crisp. The place makes you feel like you are not in Augusta . There isn't a place like it in town. I hope to see more restaurants like this come to the area.

I dinned here a couple weeks ago for a happy hour outing with friends. We tried to go the previous week around 9pm and they were at capacity. So this time we made sure we could try it out. We started with drinks while waiting to be seated. The Penicillin was excellent! The piece of ginger on a stick was a delicious touch. The waiting area was dim and cozy. I loved the list of rules on the wall that includes not talking on your cell phone inside. We ordered a few appetizers and pizzas to share. The peppers stuffed with goat cheese were great. They gave us an even number so the sharing worked out perfectly. We also tried the duck confit pizza. Pretty interesting, but good flavor. We had the pretzel bites with beer cheese as well, none of us were fans, but we ate it anyways. They kind of tasted like popcorn. We also had the margarita pizza. Nothing to call home about but it tasted pretty good. I would have liked a bit more cheese on both pizzas. All in all, I enjoyed the restaurant and I will be back many times in the future for the drinks, but probably not the food. We joked about eating at Frog Hollow or Farmhaus then finishing at C&V for drinks. It's nice to have an upscale place to unwind after work and hang out in the late evening.
(4)Elizabeth H.
All around great experience. Professional staff, super knowledgable about their menu, and just awesome! The drinks are fantastic and the wine list hits the mark. Also the brussel sprouts and the different pizza are to die for. Actually, everything is!
(5)Nader K.
Great service, great atmosphere, beautiful restaurant. Unless your seriously rich, don't go. You will need to spend a lot of money to feel satisfied. The food was good, not great. I really have no complaints other than its pricey. It's nice to splurge every once in a while, and if I feel like splurging again (when I win the lottery), I will be back.
(4)Tierra H.
This place was beautiful! I loved the ambience of it. I went on a Wednesday evening before 6 for my birthday and it was nice. Crowd hadn't yet come n and the atmosphere was nice. I was just loving it. Great place for a one on one with your significant other to go out, get semi dressed up and engage n conversation. At least thats what we did. Lol! The pork grinds were a treat! Very unexpected. Light and airy and nicely seasoned. Not like the bag for sure. The waitress was very helpful and everything she suggested was great tasting. From the drinks which were the Georgia Sour and another I can't recall were delicious!. Whiskey based so may not be everyone's cup of tea. Had the Trenton pizza based on our waitresses suggestion which was really good had a cheese and meat charcuterie which wAs very well blended, again becuz our waitress was awesome. Great place a must to check out. As the evening grew so did the crowd. Didn't get loud or anything like that. Definitely will visit again. Highly recommend. Bathroom was a bit dark tho. One place where it helps to have light. Only minus.
(4)David S.
If you are a pretentious hipster or yuppie willing to fork out mucho dinero for the "in" experience then this is the place for you. If you want to experience fine food, not so much. This is purely a trendy restaurant that will lose its appeal after too long.

1. Service. We came for the first time at 12:58am, when they close at 1:00am. However, the hostess came out and told us to please come in for a drink! The next night we went for dinner and again had amazing service. The waitress (Kaci?) was awesome! Super knowledgable and friendly! 2. Food. Tapas, but absolutely affordable. Local, fresh options. A large selection- everyone found something they liked. All the charcuterie that we picked was amazing! The pizzas were good too and the beet salad was very good! Got truffles for dessert! Yum!! 3. Drinks. Craft drinks. Great selections of seasonal cocktails! Good wine list (although it could use some more French options...). They do hand make each cocktail and use real egg whites! Big fan! Everyone loved all their cocktails! 4. Atmosphere. My favorite part! Nice dress required. Not too loud. All the waitstaff is super professional, dressed well, friendly. Good music choices and great ambiance. Great addition to the area. I think this is my new favorite spot in Augusta and I'll definitely be back! *only open Wednesday-Saturday*
(5)Cassie M.
Excellent tapas. Service was slow, awkward waitresses, didn't have silverware or plates until requesting them, but overall with a little improvement on the service/drink quality, this swanky spot could be THE hot spot in town; ambiance, theme and overall look executed to the 9s.
(3)Melissa M.
Craft and Vine is by far the best place for food and drinks in Augusta. My husband and I head there for cocktails and dinner about once a week, and they never disappoint. They have an ever changing assortment of well-prepared tapas-style dishes, ranging from pork meatballs in a Marsala sauce to pizza to flank steak. But what we really love are the cocktails, each of them classics or instant classics, shaken or stirred by a skilled cadre of bartenders. Beyond the food and drinks, it's one of the few places in Augusta with an attentive, polite staff and an elegant atmosphere. So glad we found this place!
(5)Cassandra W.
Take a step out of Augusta and into the Big Easy with this amazing place to dine and unwind with friends. In the steadily growing downtown Augusta area. Craft and Vine is Jazz and New Orleans enthusiasts dream come true. The Great Gatsby like atmosphere is a great backdrop for you to unplug from the modern day hustle and bustle and have great food and conversation. The menu has something for even the most finicky taste buds but I could enjoy their Seared Creekstone Sirloin anytime. Cooked to a perfect medium well state, I could argue it to be the best tasting piece of cuisine I had in a while. If you are a deviled eggs lover, it's fair to say their deviled eggs is not the ones your grandma use to make but just as delicious. And what can I say about the staff, well they were impeccably dress and very polite, but don't just take my word for it, call up three of your closest friends and make it a night out! Well what are you waiting for Eat,Laugh and Enjoy!
(4)Jillian O.
I can't say enough good things about this place. Everything was fantastic. First, the ambiance of the restaurant is perfection. It was perfect for date night and I can't wait to have a girls night here as well. The bar service was wonderful. All of the bartenders were very knowledgable. The drinks were absolutely phenomenal and everything was so fresh. My husband enjoyed an old fashioned and a hemmingway (the hemmingway was amazing!) and I sampled a few wines and ended up with the cotes du rhone which was delicious and impressive. We also had the pretzel bites with beer cheese at the bar and it was phenomenal as well. The beer cheese was really just too good. We then sat at our table after waiting for about 35-45 min (we arrived early, just before 6. On a Saturday.) and we knew what we wanted already since viewing the menu at the bar. We ordered 3 items off the charcuterie & cheese menu- Italian prosciutto, Gouda, and cheddar. It was all very, very delicious but we honestly could've done without it since we ordered even more food. (and it would've saved is $15. I didn't feel like that plate should've been $15.) Then we ordered the meatballs with criminis and parmesan. Oh my goodness, just so delicious. And it was a fairly good portion- three bigger meatballs and lots of mushrooms. The sauce was so delicious. THEN we got the pig & fig pizza (see.. Too much food!) and IT. WAS. AMAAAZING. We were just in awe of how delicious it was. (We consider ourselves "foodies" and we've lived in some delicious cities so Augusta has been quite sad for our taste buds.) The prosciutto was perfect, the figs were just too good, the arugula was of plenty and perfectly dressed in balsamic. It was just so good. We will absolutely be back and I can't wait to try the different items the menu has to offer!

This is a hidden gem in Augusta! I happened upon Craft & Vine while looking for another restaurant downtown. I'm really glad I did! The food is excellent, the atmosphere is upscale casual, and the service was exemplary. I sat at the bar as I was a single and didn't want to take up one of the tables. I was impressed with the creativity in the menu and the execution of the chef. I had the charcuterie plate to start, followed by the sweet and sour sweetbreads and the steak tartare. For me I felt the sweetbreads could have been cooked a little less but were not over cooked in the least. The steak tartare was some of the best I've had outside Paris. The wine list, while small, is unique and creative with some selections you rarely find. I highly recommend this restaurant if you are looking for a very nice meal in Augusta.
(4)Mike Y.
Friendly staff. Excellent drink menu. It's nice to see a place like this downtown. Great small plates.
(5)Devon T.
A few employees at Frog Hollow had mentioned the opening of Craft and Vine to us over our last few visits, mentioning the prohibition themes and a price point somewhere between Frog Hollow and their little brother restaurant Farmhaus. Our visit on opening weekend was an overall positive one with a couple caveats. The atmosphere is great, I love the theme and any well-designed new restaurant is a breath of fresh air in the otherwise predictable and pro-Applebees Augusta. The older couple that came with us said they were glad to be 'going-out' someplace 'new, young, and cool'. That being said the music was loud, ironic for a speakeasy and annoying at multiple times throughout dinner. The tables were small, but that's a matter of economics and not something I hold against C&V in the star rating, my suggestion would be to get rid of the large bottle of water - just have the waitresses fill water as required. Real estate is hard to come by on those tables, especially if you order more than one tapas at a time. Our table split the charcuterie, Brussels sprouts, duck confit pizza, duck wings, sweetbreads, and beef tongue. The food was great though not as memorable as Frog Hollow. Adventurous ingredients are always worth bonus points and I was going to try those dishes whether the table wanted to or not. Charcuterie is overrated, not specifically C&V version, but just as a dish in general so it's weird to see it featured as 1/3 of an entire menu. Push the adventurous dishes! The brussel sprouts were shredded, covered in parmesan, and a favorite for 4/4 at our table. The pizza was good but ... pizza? Why? You have sweetbreads, beef tongue, and also pizza? I don't know, it didn't fit the theme of the menu (at least the parts I loved). Duck wings, sweetbreads, beef tongue were all great - even to the pickiest eater at our table. We weren't blown away by the food but it was overall enjoyable. The value is another matter, though its taboo to talk about value at a hip/chic swanky restaurant. I thought this was supposed to be cheaper than FH? We spent about 75$ a couple, which comes to out to maybe 10-20$ cheaper than FH. Tapas don't lend themselves to value, but 10$ cocktails - even the most labor intensive, is a high price point for the normally affordable downtown Augusta. I gave four instead of five stars mainly for my nitpicking: loud music, weird choices on the menu, great food but no dish that I would say "YOU HAVE TO HAVE THIS AT C&V", and a price point that is juuuuuust above what I'd feel comfortable spending at an Augusta establishment that isn't FH or Manuel's. I'd probably go 3.5 if that were an option on Yelp. Service was great, beginning to end. Our waitress spoke to softly for the music. That being said everyone should definitely give this place a try, it's new, it's fun, and maybe I should have just come between 10 PM and 1 AA for happy hour instead of a full dinner.

The atmosphere is superb with a great attention to detail - the waiting area is comfortable and the staff serves drinks to those in the waiting area. The staff is professional and knowledgable. We enjoyed the table-side conversation with the mgmt staff. The menu was quite a bit more limited than I expected, but everything's we ordered was cooked perfectly and was delicious. We added a pizza to get a little more food. The Spicy One pizza was delicious (and spicy!). The drinks were fantastic as well. We'll definitely be back!

Umm yeah!! Craft & Vine nails it!!! Geat ambiance for dates or tapas with friends, excellent service, knowledgeable staff, delicious food, amazing wine selection, and very cool decor that makes one feel transported to the most trendy neighborhood in any big metropolitan city. The dishes are so creative and thoughtfully prepared and presented. My wife and I shared and loved all of the following: "Barely Buzzed" cheese platter, which was infused with espresso, lavender, butterscotch & caramel!!!!! Just writing that makes my mouth water! Then we shared the shaved brussel sprouts. Never thought I'd be recommending brussel sprouts! But you have to taste it to understand. They're blended with sweet preserved pear, toasted pecans, honey cream, and parmesan! We also split a wood fired pizza called, "The Spicy One". I love spicy, and let me just say, those whole Calabrian hot peppers are no joke. So beware! Truth in advertising! -- It's spicy! Pizza was nice and thin like we like it and sauce was definitely made with delicious San Marzano tomatoes - aka the real deal! Finally, we had the truffles for desert, on our server's recommendation. Don't remember the entire description, but the bottom line here is: EVERYTHING WAS GREAT! Negatives: Truly, none come to mind. And I thought hard to come up with something. Makes me excited about Augusta's future!

Love Craft and Vine - you step in and feel like you're not in Augusta - which is great! More of a NYC vibe. Gets very crowded on the weekends so you will have to wait. Cocktails are craft and the ones we have tried have been good but we tried to order a Negroni twice and it was a no go. Not sure what happened as Frog Hollow makes a mean one - maybe the bartender wasn't familiar with it?? Pretzel bites are awesome. Can't wait to try a real meal here. Will be back many times!

Don't miss the opportunity to visit what will surely be the #1 spot in the Augusta area for enjoying finely crafted beverages and excellent shared plate food. Wonderful ambiance and stellar service from a top notch staff. Try the shaved brussel sprouts..actually try it all:)

Finnally we have a chic, sophisticated wine bar that also serves prohibition style cocktails. The wine selection is incredible! Great for cozy cocktails or girls night out!

Since when do "samples" cost $7-8??? So dark the waitress carries a flashlight for reading the menu. I was more than pissed off when I got the bill, as the two "samples" I received were a charge, and then the glass of wine I liked was $30!!!! Since I couldn't read the "fine print" on the menu, I thought the price of samples was the cost of a glass. So, my bill for 2 tapas and the wine was, wait for it, SEVENTY TWO $$$$. When I approached the manager, he simply pointed out the prices on the menu, in bright lite, and not even an apology. This ruined my visit.

Wow! The best place on Broad Street. This craft bar could hold its own in Dallas or New Orleans. Not only great drinks & decor, but food is fantastic. I personally prefer their menu & drinks to their related establishment Frog Hollow. Very friendly staff...not stuffy. The folks tending bar know their stuff. Step out of the beer and wine rut and let them work their magic. I knew I was home when the bartender launched into a discourse on Absinthe. And the food is exceptional. On our first visit we tried the oysters, charcuterie & meatballs. The meatballs were ordinary, but the oysters won us over. Perfectly fried and seasoned. Second visit even better...pretzel bites with a tangy dip to get us started, then the oysters followed by the duck confit and Brussels sprouts pizza...sounds weird but definitely not to be missed. The French press coffee and a few bites of chocolate and you have a perfect evening in Augusta.

Typically when I go to a restaurant I have to choose between one that has good food, good wine, good beer, or good bourbon. Not so here. They have the gamut covered. Sat at the bar and ordered the specialty deviled eggs. They tasted fine but the texture was way too mushy. Followed that by the pork rinds which were excellent. Home made, well cooked, and tasty. So good I think some vegetarians would like them. When refilling my drink, the waitress bumped the underside of the bar with the glass and immediately replaced the glass. She stated that it would be weird to serve it after touching something. Very nice. No fewer than 4 staff members engaged me while I was there. I also enjoyed that they automatically brought cold water to all patrons and kept the glasses full. Very cool. Very responsible. There was a very large wait between the appetizers and main dish but they recognized it and adjusted the bill accordingly. Excellent waitstaff and excellent management. The only negative about this place is that most of the locals that I spoke to were, well, stuck up. Don't suppose I should ding the restaurant for that ... or should I? Nah, that's the Chamber's issue. Excellent Restaurant.

I went in skeptical and came out blown away. Although pricey, Craft & Vine is phenomenal. From start to finish the service was awesome. Everyone was very friendly and genuine. The drinks we good, I had the champagne cobbler, little too sweet but good. My husband had the Cuban and it was very fresh tasting. For our food we first ordered the pretzel bits with smoked beer cheese. AMAZING! We then got a meat and cheese tray, also great. We ordered a second helping of the pretzel bites and cheese because it was so delicious. We will definitely be going back again. Wonderful date night spot! They are a sister restaurant to Frog Hollow Tavern, also an wonderful experience!

Absolutely fabulous evening. We had the deviled eggs, brussels sprouts, scallops, tongue hash, and the special vegetarian pizza. It all was lovely and the service was exceptional. Great evening!

I was all set to give Craft & Vine 5/5 stars on Yelp, but the General Manager really made me angry right before my husband and I were about to leave. Upon our arrival, the host was super nice! He asked for our name and typed it into the iPad they use for reservations and tables. The host was genuinely nice, chatted with us and complimented my husband on his name. We were seated by the host and told who our server would be. Our server, I believe his name was Kevin, was also very nice, knowledgeable and attentive. He explained how the menu worked, offered us the dining menu, drink menu and happy hour menu. The drinks were super strong and decently priced. $6 for an old fashioned? Yes, please! We started with the house made pork rinds, which were pretty damn delicious! The pork rinds came out still crackling, and were presented in a glass lined with paper. The pork rinds had some chile seasoning and a hint of lime and were seasoned perfectly. We then tried the 3 for $15 charcuterie and cheeses. The meats and cheeses come with baguette slices and spreads to compliment them. I would recommend getting the 5 for $22 as the meats and cheeses were just so delicious and you will definitely want more! We ended our dining with the flash fried oysters. We decided we don't care for fried oysters due to the texture, but that's no fault of the chef. That being said, the batter is wonderful and the aioli was fantastic as well! The atmosphere and set up were great. Craft & Vine is not confused about what image it wants to present to it's patrons, unlike many restaurants, and I love that. The prices were fair for the type of restaurant, service and atmosphere. My husband and I paid and were finishing up our second drinks, after having a wonderful dining and drinking experience, when the General Manager walked over, stated very sternly, "We don't allow vaping here," and walked away. Talk about lack of tact! The only reason I even know this man was the GM, because he didn't even bother to introduce himself to US, is because he proceeded to go to the table behind us and introduce himself to the white couple there and thank them, chat, etc. He also went to the table of white customers behind THAT table, who had only recently arrived, and introduced himself to them and chatted them up as well. It may very well just be a very bad coincidence that the only person the GM was rude to was one of only two black customers in the restaurant, one being my husband, and the other being a man at the bar, but it certainly didn't seem like a coincidence. We had an overall great experience at Craft & Vine until the GM ruined it with his behavior. I still give the place 4/5 because the GM can leave and the restaurant will still be a great restaurant, with or without him.

We've been here a couple of times. They have a good selection of cheeses and switch it up often. They servers are well informed and very courteous. This restaurant is professionally run and it shows. I love wood fired pizzas. My BF prefers the thicker, basic pizza... (Boooo). We have had the deviled eggs and they never disappoint. The fried oysters are delicious and it's a decent sized portion for a "small plate". There bar is where it hits the high notes for me. I love a great whiskey drink and they don't disappoint. They have a great happy hour and a very comfortable bar setting.

If you're looking for a classy, speakeasy style place, this is it. This sit down cocktail bar is ideal for a date or a small group of friends. This place stands out amongst all the other boisterous bars downtown; come here instead to relax, enjoy privacy and good conversation, and indulge in some ridiculously good drinks.

Ambience. A Service. A Food. A Price. A I'm such a fan of this tapas modern handcrafted drinks and pizzas restaurant! I love it that its downtown Broad Street and has street parking. Love the fun causal dressy code. However, Just don't wear flip flops and cutoffs! Great swanky modern ambience. Call for reservations, however, if it's busy then grab a seat easily at the bar when it becomes available. If you didn't make a reservation, then try to score a seat at the bar! Love the staff. From the host to my couple server bartenders. Everyone was helpful describing the theme of the restaurant and made great recommendations. From drinks to food! They make prohibition hand crafted drinks. Most wines offered can purchase in 1 oz, 3 oz , or 6 oz. Or more. Nice options to try their wine selections! I was there for happy hour on a Saturday and got a lovely pour of tasty Pinot Grigio for $5! The food is foodie heavenly and flavorful. The deviled eggs are constantly evolving and market price depending on ingredients to create the eggs. You can order 3 halves or 6 halves. Today, the deviled eggs had bacon jam and red eye gravy! Delicious! Ordered the beef tartar. Perfectly raw chunks of tender beef. Like that there are nice bites of raw beef rather than grinding or chopping down to fine. Accompanied with a raw egg and crostini. The egg mixed in just makes each mouthful moist and juicy! Then we had the wahoo pan seared Wahoo fish. Nicky crusted on the outside and beautifully raw in the middle! I'm a FAN! Can't wait to go back!

So glad we found this place. Great ambience, amazing food, and the nicest people around! We had the pretzel bites, that come with a beer-infused cheese sauce... Simply delicious. Next was the fried rabbit legs... WOW! Get this, don't ask questions, just get this. We finished out the night with The Different pizza... came with duck confit, brussel sprouts, caramelized onions and fresh mozz. I am so stuffed, but so happy. This was my first time in the South/Georigia/Augusta, everything. Being from California, via Chicago, I definitely want to come back!

The first time I went with a small group of 4 and we waited for about 30 minutes, only to be seated in the waiting area without a table. We were really confused, especially when the waiter asked us if we would be ordering dinner. We didn't have a table to have dinner on! The second time I went was better. I went with 1 friend on a Wednesday night, and it was busy but not crowded. We sat at the bar..our waiter was nice and helpful, but the bartender seemed pretty cocky and awkward, but made drinks like he knew what he was doing. The atmosphere was cool and swanky, and the bathrooms are very nice. We ordered 2 small pizzas and a few drinks. The cocktails were about $11 each, which might be on-par for a freshly made drink. The waiter asked me if I wanted another drink 3 minutes after happy hour ended, which he even pointed out--"Well happy hour just ended, but do you want another drink?" Not sure why he couldn't have asked 3 minutes earlier. Our overall tab was about $70 for 2 small mediocre pizzas, but good drinks. It won't be my first choice next time.

This place is an ideal spot for sheer enjoyment of the culinary scene. The ambient feel that you experience when you first step inside is very close to a speakeasy of the 1920's. It is pleasant and busy, but in a good way. As well it is wise to make reservations before you make plans to visit. The wait usually goes for about ten to fifteen minutes... well worth the wait. The food is good, darn good. Local ingredients with a high end feel. Very rustic and solid. These dishes are proper to the type of people who live in the south. Everything is familiar in taste. Tapas usually pull you in a direction that is either seafood and or gourmet, but this food is grounded in southern tradition. It's so good. Another great section of this restaurant is the alcohol. This really deserves its own review. The wine, beer and liquor menu is huge! The craft beers are very different and good, the wine is as well amazing; the absinth is stellar in its own right. To top everything off the staff and the owners are the best I've ever met. All in all, eat here if you want tapas with a southern flare.
