Due to the flooding and stormy weather, the family and I stayed close to home and we went to Texas Roadhouse. It was wonderful. Both my daughter and mother had BBQ sandwiches, but my daughter was far more interested in my medium rare Prime Rib, which was excellent. My mother loved her pulled pork sandwich and Margarita, I had corn and mashed potatoes with cream gravy as sides and could barely eat them even though the kids and family were munching on my Prime Rib. My other daughter had a "Dallas Filet" Mignon, requested it medium rare, but came out medium. She still enjoyed it along with the seasoning. Both my father and husband loved their fried fish. The roasted peanuts were great and so is the retro music. Next time, we will remember to order the chili while we're talking. I highly recommend this restaurant and the Prime Rib and cold drinks.

We go to this location often. My daughter was celebrating her 26th birthday and we took a group out to dinner. We had a party of 10 with 3 children under 8 years old. My grand daughter was standing in the walkway talking to her great grandmother and one of the servers made a VERY rude comment about her standing there. This was brought to my attention by another customer in the restaurant. I confronted the server and told her i did not appreciate a comment about a 5 year old girl. She denied doing anything wrong. The manager on duty showed up and i relayed my concerns to her. I do not think we will be going back to that location any time soon. By the way We just spent $ 332 plus tip to be treated this way.

I have visited this restaurant on several occasions, and each time the dissappointments have continued. My first visit, I wrote off as if "they were having a bad night". I thought I would give it a go again, wanted something casual and close. So we ventured out to Texas Roadhouse and again, what a huge mistake. The food was not prepared as ordered. It was either overcooked, cold or just not as expected. My most recent experience was January 2015 and will be the last. Nothing had changed, no improvement from the previous visits. My server was rude and not friendly. Managment provided no assist either. Maybe if they put more emphasis on what service they are there to provide instead of line dancing, this place could have potential!

5 stars baby! My wifes steak was cooked perfectly and so was my burger. The rolls though!!! Those coupled with the cinnamon butter is almost as good as sex! Yeah, that good!

Awesome choice in the area. We bring the kids here every other Friday. Excellent steak and great sides. Maritza is our favorite server. She is very attentive and remembers us from the first visit. Here is a tip do call ahead!

Texas Roadhouse has always been a family favorite in my household. There aren't a ton of casual dining option in Wesley Chapel, so this is where we end up for special occasions more often than not. There is a nice patio outside that accomodates diners with canine companions or those who don't feel like waiting for a table indoors. They also have a call ahead system to help beat the wait! One of the best things about Texas Roadhouse is their warm rolls with honey cinnamon butter! Complimentary peanuts are left on every table as well. We frequently get free appetizer emails, so we typically go for the cheese fries. My usual order is the six ounce sirloin with a sweet potato and either corn or a cup of chili. The sweet potatoes are so large that I always take home at least half, if not the entire thing! The portion sizes are very generous for any option. If I'm feeling like eating something a little less healthy, I opt for the country fried chicken. It's smothered in white gravy and takes up the entire plate! I've certainly never left hungry or without leftovers. Another great thing about Texas Roadhouse is the fun atmosphere. The servers randomly break into line dances and country music plays while you enjoy your meal. Plus if you go on your birthday, you get to ride in a saddle while they sing to you! As far as chain restaurants go, it's not a bad deal to get some entertainment with your dinner.

If you're looking for a steak dinner that won't break your bank account, look no further! This place is awesome, from the service to the food. You won't be disappointed. But call ahead seating is a must, as they get packed for dinner.

YUCK barf gross. Everything from the floors to the tables and everything in between are dirty and sticky. Food is gross. Yuck yuck and yuck. Will NOT be back.

Our visit here was our first, and we won't be back. To start off, they didn't have the combo appetizer for some reason (no explanation given), so we ordered the Cactus Blossom. After waiting for about 20 minutes, our dinners arrived, and the appetizer never came. There was no explanation or apology given, and no offer to bring it at no charge, just to take it off the bill. Chelsea, our server, didn't seem to care that we were clearly not satisfied. The rest of the meal was disappointing, the only thing worth mentioning were the rolls.

Had dinner there last night with friends. Super busy , we ate and drank at the bar. Bar tenders work very well as s team . Took care of us , no drinks went low , Served our food , hauled off plates, all without asking . I had the Roadkill, it is basically a hamburger patty . Great flavor , you could tell it was made from fresh ground beef and a frozen pre made patty. Salad and sides were spot on.

Alright so this place stuffed me fuller than a Thanks Giving Day turkey. Thumbs up for sure on the grub. On the otherhand, drinksare a bit sweet and water down. I suggest you stick with a good ole beer. The opening bread basket is epic. Plus I cannot get over the paired butter. I think I need to take a nap now. Slipping into a meat coma....

Love the rolls they have there and with the butter, mmmmmmm. I come here all the thine for steaks which are delicious. one complain is the Caesar Salad, sometimes it's loaded with dressing, other times there's not enough of it. Also sometimes I get the ends of the romaine lettuce which doesn't make the salad to appetizing. Other wise great location and food for a chain restaurant.

First time here and I was very disappointed with the food. The service was great however the food was extremely over seasoned and just not appetizing. The green bean side was even salty and just off putting as a side, the steak fries were so salty that is all you tasted and the BBQ chicken was gritty. The only good thing about it was the BBQ sauce!! Beers came at a mediocre pace but the other drink ordered wasn't the same as the first time. Note to all, when the manager comes by before you have even taken a bite, do NOT joke that everything was terrible!! You never know when it really will be as bad as you joke!! I will go back for the beers but not for the food.

I miss living so close this joint during my college years! When I don't fill up their delicious bread with cinnamon butter, I like to get the sirloin steak with a loaded baked potato. Nice and simple, done right! Love that the staff line dances every now and then, and for birthdays the make you sit on a saddle and make a fool out of yourself! So funny :)

You can not go wrong here no matter what item you pick off the menu! Every time I go I like to try something different and I am never disappointed! The atmosphere is fun and laid back, there is peanut shells all over the ground and a bucket of peanuts on each table. The steak and shrimp combo is amazing. I was presently surprised at how great the steak was. It was cooked to perfection and was so tender. Once you try this place you will be hooked!!!

I absolutely love Texas Roadhouse. They have cheap prices and it's easy for me to track calories and eat within my daily alloted calories. Most restaurant meals have my entire daily calorie limit in one meal, but Texas Roadhouse keeps the calories reasonable, at least for the meal that I always get. When I come here I always get the sirloin, a side salad with low-fat ranch, and a side of veggies (usually it's broccoli and carrots). I love the house salads because they put egg on them. The food is always good, though sometimes a little over salted. The service here is about what it is at other Texas Roadhouse chains. Sometimes it's excellent, sometimes not so much. My husband and I have been here 10+ times and have never had the same server. No matter how busy the parking lot looks we've never had to wait to be seated.

I have eaten here quite a lot and every time the food is always delicious. Their bread and butter while you what is amazing and worth the trip just for that. Tye house salad with ranch is amazing and I have never had a bad steak.. They are cooked perfectly.. The place is always very busy and loud so not a great place if you want a nice quiet conversation.. Most the time the service is good, but sometimes since it is so busy things can take a little longer.. Overall a great place at a host price. You will not leave hungry, I assure you of this.

Environment stinks - country music, motif, yee haws, giddy ups, line dancing are such a turn off for me but I have to give TR props for their excellent food! I really enjoyed my steak that was smothered in onions and mushrooms. I'll eat their food again but strictly on a take-out basis to ensure my IQ stays above average. :)

I loved loved loved my steak however I have to give this place 3 stars because it's dirty!!! Sticky tables and when I received my mashed potatoes there was lettuce in it... Besides that the food was good they just need to pay more attention to detail and clean up!! Also the service is a little slow...

My family likes Texas Roadhouse. This location only gets two stars, though, because it has had issues with cleanliness lately. The last six visits to this location, we have had the following happen: - dirty dishes (four times) - a cup had a spinach leaf in it - a salad had a Rainbow Loom bracelet in it We keep coming because we bought $200 in gift cards for the Holiday deal they had. The manager handled the bracelet situation well, but we've been back since, and each time have had dirty dishes. I hope they clean up their act, we really do like the chain.

Tried the Texas Roadhouse for the first time after passing it a few times and wanting to give it a shot. I heard that it was a lot like Cody's with the whole free peanuts and throwing your shells on the floor Texas theme. It was pretty busy but we were seated quickly. I ordered a 22oz Miller draft for $4.75 so was happy about that lol. They immediately served us amazing rolls with honey butter (just like Cody's). The menu was a good size and has anything from burgers to BBQ and hand cut steaks. Both my GF and I started off with a Caesar salad and had the pulled pork and ribs combo. The pulled pork was flavored well and the ribs fell off the bone. It was a great portion that neither of us were able to finish. The kids menu was good with the regular mac n cheese, chicken tenders, burger, hot dogs, and steak bites. I would definitely recommend coming here with the family and will definitely be back to try a steak.

I love Texas Roadhouse. In my opinion it is very consistent. I think the stakes that they serve here are a great value. My family and I go there at least once a month. There are also very affordable options for the kids. Even though the place always seems overly busy. The wait is never too bad and the service is consistently good.

This is the second time we've come here and had insects on or around our table. The first time there was a large cockroach and this time there was both a beetle and a cockroach on our table. When we told our waitress she just shrugged and acted like it happens all the time. The food is loaded with salt and the steak is very tough and chewy. Wouldn't recommend coming here.

The location is easy to access right off of SR 56 & I-75, but don't stop unless you really like ALL of your food super sweet - think country to a new level: The bread is sugar crystal sweet, the butter is sweet with cinnamon, the barbeque ribs were super sweet with cinnamon and clove maybe - no tang or spice to the sauce, even the chili was a bit sweet. I don't think there was anything wrong, it is just the franchise recipe leans heavily toward sugar. Now if you DO LOVE SWEET then it is fabulous! The service is outstanding, friendly and attentive. The portions are large. The fried pickles were awesome and served in a large basket. The caesar salad was good as well. The rib platter was loaded with ribs and my side which was a cup of chili. The rib meat was succulent and amazingly tender. No fat at all just juicy meat served basically dry. If you ask for sauce, it will be more of the sweet flavor so I would go without and put salt and pepper on them. skip the chili as there are better looking side options. For that matter, go with a different entree, avoid the BBQ dishes and you'll probably be fine - a steak or hamburger looked good. They had a full bar and many tropical drinks. Peanuts in the shell are by the door and on the table contributing to the roadhouse feel. They do have a clearly marked sign on the door warning people with nut allergies. There is a nice dining porch although there were smokers on it when I passed by. It is neat and clean and very welcoming. You will not go away hungry.

Typical Texas themed restaurant with humongous American portions. Would be awesome if the kid's high chairs were sanitary with functional belts.

Have to update; Why do the baked potatoes n fries have to be so Overly salted??? Asked for a baked with no salt, told "no can do, they come in that way".. So don't be on a salt free diet and have any kind of potatoe there.

I am a Steak snob because of this place... I get the sirloin, cooked medium, baked potato, & green beans. When served I don't need or want any additional seasoning than light salt and pepper. The meat after reacting is pink in the middle and juicy. It has came out a couple of times over the years over cooked, but the staff has always made up for this by cooking a new and larger piece or Comping the meal (if I had time constraints) Mixed drinks are very Good too.

Consistently good steak and ribs! The service is a pleasure and typically quick. If you have peanut allergies stay away as peanuts are everywhere.... I mean everywhere! You can choose your cut before they grill it and they get the temperature right on spot 99.9 percent of my experiences here. Also just a fun lively atmosphere in general and great for your rowdy friends to gather and eat n drink to life's good moments! Enjoy

Consistently good food and good value for the money. Always take a to-go box home as we are usually stuffed before the meal comes with the delicious rolls and cinnamon butter. It is almost always packed, which can be a pain, but they do have call ahead and text ahead seating. I also appreciate that they support the local schools with fundraising efforts, teachers meals, etc.

Its a crap shoot at this Texas Roadhouse. I've had some good meals here and I've had some bad meals. Today my meal was bad. I ordered the 8 ounce filet mignon with a house salad and green beans. I ordered my steak medium well and it came well done and actually charred in a few places. The green beans were so salty that I could not even eat them. They were really gross. My husband got the 12 ounce filet with mushrooms and onions cooked medium and it was beautiful. He got the chili and steak fries they were both very good. The homemade bread and cinnamon butter are always fresh and delicious. I'm not sure that I'll be back for a while. I cannot handle a lot of sodium and my food was way over salted :( I do have a fun fact about this location..... There is a waiter that has worked here for quite some time and he looks just like Jay Z. So if you do try this location ask to sit in jay-z section they will know exactly who you're talking about.... He is also a very good server.

Never impressed with this location, we don't know why we even bother to come back. They didn't have any medium rare prime rib on 3 occasions & I had to settle for something else ... Servers are rude & cut in front of you while walking instead of letting you pass 1st like most good places. Very young staff. One of the male hosts had no clue where he was or what he was doing.

Typical steakhouse, nothing fantastic or special. We had a reservation for a group of 10 on a Saturday night, they kept us together in 2 large booths but it would have been nice to have a longer table to stay together.

I have been here a number of times since my last review. They now have an outside eating area. That's props always in my book. The lunch special is the best deal for the amount that you get and the price. I love the bread. the service is okay. sometimes they do not care to go outside, but they are not too bad. The inside is just so dark and super air condititioned to me that i love the outside, plus our dog can sit with us. Glad it is here and they have outside now bc we would gladly be back.

I love this place for one thing.. the rolls and cinnamon butter. Yumm, so delicious but so bad for you. I had tried different entrees and I'm not in love with one or any of the steaks. They are tasty but not memorable to me. The atmosphere is great, you can eat peanuts and throw the shells on the ground and occasionally the waitresses do a line dance together. It is a good place to go for someones birthday because they make them 'saddle up' on a saddle while they get the restaurant to sing happy birthday.

Ya know what's a challenge to find? Really a hard to find favorite? An honest to goodness simply grilled chicken sandwich. Texas Roadhouse had a GREAT chicken sandwich. Tender marinated and in between two pillowy soft slices of what tastes like a yeast roll. I get mine with mushrooms and jack cheese. Grill marks and smoky flavor accentuate the tenderness of this chickn Sammy. A casual atmosphere is what you will find here and usually large groups and kids or both can rapidly raise the noise levels but the staff is friendly and helpful. You are sure to see a manager drop by and ask how your visit is going. You even are invited to pick your own steak from the showcase right before they deliver you to your table. It's a rodeo good time.

Great comfort food with good service. Fun, casual environment where you can open a peanut and throw the shells on the ground. It feels like an authentic "Texas Roadhouse" and I'm not even sure what that means but it's what I would expect! It's a fun night out for dinner!

Our favorite steak chain! Cheaper than other chains and much better flavor! Can't beat the onion blossom and cinnamon butter and rolls! :) YUM! Avoid the kabobs...the steak is usually dried out on them. But the other steaks are very tasty! I love the broiled chicken! So tender and juicy!

The one star review is based solely on the service experience we had last night, which I have to believe is not typical. This place always seems to be packed when we drive by, so they must get it right more often than not. In the mood for a good steak, my wife and I got there around 7:00, was told it would be 15 minutes for a table, were seated in 5. Waiter was fairly quick to attend to us, and since we knew what we wanted, we ordered quickly. No appetizers, just 2 steak dinners, medium rare, baked potatoes, vegetable. They did serve some delicious rolls while we waited...and waited...and waited. After taking our orders and dropping off the rolls, the next time our waiter stopped by the table was about 30 minutes later. He seemed surprised that we had not gotten our food yet, went to check with the kitchen, and to his credit came back and admitted he forgot to turn in our order, a fact he probably would have discovered sooner had he stopped by a little sooner. He apologized and said it should only be 7-8 minutes, since we ordered our steaks medium rare. When they finally arrived, 10-15 minutes later, it was pretty obvious they had been rushed, as they were slightly burned on the outside and rare in the middle. At that point, we ate them anyway. We were tired and ready to go home. The food itself was tasty, but it's hard to go wrong with filet and a baked potato. We had only eaten here a time or two before, and it will probably be a while before we go back. I will say, for our trouble they ended up charging us just over half of what the dinner would normally cost, without our having to ask. The poor service did cost our waiter a few bucks in tip. Normally a 20%+ tipper, we left him around 20% of the discounted price.

Pretty standard steakhouse, and what you can expect in a chain. Every time I've gone, the service has been great. They have complimentary peanuts, and the saddle you ride on for your birthday while they sing to you, and the whole country western feel. The salads are really good, and their onion appetizer competes with Outback's Bloomin' Onion. But the best part? That would be the fresh rolls and honey butter they bring out. I could carb overload on a basket of those bad boys! Oh so good. The steak is your standard steak. I prefer Outback or Longhorn over these steaks, but they are decent. Veggies and potato choices are good. If you have a craving for a steak dinner, this will do the trick. Every cocktail I've tried here has been great as well. I have never tried any of their desserts, though. The one thing that stands out (besides the rolls) is how friendly they are. My boss arranged for our whole school to go there for lunch during a teacher planning day, and it was really well managed. They knew we weren't the ones paying and/or tipping, yet they treated us well and worked their booties off.

DOV 08/03/14 Six of us for lunch, arrived at 11:55. Seated immediately in a little booth that with three on each side you could hardly move. Ugh. A person in a wheelchair was next to us and they had six and wheelchair - they were too crowded, felt bad for them, and they were not real busy then, seems they could have been better accommodated. Kristi did a great job of serving us. The two of us got: 10 oz Prime Rib w/ salad and baked potato. All the food was ok for what it was. The rolls were good. Hubby got Country Fried Steak and it was horrible. He did not send back as with others so did not make a thing out of it. We will not return unless a group suggests this again we can't get out of it. Sorry but the truth. Do not understand why this place is popular.

I have been to similar joints over the years in mostly other states. My favorite Roadhouse restaurant in Rachel's Roadhouse in the Youngstown, OH area. This Texas Roadhouse is very average considering that everything is pretty mediocre in the Tampa Bay area. I agree with other posters that the rolls in butter are amazing. In fact, I wish that I could solely order five or six of these as my dinner. For the entree, I ordered a medium cooked burger with all the trimmings. While the portion size was plentiful, the meat was a bit undercooked for my taste and there was really no wow factor. All in all, this was a very average visit, and I would not go out of my way to come back in the future.

Tonight was one of our worst experiences at this location, which we frequent quite often since we live in the area. Our waitress was great, which is why I gave two stars. The worst part was that as my wife was eating her Caesar salad she found what appeared to be a dead moth or other insect. The waitress knew immediately when she saw it that it was a bug and took it away. A few minutes later a female manager came over and apologized, but did nothing further. A lot of people would have gotten upset and demanded something for free. My wife however was very nice about it, although for several minutes she thought she was going to vomit. I assumed that there would at least be an offer for a discount, free dessert or something since she didn't finish the salad and had a poor experience. It proved that they really didn't care about any future business from us. Unfortunately I had ordered the Grilled chicken salad as my meal. Needless to say it wasn't something I was looking forward to after that.

The steaks at roadhouse are very good and the cooks do a great job cooking them to he perfect temp! The hostesses are clueless (but then again they're that way at every restaurant) but the servers are great. Colleen is very attentive. I love roadhouse!

The place is huge! They have shavings all over the floor and the crazy deco makes this a great fun place. There was a wait for a weekend but it is as expected. The service was that similar to an Apple Bees or another chain. The Buffalo Wings had some good sauce on it. I wouldn't say so much about the salads but they're not known for salads! They had a few sides - the Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, and Fresh Vegetables were great but a little salty. I was disappointed there was 1 type of ribs and they selection was half or full rack. It tasted great, don't get me wrong, but wished I had more choices. There are other things such as chicken and sandwiches and burgers -- I hear the steaks are great as long as you don't order well done.

The service was outstanding, the choreography of everything ran like a well oiled machine...from drink orders, to appetizers, to entree, perfect. Every bite of food was absolutely delicious, and cooked to perfection. Called ahead, seated almost immediately (granted it was 4:15). Definitely will be back!

The only good thing about dinner tonight was the call ahead sitting that allowed us to stay at home and only wait 15 minutes upon arrival. Once were at our table, we had to ask three separate times for their famous cinnamon butter. While the steaks we ordered came out good; we never received our salads that were ordered. The manager apologized and took the cost of the salads off our bill; however we never saw or heard from her again or were offered anything else to make our experience any better. Extremely disappointed as prior experiences were so much better.

I usually like the food at this chain, but for some reason, we just haven't had any luck here. Although the waitstaff are pretty good, the mangement lacks in a big way. Three different times we've been here, they've over cooked our steaks. The last time resulted in a very angry hubby asking to speak with the manager. The manager had a very bitchy attitude, and never apologized. She simply said, "uh-huh," and took the plate away from the table without mending the situation. We're tired of going there, and crossing our fingers in hopes of a proper meal. The manager just solidified our decision to never go there again.

Seriously....can I just say I love this place for the bread? No? Ok, I love them for more than that...but the bread is so good! I've never had a bad server here - seriously. Even the one we heard tell the hostess "oh god don't seat anyone in my section"....We were worried about that one. He was professional and warmed up quickly and gave us great service. I've had many things here but the Grilled Chicken Salad is one of the best. It is HUGE - really two people could split it. Everything is always so fresh on the salads too. The salmon is always a good choice and I really enjoyed the portobello mushroom chicken.

One of the best Texas Roadhouses we've been to. Love the call ahead seating which worked out great since we were passing through from Port Charlotte. Lots of refills on the pop and hot rolls. Great service from our server Diana and we got a coupon for an appetizer on our next visit at any Texas Roadhouse.

Having dinner here with my niece was supposed to be special but it was so loud I couldn't hear a word she was saying and she was sitting right across the table from me. The steaks were custom cut but overpriced. More fat than red meat doesn't excite me honestly. Service could certainly be better when you're paying top price. Next time I'll go to Ruth Chris if I want an overpriced steak.

Yee haw! Yeah just an average meal. Nothing special, service was okay, I guess.

Definitely call ahead it helps a ton. It was crowded and we were crammed inside because of the rain. The meat isn't of the greatest quality but they treat it in a certain way that changes the flavor but makes it incredibly tender. My kids love the bread and I usually get the prime rib.

Great prime rib. They are always really busy. They do their best but you can expect to wait some.

Amazing place to get a steak. Everything on the menu is made from scratch! I ordered the 6oz filet medium with mash potatoes and brown gravy with loaded french fries. As you walk into the restaurant there is a meat display case in which you can pick out your very own steak! I picked out the best filet I could see and when the food arrived it looked amazing! The steak was cooked to a perfect medium by one of the cooks, I think his name was Jordan (thats what it said on who's grilling sign). It melted in my mouth like a filet should. The mash potatoes were just a good with that brown gravy. Not too thick and hot and fresh. The loaded fries had bacon and cheese on top and tasted great. To drink I tried a Jamaican Cowboy which was also super tasty and cold. Just before we finished our meal one of the managers Andrew came by and asked how everything was. I though this was a great addition to the experience because so many of my dining out experiences have resulted in the manager coming to visit only if there is a problem. This was a nice change of pace to see that someone still cared about my meal even if everything was great! Since it was my first time in the place I was also invited to join their email club with gives me great specials and a free app for signing up. One last thing that I noticed was the servers all started to line dance in the middle of the restaurant when a certain song came on. This I had never seen anywhere else and was also a great surprise! I definitely recommend this restaurant for the family as well as a great place to get an affordable steak that taste great!

Texas Roadhouse, always busy, is obviously a favorite of people in the area. You do get a free appetizer around your birthday (sign up for a the email club to receive the coupon), which is awesome! Even though they are constantly busy, they do call-ahead seating (recommended) and the wait will be minimal. I will say, and my uncle and I agree on this, that their side salad is a true salad. Too often you come across a restaurant that offers a side salad of lettuce, tomatoes and croutons. Texas Roadhouse offers onion, egg, bacon, cucumber...everything you could want in a salad. They don't skimp and it's appreciated. I always choose some chicken dish, whether fried tenders or smothered with mushrooms and cheese, and I've never been disappointed. The prices are reasonable and the sides are delicious- it's difficult to choose just one with the meal. Service is also impeccable.

SPOILED CHICKEN! I ordered the the Country Fried Chicken and noticed on the first bite that the chicken had turned. The manager refused to admit that the chicken had turned and proceeded to argue with me. She offered something else from the kitchen but at that point I was so grossed out I could not see myself eating anything. I have been in the Food Service business for over 20 years! I know spoiled chicken! I couldn't get the taste out of my mouth for hours. With a side of feeling like I had to puke! This is the second time I have been to Texas Roadhouse Wesley Chapel. I never send food back anywhere and both times here my food was sent back. The first was a Medium steak that was purple in the middle. Thats not medium! The choice is your but at $15+ per person You need to choice a better place. Got to run! My stomach hurts again!

Cooked meat and warm rolls. The meat is average to even a little low grade. The warm rolls are bland. If staying across the street at the Hampton Inn like I was this is a reasonable choice to fill up on non-nutricious food and satisfy your hunger. The likelihood of me going back there is proportional to how hungry I am and how far I am unwilling to travel.

It's a chain so you can't go in there with your hopes too high. That being said, the food is good and comes out timely. Now the beer and wine selections aren't fabulous, but as I said its a chain. If you go be sure to be mindful of the time. The place is rather popular and the wait times can be long at times.

Good food and ok prices. I like this place. I like the atmosphere. Very fun, upbeat, active place. Food is always good and service has been pretty good. I enjoy their bday celebration if it's someone else's bday. Lol.

I need to start by saying I love the Texas Roadhouse franchise, and the food..... But the service at this particular Texas Roadhouse leaves much to be desired. We have been coming to this location for about 3 years and the service has never been so poor. It's usually packed, but this past Sunday it wasn't bad, it had me wondering why... I'm sure the service doesn't help. My kids ordered a cup of chili for their appetizer, okay, they brought it out without spoons, no problem, only that it took over 5 min to get a spoon delivered. We ordered fried pickles as an appetizer, still waiting... When we asked the waitress her response was, well I put the order in... No effort to see what happened to the order. They never came.... I ordered a side of Ribs with my steak that came out to the table burnt. When I asked for them to re replaced, they came after I had finished my entire meal. Overall it was a poor experience for one of my favorite places to eat... I think I'll try outback next time....

First thing you'll notice is there is a longggggg wait for a table, so enjoy the peanuts. When you get to the table they bring out yeast rolls with honey butter so good. I had the ribeye ordered medium rare came out medium I kept it didn't want to wait for a second steak. Had a baked sweet potato with marshmallows really good made me think of Thanksgiving.

Great steaks, fresh rolls, large portions, reasonable prices, pleasant atmosphere, early bird specials, and great service. p.s use call ahead sitting if you don't want to wait too long!

We just went in for a cold beer, but ended up ordering some chili and a salad with chicken. Both were very good. I was really suprised at the chili. I expected a chili flavored tomato soup, but got a flavorful, thick chili with great taste. It didn't have enough heat for my taste but it was very good. Beer was cold and the salted peanuts were great! Too many kids for my liking!

TERRIBLE!!! We went there for my spouses birthday and his meal was HORRIBLE. We had a PARTY of 5 and they FORGOT to put one order in so that was a delay. THe service DIDN'T CARE and the MANAGER gave the SAME attitude. NOT planning in RETURNING ANYTIME SOON

Average steak experience at best. Fun atmosphere, but food on the whole was simply average. Rolls were the only thing that were excellent but waitress did not come around every 5 minutes as promised. Would not go back again.

I can't remember the last time I went to Texas Roadhouse... I'm almost positive it was between 1998 and 2003... not in California. And I remember it was good. And when travel partner and I was coming back from Busch Gardens, we were hungry. I looked up food options on my Yelp App and low and behold, Texas Roadhouse. It was packed for a Monday night. The barrels of peanuts were awesome... We had a short 15-20 minute wait, which wasn't bad at all in my book. The hot, warm, soft rolls were delicious along with the sweet tea. I swear, I need to move somewhere in the sticks for all the sweet tea I can drink. The food was good... Service was good considering how busy it was. I had the baked chicken (ugh, i hate being on a "diet") and my travel partner had the sirloin kabob. Both were good. Sides were tasty. I need a Texas Roadhouse in California!

My husband and I went for dinner last night. My 6 oz. sirloin was dry, tough and the char-broiled taste was overwhelming. His 20 oz prime rib was burnt, too well done . I was totally disappointed with our dining experience.

As a northern, I have been eating Texas Roadhouse for many years and have always preferred them over Outback by a mile. We recently attempted to dine there as a large party on a Thursday night with 15 people. We had called ahead for 7pm, but they would not seat us till half the party was there, which happened at 7:15. We were called to be seated 7:30/7:35. All 15 of us standing there waiting with 2/3 other tables also. Needless to say the entry way was packed and I did not appreciate standing there and getting bumped by people trying to leave because they called up to many people up at one time. We were at our table by 7:40 and greeted and placed drink orders, we had 1 server for the entire group and she had additional tables near us. 7:50 came and passed, no drinks and no bread, finally at 8 they brought half the drinks. They informed me at that time, after 20 minutes of waiting that they could no make me a patron margarita, they could only make a margarita and put patron on the side. after 20 minutes of waiting, no bread and no drinks, my wife and I decided to leave. It makes me sick to my stomach that I have always suggest Texas Roadhouse to people. It is obvious that the management does not know what they are doing and help and manage their staff. We will not be back and I suggest you dont ever try it either. Head to Longhorn's in Brandon, their management knows how to make sure you get taken care of.

Finally !!!!!!! A steak that tastes like a steak! I can't wait to go back. I ordered the 11oz sirloin and baked beans. It was cooked Perfectly. The side salad was almost a meal on its own. My husband ordered the 16 oz sirloin. His was cooked perfectly as well. The rattlesnake bites(jalapeno poppers) were great to start with! $50 bucks! That was incredible! Not char-steaks but tender, juicy perfectly cooked steaks! We left happy and full!

Good service, the rolls were great. The steak would've been fantastic if I didn't have to cut away all of that fat to get to the meat. It's also a bit too noisy for my liking.

Very interesting atmosphere, peanut shells on the floor, waitstaff linedancing. The food that we had was pretty good it's typical steakhouse food. The steaks are cut fresh daily. My wife had the grilled chicken salad. It was huge. The dressings are made in house. The italian dressing had a little kick but was good. I got the BBQ burger. It was pretty large as well. It was hand-formed so it is not a frozen food service burger. We did call ahead seating so were sat fairly quickly. We went around 6 pm on Saturday so it was a bit packed. Our overall opinion is we will go back and make it a regular place that we frequent. Just a word of warning, the buckets of peanuts that they give you make great projectiles for little ones. I got hit in the back by one.

I came here tonight for dinner. First impression was cool - packed restaurant, shavings on the floor, fun environment, casual - better impression for prompt seating and we got to pick our steaks but it gets better from there. For a Saturday night, noise level seemed reasonably appropriate, place was packed after all. Our hostess and waitress were awesome, real friendly and attentive and the effort we appreciated on a busy Saturday night. Partner ordered a prime rib, I ordered the 11oz sirloin mooing, it was cooked to rare perfection - juicy and purple like I love it :) I also had the shrimp skewer (seasoned with a little kick) plus caesar salad and rice sides. In retrospect I should've ordered a smaller sirloin as I made the mistake of eating to much bread. The bread is freshly baked, delicious. You simply can't beat the price!!! Two people for full dinner (shared appetizer) and drinks (2 beers and ginger ale) was pretty affordable ($50). Definitely a 4-5 star place simply for prompt service, attentive and friendly staff, delicious meal and affordability.

We always put off going here because it was always sooooo busy, well now I know why. It's all about great service and awesome steaks here. Just went for our second time and the service was just as great as the first. I had the Raspberry Rattler Margarita this time and it was wonderful. The steaks were cooked perfectly and were well seasoned. I don't know how they keep their prices so low, but I'm not going to complain. If you are in the mood for a great steak, Texas Roadhouse is the place!

basically, your typical country music loving roadhouse.. you can have all the peanuts you want at the waiting area and table..and it kind of reminds me of Cody's Roadhouse.. but i think this place has more flavor in their food.. damn good margaritas.. a little light on the alcohol though delicious sweet cinnamon butter and bread rolls (addicting) yummy items: pulled pork any of the steak entrees prime rib i've been to the one in orlando too, but this one has better taste and service. ah and if it's your birthday.. you can straddle on a bull/horse saddle?

Went there with the family on a Sunday, hoping to avoid the Fri/Sat rush...no luck. The place was still packed, but the wait was only 10 minutes (even less time then they quoted us). The atmosphere is your typical country get-up including peanut filled barrels, cacti and dancing waitstaff. The food however was fantastic. We didn't try any appetizers, hoping we would be able to save some room for dessert. The wife got the 8oz sirloin, and it was cooked a perfect medium-rare. I snagged a few bites and it was a really good tasting piece of meat, one of the best I've had in a while. I went with the country fried steak, which was ginormous. Seriously. It covered the entire length of a dinner plate, leaving room for nothing else on there. The steak was quite tasty however (especially the creamy gravy) and all the excess was readily consumed the next day for lunch. The mother-in-law got the baby back ribs. I can not attest for these, as she was reluctant to share, but she did say they were delicious. The biggest surprise came with the dropping of the check, as it barely reached $50 for 3.5 people. Excellent food, great service and minimal impact on the wallet means we'll be going back very soon.

Steaks came out rare after ordering a medium rare filet and ribeye. After the waiter came back with our redone order, the filet was overdone...let's call it "medium" at best. The steaks were simply thrown back on the grill, instead of making new ones as proper etiquette would suggest. Also, our baked potatoes were thrown in the microwave. Sent the filet back a second time. This time they put a new steak on...and guess what? It came out rare again resembling a raw tuna sushi roll! We gave up at that point and just decided that we won't be back.

The hot rolls with cinnamon butter tasty! I Ordered Dallas Filet sautéed mushrooms baked potato Caesar salad. Husband had grilled salmon, rice salad. Both meals Yummy!! The kids dancing during dinner makes is fun upbeat! So happy we walked out of Outback Steak! Won't go back. The call ahead at outback Sucks! The call ahead here worked we enjoyed our server Dani, she did a Great Job. Everything's on time. Very Nice Dinner Out!

(2)Jim K.
5 stars baby! My wifes steak was cooked perfectly and so was my burger. The rolls though!!! Those coupled with the cinnamon butter is almost as good as sex! Yeah, that good!
(5)Bill G.
Awesome choice in the area. We bring the kids here every other Friday. Excellent steak and great sides. Maritza is our favorite server. She is very attentive and remembers us from the first visit. Here is a tip do call ahead!
(5)Jaimie T.
(4)Jackie G.
If you're looking for a steak dinner that won't break your bank account, look no further! This place is awesome, from the service to the food. You won't be disappointed. But call ahead seating is a must, as they get packed for dinner.
(5)Samantha M.
YUCK barf gross. Everything from the floors to the tables and everything in between are dirty and sticky. Food is gross. Yuck yuck and yuck. Will NOT be back.
(1)David M.
(1)Eric O.
(5)Jenn P.
Great steaks from a chain restaurant.
(3)Tim K.
(4)Cesar V.
(4)Bill M.
(2)Sarah D.
So funny :)
(4)Lisa M.
(5)Brooke K.
(4)Paul D.
(4)Suzanne J.
(3)Peter C.
I loved loved loved my steak however I have to give this place 3 stars because it's dirty!!! Sticky tables and when I received my mashed potatoes there was lettuce in it... Besides that the food was good they just need to pay more attention to detail and clean up!! Also the service is a little slow...
(3)Julie P.
(2)Rob B.
(4)Howard C.
Rib appetizer was meal size with fries!! Everything is Texas sized! Highly recommend this Roadhouse... Great food and service. Throw them peanut shells on the floor!!!
(5)Jodi N.
Best ribs in town and the pulled pork is to die for service is always great and value is awesome. This is our favorite place since we moved up here from Cape coral over a year ago.
(5)Larry H.
I love Texas Roadhouse. In my opinion it is very consistent. I think the stakes that they serve here are a great value. My family and I go there at least once a month. There are also very affordable options for the kids. Even though the place always seems overly busy. The wait is never too bad and the service is consistently good.
(4)Lyn S.
(1)Diane S.
We went last night and everything was perfect! I had read the service can be slow. It was not. We had excellent service, steaks cooked to perfection and enjoyed the lively atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.
(5)Bret A.
(2)Tony L.
Typical Texas themed restaurant with humongous American portions. Would be awesome if the kid's high chairs were sanitary with functional belts.
(4)Janet B.
Have to update; Why do the baked potatoes n fries have to be so Overly salted??? Asked for a baked with no salt, told "no can do, they come in that way".. So don't be on a salt free diet and have any kind of potatoe there.
(4)Tracey C.
(5)Pierre A.
Enjoy
(5)Dana A.
(4)Andre P.
Love love love this place! Steak is always perfect! Staff is wonderful! One of my favorite places.
(5)Erin P.
(3)Da Vman V.
(2)Devon P.
Typical steakhouse, nothing fantastic or special. We had a reservation for a group of 10 on a Saturday night, they kept us together in 2 large booths but it would have been nice to have a longer table to stay together.
(3)Andy M.
Had a good dinner here after a long day of driving. The staff was polite and they are very efficient here. I'll be back next time I'm in town.
(4)Rachel M.
(4)Brittany N.
(4)R. G.

Got carry out. The food was good but the carry out area should be kept cleaner. Papers were all over the counter. Another counter was full of crumbs . Customer service was an improvement from previous visits.

(3)Helen L.
(4)Kevin S.
(5)Todd P.
(2)Benjina D.
(2)Lydia W.
(5)Geri S.
(5)Michael P.
Good place to eat. Fast, friendly service and good quality food.
(4)Amy Z.
Chain. Long wait. Average meal. Crappy wine list. You know what you're going to get here...average in every aspect. Enough time wasted on this review.
(3)RE A.
(3)Mikee R.
Yee haw! Yeah just an average meal. Nothing special, service was okay, I guess.
(4)John G.
Definitely call ahead it helps a ton. It was crowded and we were crammed inside because of the rain. The meat isn't of the greatest quality but they treat it in a certain way that changes the flavor but makes it incredibly tender. My kids love the bread and I usually get the prime rib.
(2)Steffanie G.
Great prime rib. They are always really busy. They do their best but you can expect to wait some.
(4)Garrett T.
(5)Jennifer B.

(1)Dan R.
(3)Cayci W.
It's a chain so you can't go in there with your hopes too high. That being said, the food is good and comes out timely. Now the beer and wine selections aren't fabulous, but as I said its a chain. If you go be sure to be mindful of the time. The place is rather popular and the wait times can be long at times.
(4)Mike A.

(3)Tae J.
Great steaks, fresh rolls, large portions, reasonable prices, pleasant atmosphere, early bird specials, and great service. p.s use call ahead sitting if you don't want to wait too long!
(5)Gary P.
(3)Bea C.
(1)Patty S.

(4)Beth C.
My husband and I went for dinner last night. My 6 oz. sirloin was dry, tough and the char-broiled taste was overwhelming. His 20 oz prime rib was burnt, too well done . I was totally disappointed with our dining experience.
(1)Shane C.
(1)Robert F.
Food is great but the service at the Brooksville location is generally much better.
(3)Sue G.
(5)Carolyn G.
Good service, the rolls were great. The steak would've been fantastic if I didn't have to cut away all of that fat to get to the meat. It's also a bit too noisy for my liking.
(3)Victor P.
Great food, especially the ribs and steak!
(5)Chris H.
(4)Michelle D.
(5)Sunny D.
(5)J V.
basically, your typical country music loving roadhouse.. you can have all the peanuts you want at the waiting area and table..and it kind of reminds me of Cody's Roadhouse.. but i think this place has more flavor in their food.. damn good margaritas.. a little light on the alcohol though delicious sweet cinnamon butter and bread rolls (addicting) yummy items: pulled pork any of the steak entrees prime rib i've been to the one in orlando too, but this one has better taste and service. ah and if it's your birthday.. you can straddle on a bull/horse saddle?
(4)Rich H.
(5)Jarrett Z.
