Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Dirty restaurant, cold food, and the staff is more interested in their phones! Trash and food all over the floor, tables and seats. I completed a survey and was responded to. I gave it another try with the whole team acknowledging the survey and to no avail it was the same. No more Moes.

Welcome to Moe's! It's Moe's Monday. So guess where we just went for dinner? Had us some Joey Bag o Donuts with Chips and a drink for $5.99. Just to prove we aren't dirt cheap (yea, right) we threw in a bowl of queso to split with our friends. Trusty, that's what Moe's is. Their food is good and consistent, the burritos are wrapped tightly (so fillings don't spill out on your plate) and the queso is super cheesy. The chips can be a tad too salty but that's my only negative for this joint. Plus they have seating choices, air-conditioned indoor and climate controlled outdoor options right in Wiregrass mall. So you can chow down on reasonably priced burritos and then shop til you drop with all your savings. It's like a match made in Monday heaven.

I had the Wrong Doug and Chips Con Queso. I was very pleased. I chose the steak. Much better than Taco Bell.

Love me some Moe's! This location is always hopping, located in the Shops of Wiregrass, right next to JCPenney and Barnes and Noble. Better than a taco bell, but not a full sit down restaurant. Imagine Subway with tex-mex food. On Monday's they have $5.99 for a burrito, chips, and a drink, and the place stays busy all day long. But, they have employees stacked behind the counter, like an assembly line, so your experience goes pretty fast. They also have quite a variety of foods, from quesadillas to rice bowls to burritos to nachos. They have tons of toppings and ingredients, from queso to black beans, beef, steak, chicken, guacamole, cilantro, corn salsa, etc. You pick what you want. The chips and queso are really good, and they even sell beer! They have indoor and outdoor seating, though most people seem to sit indoors where it gets pretty loud and you are subjected to hearing "Welcome to Moe's" every time someone walks in the door. Employees are fast, efficient, and friendly. Never had a bad experience customer service wise. Just a tip: If you're looking to grab lunch, go online and order ahead of time so you just have to pick up your order.

Welcome to Moes!! I'm a big fan of Moes and they definitely have good deals and are relatively inexpensive even when you don't catch them on a good deal. With that being said I've been to several different moes and there's something about their salsa that I don't like. It just tastes different from all the other ones I've been to and a couple times I had gone and the rice was a little stale. I usually drive another 5 miles out of my way to go to the different moes.

I like this place, I do not love it, but I like it. When I am in the mood to eat a burrito I go here. I do not eat burritos any where else. Don't ask my why, I have no idea. I think a burrito is huge here so I like to split it. The best deal is Moe Mondays when it's 5.99 with chips and drink. That's def a steal to me considering I will only eat a half of it. I like getting the steak. I feel that it is very tasty. I usually pick out the corn salsa from the salsa bar, but this time they also had ancho lime salsa. That was so gd to me. I had to get more. The location at wiregrass has a nice outside area across from the Barnes and Nobles. The place that I am also a regular at. you can bring your dog with you and have a nice lunch or dinner.

This place just sucks. It's for kid and looks like ran by kids. The kids that were working were just unprofessional and to busy playing with one another to really help us. It was out first and last time. I feel it's a place for kids and not a family. Seem to attract a crowd like those working behind the counter. First and last time there. Oh and the food sucked. Taco Bell is superior to this crap.

I had to wait for a preparer to finish chatting with his friends before he finally took my order. Also all the seats were filthy. The guy who does the cleaning needs to clean the seats, not just the tables.

Pretty good for quick Mexican-like food. I especially like their $5.99 Monday deals (and their cinco de Moes - $5 meal deal on the 5th of every month)

Gross. Hot sauces allow a 2 star rating.
