I keep coming back to this shop because they have the best bagels in palm beach county in my opinion. The owners are always really nice, the service is super fast and they get everything right. Plus I haven't found any caraway seeds on my bagels in a long time! :)

Great bagels, and equally great service. Always has tons of coffee choices and I always get a consistent bacon, egg and cheese bagel. They also sell Bluetooth speakers occasionally, it's not your average bagel joint! Go give it a try.

I had to give this place only 3 stars. Not because of the food. The food was delish. The problem I had was it was a bit on the expensive side but even that wouldn't deter me from going again. What I cannot look past was how snotty one of the girls was. She ignored, shrugged off not one us but another older gentlemen and when she did acknowledge you she had an attitude. She just has poor customer service skillsplain and simple. I was a bit irritated how she left us standing at the counter trying not to look at us but I was most irritatsd at how she completely ignored the old man who asked a question. I disliked seeing her shrug her shoulders when the other girl tried to call her once and then a few minutes later when she told her he was talking to her. This is something that will keep us from being regulars at this place. And what a shame bc as I said, it was just delish

Real nice people; they had big fluffy bagels with a lot of quantity. Delicious sandwiches. The twisted turkey is a great option. Also they had the best smoked salmon bagel in town. Well worth the price.

We were visiting from NY and stopped in for breakfast/lunch and the place is adorable!!! It is clean, has a very friendly helpful staff and the new owner is great!!! The food is AWESOME!! I had a veggie omelet and it was light/fluffy and the veggies were fresh! The bagel was really good too--just as good and if not better than NY!! Oh and be sure to get your coffee too--best coffee as well! Jamaican Me Crazy was the flavor I got!!! Love this place!!!

While a nice place and nice people running it, which what saved their rating from being one star. Their product leaves a lot to be desired. Their bagels are lack luster and I feel like I could have gotten the same from opening a bag from the grocery store and they look very impressive. The final nail in the coffin, the price. $3.50 for a flavored bagel and flavored cream cheese. No, no, no. A plane bagel and regular cream cheese is at most $1.50. A flavored bagel and flavored cream cheese should be $2.50, maybe $2.75 if their amazing. But $3.50! No! I'm a New Yorker and I know bagels. This is not the place to go, do not eat here if you want a bagel. Find some place else.

Poor service and high prices.... I won't be going back. It is not often that I give just two stars to an establishment but my experience here had me feeling sad and somewhat angry, and even sorry for the owners. My husband and I walked in on a Sunday morning to an empty restaurant. We wanted to get something for lunch to take to the park. We did not order bagels, so I can't comment on their quality. What struck me was that there really wasn't anyone in there and the only person at the counter, a young woman, was talking to a young male customer and totally ignored us. I understand, I really do, (I used to work in a Middle School), but after awhile my husband had to interrupt her. At this point, I'm already feeling we walked into the wrong place. The specials board had 4 or 5 panini sandwiches listed. All sounded very good. We ordered the Roast Beef Panini and were told that they don't serve that. Well, it's on the special board. The young girl said that they "ran out." Okay, so now I'm really in the wrong place. I'm thinking that if the restaurant is empty, and they ran out of roast beef why don't they erase it? It's a chalk board! Okay, I do understand, the owner's not here and she's young. We ordered two other sandwiches, for $8.99 each. My husband got the turkey(deli type) similar to a club sandwich with bacon. I ordered the chicken breast with cheese and pesto sauce. Both sandwiches were not bad tasting and seemed fresh, made on a pita type bread. Check out my photos.. The sandwiches, with pickel and 1/2 ounce of chips, were definitely small and thin. They contained very little meat which I thought was overpriced for $8.99. My chicken was also chewy, not tender at all. So, our lunch came to about $20 and we were not very happy with our experience. Three stars says, A-okay but I'm giving it two for "Meh. I've experienced better!"

Came in on a Wednesday morning around 9am. Lovely service, very attentive. Figured out I wanted a Salmon bagel -- the woman behind the counter was really awesome. Nice environment. Old folks love this place; as they should. It's GREAT.

Best bagels and smoked salmon I've had in Jupiter - or anywhere else I can really think of. A little pricy, but worth it. Also, if you read some of the other reviews you'll notice that all of the negative comments are about things other than the bagels. This is a bagel place, and they do bagels amazingly. Everything else is irrelevant.

Im not a bagel fan but these are exceptional: fluffy soft inside, chewy/crispy outside with plenty of flavor. I love the Everything bagels, getting more soon...

You're are an idiot if you go anywhere else for bagel and coffee. This place is amazing. Great coffee, fresh and highly addictive bagels, and the people are authentically nice and super helpful. If you are cheap or don't know the value of a great bagel, do not come here... It's not cheap, but is worth every penny. You get what you pay for, in most instances. Bring your computer and enjoy the morning. From scones, to a hangover helper, and some of the best cream cheeses. I'm addicted.

Being from NY I am very picky about bagels and pizza. I rarely eat bagels from anywhere but at Bagel Bistro they actually had my favorite, a salt bagel, and real good cream cheese. Lightly toasted and cut in half for me, yum. Plus it is close to where I work.

Bagels are excellent but everything about this place kills it for me. I'd rather drive down to Indiantown and go to Eisenstein Bros. When it first opened, the service was terrible. I practically went every morning and every afternoon for breakfast and lunch, and every time I went in to order all I ever got was a roll of the eyes before I even ordered and an undesirable attitude. I saw it was not only me that has received the same attitude. The only time you would ever get DECENT service is if you're good friends with the employees or the owners. It's been a while since they've been opened and it has gotten a little better but still considered terrible in my eyes. Not only is the service terrible the pastries and coffee is a total rip off. Go to Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts, you're money is better spent over there. Half the pastries that they serve ARE FROM COSTCO and they charge you as if there's a secret ingredient in it or something. I'm all for supporting local businesses but this is not worth supporting. Trust me.
