Went there to meet clients for lunch last week. The service was so poor, I was embarrassed to have brought them there. I ordered an appetizer, and we are not offered small plates to eat them. Eating off of the same plate with strangers is a bit uncomfortable and familiar. My meal arrived before theirs, and they failed to serve the salad that comes with the meal. I had to flag her down to ask for it, and also ask when my clients' meals would arrive. When the female server brought their meals (there were four of us) they brought it along with the salads and not before. The servers never asked if we needed anything. Never brought the water I asked for or refilled my soda. I ordered my food spicy, and always order a soda and a water to prevent any lapse in the availablity of a drink if my mouth gets hot. Which it most certainly did. I do like spicy food, and did want to add and adjust my flavor with the traditional condiments, but the server never returned until I was ready to depart, and asked me if I wanted a refill when I was asking for my check. I always eat at a resturant at least a few times before making any kind of judgement. I've eaten here 6 times. I always order the same dish, and it's never consistent. Sometimes the food has been better than others. This time it was so so. the service has always been poor, and the resturant has never been busy enough to warrant the poor service. I've been waited on by both the male server and the female server, and received the same forgetful, lack of attention to detail, and general apathy toward me or the other few customers in the place when I've been there. Tip to servers: if I have to flag you down in a mostly empty resturant to get what I ordered, you're doing it wrong. The upside is the food is ok. Not the best I've ever had, but edible.

This food rocks! Pad woon sen is amazing. Great atmosphere - can't wait to go back. Very flavorful and great service. Try their Thai!

I don't even know where to begin. We stopped for an early dinner since we were in the area and based on other reviews. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and has ample room for larger crowds. We started with the Thai crispy tofu, the Viet wonton soup and the Banh Xeo which is a pancake of sorts with lots of bean sprouts, shrimp and pork. IT WAS AMAZING! My husband had #29 Com Tam Dac Biet and it was really good. I had #44 Mi Xao Don with chicken and it too was AMAZING. Our daughter had the make your own fresh spring roll with Viet meatballs and shrimp. It was really good and fun to roll your own egg rolls. The meatballs are really tasty!! We are already planning our next visit for next week.

I love this place. Found this on a whim and the food is incredible. I love the Pho and i am hooked. I will always come back the food is incredible and the help is just as good. It is nice to find such a perfect place.

Absolutely the best Asian food place in the area! We get takeout at least once a week and when we've gone to sit down and dine....Even Better! Highly recommend the Sweet Chili Chicken, The Combo Fried Rice and the Crispy Pork Egg rolls!

We have been back a few times and it is much better. Service is still a little slow but not as disorganized as in the past. Food is still very good! Yum. We will keep going back now.

Haleluja, praise God. Finally a Thai food spot that is not only the most authentic in town but also near my home. Throw in the fact that they have excellent vietnamese options as well and i have found my new lunch regular spot. There are so many bland thai places in town that I am very hopeful you yelpers find this place and keep it growing. We can all help to raise the bar around the area.

Has been open two weeks. Have already been there three times. Menu has a Thai portion and also a Vietnamese portion. Dishes from each are excellent. Haven't had an item there yet that wasn't wonderful. Try the Thai dumpling appetizer and the duck noodle Pho. Service excellent. Owners on premises and very attentive. A welcome addition to the University/Lockwood Ridge part of Sarasota.

Really, don't bother. I don't know what all the rave reviews are all about. It's salty greasy strip mall 'asian' food with not a fresh vegetable to be found. Service is lackluster, I tried throughout our entire meal and found no reason to return. Prices are inflated!

While their food are decent their service sucks horribly. Ordered a special broken rice yet they give me some rice with meat. Really? You'd think for a Vietnamese + Thai cuisine restaurant they'd have some Vietnamese/Thai's staff that's able to speak the language and able to take a customer's togo order. Re-train your staff, study your menu, and be kinder to your customers. We're paying for the foods not getting it for free, we're not beggars we're paying for your service.

pho is my favorite dish in the world. I usually go to Pho Cali but decided to give this place a try. The pho here is absolutely delicious. The noodles were outstanding and the beef was great too. Reasonably priced, good service as well!

I went here for dinner with a friend. She ordered the pho tai and I got bun bo hue. We were told our meals were still frozen and they gave us an appetizer for free. The appetizer was good. I forgot the name but it is similar to crab rangoon but with curry. The pho was not memorable. There are much better pho places in Sarasota. If I come here again, I'll probably try their Thai food.

Outstanding Pho. Broth was just right, noodles were perfect, meat was tasty & plentiful. No need to drive to downtown Sarasota, you've got a strong contender on University here!

Dang, my last review for Infuzions was for dinner service. That review was totally brutal, however true it was and still is. I guess I am starting to become numb to their high prices because I am blinded by their somewhat convenient location. Service is definitely hit or miss, depending on who your servers is at the time. I vowed to now only come to Infuzions for lunch because the service is better, and the prices are slightly lower if you stick strictly with the lunch menu. Also, after coming here over fifty times now, I am able to navigate the menu and have some of the pricing work out in my favor. For example, just order one Spring Roll, cause you know you are going to be too full if you eat both and your lunch, heffa. My favorite item is their Bun Xeo. Not even a great Bun Xeo.... Well, except for that one time where there must have been a different cook because it was heavenly. It is expensive, and greasy, but sometimes I just cannot help myself. Second favorite is the rice plate with grilled pork. Add over easy egg for $1.50 more, sometimes it is necessary. Especially if you are having a bad day, it will make everything better. The broken rice is fragrant and perfectly toothsome. The lemongrass coconut chicken is highly addictive, and I have to stop myself from downing in the sauce. The rice and chicken are served side by side, in a very Japanese curry style way. Let me put it this way; a plate of this stuff is like a plate of the best homemade mac and cheese to most people. Extremely comforting meal. If you cannot tell already, I am definitely more of a fan of their Vietnamese food, and all Vietnamese food in general. Actually, I take that back, the Vietnamese restaurant in SR 70 in Bradenton is awful--- to the point where it does not even come to mind. Infuzion's bubble tea is more of a milk shake, not for someone that is actually craving bubble tea. I am better off ordering a Thai Tea and adding boba to it to get my fix. Mainly, their Nuoc Mam is the freaking bomb. Seriously, I used to despise fish sauce, but I can straight up drink Infuzion's. Loaded with garlic, sugar, lime, hot peppers, and it must be Three Crabs brand fish sauce. It is my lifeline. In season, they have Mango on sticky rice. Everyday, they have black sticky rice with coconut custard on top, if you are just craving sticky rice in general. Maybe I should not be writing this review when I am hungry. But, I am going there for lunch today and cannot wait.

I don't go to Sarasota much but when I do, I'll probably never go here again. Although the service was great, the food was not up to par. I ordered the pad thai and I barely ate anything. The flavor was off and it was super salty. This place is thumbs down for me.

Extremely attentive staff. I was there on a Saturday and while it was packed, our table of 7 was taken care of. Very good combination of Thai and Vietnamese AUTHENTIC cooking. Tom Yum was amazing. The Pho was well seasoned and equally amazing. Great service, wonderful home style cooking! A must in Sarasota!

Best pho we have had in Sarasota area! The food is good, reasonable priced, maybe a few dollars more than ordinary pho. The establishment is clean and staff is friendly. Enjoy!

I didn't think that ethnic food in Sarastota would be great, but I was wrong. Infuzions was as good as any Thai restaurant I've been to. My mom and her boyfriend are regulars, and there's a woman who works at Infuzions that they adore. I'm a freak about food, and they told me to just tell her what I wanted, and that she'd guide me to the right choice. She did exactly that -- I wanted spicy, light on the oil, mainly green vegetables, not too heavy -- and every time I gave her a that's-not-what-I-want look she'd come up with another option. I ended up ordering based on her suggestion, and my food was fantastic. My sister and my nieces are vegans, and they love Infuzions. I'm not and I love it too. Another surprising food-related experience in Sarasota! I'll never be an LA snot again. Well, not all the time, anyway.

Rainy day+ sucky food= my stomachache! Staff were also very indifferent, looked at you but said nothing. On top of the 'chicky' dumplings, tough chicken satay, good Tom yum shrimp soup but 'shrimpy', you got the idea. A 'NO' from me. NEVER ever.

I've been here enough times to know they are pretty consistent in delivering delicious Vietnamese and Thai food. Their location is a bonus. Right off University Parkway, plenty of parking, but more importantly the food is good! If you like Pho Cali, you'll like Infuzions. They are related. The owners that is. Next generation is taking it to suburbia and I'm glad b/c there's really no other Vietnamese place in this neck of the woods. My very favorite is the Pork Bun, vermicelli noodles, salad, grilled pork. Delicious. Only once they had an off night with different meat and salty fried rice, which I later asked about and they were out of the usual pork that night and used a sirloin or didn't use a sirloin (?). It was definitely a bad night that almost ended their reign with me, but glad I returned. The Panang Curry is deeeelicious as is the Pad Thai with chicken. No complaints. Food is fresh, flavorful and prepared perfectly! The space is CLEAN, large and attractive. Definitely have a sampler meal if you haven't tried it yet. You'll surely find a favorite.

I was really impressed with the food here. Usually when I hear "pan asian" I think all mediocre food from several cultures. Also, I was expecting a dark, little restaurant where we're the only dine-in customers, as this has been my typical experience in Sarasota strip malls. I assumed it would not to be especially vegan-friendly. Not so, the restaurant was big, bright and inviting. Almost all the booths were already full of diners at 7pm. They have a vegetarian heading in the Thai menu and a lot of the Vietnamese dishes can be made vegan. General tip: Always remember to ask about fish sauce, shrimp paste and oyster sauce when dining as Thai and Asian places. They put it in the curry paste so it can still be in a dish labeled "vegetarian". We started with the Vietnamese spring rolls, which were not quite what I was expecting. The ones I love in Toronto seem to be made with a different type of non-wheat based wrapper. Bean curd maybe? Not sure but they are long, thin, lightly crispy and very greasy. These were more like Chinese spring rolls with a very crispy wheat wrapper. We had an adapted tofu and veggie pho with a vegetarian broth. Our server Tracey was great and very informative about our options. We also got the Pad Woon Sen glass noodles without egg, so it would be vegan. The says right at the bottom of every page to let them know if you've vegan, vegetarian, gluten intolerant, etc. so they can accommodate you. Both dishes were good. We spiced up the pho with some chili oil. A little goes a long way. The fried tofu was more like pan fried than lightly deep fried, but it honestly didn't make much if a difference beyond aesthetics. My one complaint would be that both the glass noodles came out really close after the pho. Because we were sharing both dishes, it would have been nice to stagger it a bit more. Sadly the mango sticky rice I wanted was not in season, but this dessert is vegan if you happen to be around in the spring and summer. Overall, for a recently opened restaurant and a pan asian restaurant in Florida (where it's not very diverse), Infuzions is doing a good job. I'll definitely be back.

This place is really wonderful.. The space, the food, and the service are all great...and the threefold is hard to find. I've had 5 different menu items out of 20+ times but now I keep going back for the green curry so ....5 + stars for that menu item ańd apparently 4 stars for the rest. Which is still really good. I eat a lot of Thai and this place is one of the best in SRQ. Additionally they have Korean food. I had the ginger chicken on that menu side once and it was very good. It was heavy with ginger, so if this is your thing 5 stars might apply. The spring rolls are good but I've had better. The pad se ew great, but again I keep going back for the curries. The green curry is amazing. Probably the best I've ever had It's loaded with green peas bell peppers and green squash and it is spot on with full flavor. Yum-O

I ordered pho here and I was pretty disappointed. It felt lacking all around. My husband ordered a deep fried platter, and I wasn't terribly excited about that either. I think the menu is too large. I won't be going back. The service was very nice and the place was clean and festive.

We were very impressed with this spot! Service was top notch, and everything was fresh and very full flavored! As a family of vegans, we were happy to find that almost the whole menu could be made vegan. We ordered the yellow curry, bun with lemongrass tofu, and crepe. Overall, excellent in every way! I am surprised there are negative reviews because our experience was so unusually positive. This is one of our new favorites for sure!

I have been away from this location for several years after seeing a decline in my usuals. Well under new ownership I decided to retry. Wow never had Vietnamese food before and Bobby's suggestion of Bun Xao Xa was spot on the stuff is to die for. Had my usual Panang and was so relieved to find it too was AWESOME!! Ditto for the Pad Thai. The only knock I can give is the Tom Ka Gai( coconut soup) it was too watery but tasted good. I would like to see it thicker and creamier. Thanks for opening. My new go to Thai restaurant.

Tried this place for the first time tonight. We're not that familiar with Thai but had heard very good things about this place. The restaurant seemed clean and attractive. Booths line one wall and tables in the center with a large bar at the other side (no one there). It was fairly crowded with large groups including families with children as well as several couples. We sat in a booth. Service was excellent and we found they remained attentive throughout the meal refilling our drinks. Now how was the food? For an appetizer we had the Infuzion Sampler which was very good. For the main I ordered the Drunken Noodles with pork and my husband had a chicken with cashews. He likes his food really hot and ordered that way, I cannot deal with that much heat so I asked for medium. When our dishes came I waited to see my husband's reaction since I thought it was foolish to order hot at a place for the first time, but he said it wasn't very hot at all. Then I tasted mine---yikes! I thought my mouth was on fire. We wound up switching dishes since I found his perfectly manageable. When I asked the waiter to check our orders to see if he had switched them, he said he wrote them correctly. Later he checked with the kitchen and they agreed they had made them per the order. I guess I could have sent it back, but my husband was happy with my dish. His was ok, but I thought a bit salty. Overall I liked that it was lighter than Chinese food and had a lot of veggies. I will try the Vietnamese menu next. We will definitely give them another try and I will be very clear about the heat or send it back.

My fiancee and I were so excited to try this restaurant and ordered Vietnamese soups to go. Once we got it home we were surprised to find the soup to be luke warm and the ingredients (kept separate for transport, which we understand) were as cold as if they had just been removed from the fridge. We are no strangers to this kind of food and have never experienced soup takeout that required us to heat it on the stove in order to eat it. When we called the restaurant to inform them of what we thought was a mix-up we were met with smug attitude. Instead of apologizing, we were told to just heat it up (and no, we were not late picking it up and we have a 5-10 minute drive home from the restaurant tops). No one overpays for broth and noodles so that they can heat it on a stove when they get home- that's why we paid the restaurant. Never again.

I had dinner here a couple nights ago with my family and friends! The last time I was here it was Chinese and Thai Restaurant! I wasn't big fan of Thai food before if ate her. The food was fabulous. I had The Drunken Noodles, they were amazing. Only thing was, I wished they where more kid friendly, other then that great place.

I order takeout here all the time (I got it last night again), and I always get the same thing. Pad Thai with Chicken, thai hot. I want to try other dishes, but the pad thai is just so good and spicy that I can't bring myself to order anything besides it. I love the pad thai. When I lived in CA, I used to mourn the loss of the pad thai from their other restaurant across town, and beg my parents to ship it out. They wouldn't, so when I flew back to visit I'd eat it almost every day and take large quantities of it back with me. I would force my spouse and friends to try it and of course they liked it, too. I was sad when I moved back and my new house was so far from their other restaurant, but then I found out, wow! They have Infuzions and it's right down the road! I have to restrain myself from getting it so often and it's so hard. I'm so sorry for gushing I probably sound weird but it's just so good.

I gave this place 2 stars because I had the pho and it tasted pretty good. That was the only thing that was good about this place. Our party also ordered some chicken wing appetizers. Most Thai restaurants that I've been to have great wings with the Thai Chili sauce. These wings were super plain and pretty gross. It was underseasoned and tasteless. They did give us chili sauce to go with it but overall, I would not recommend the wings here. We also ordered some Pad See Ewe. Probably one of the worst Pad See Ewe's I've ever eaten. Would not recommend it at all. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

We have eaten here quite a few times now. We find most of the dishes to be excellent. We have some dietary restrictions and they are good about accommodating us. The only real ding is that we sometimes have a hard time getting brown rice. Large groups, if people are asking for many variations from the menu, seems to create problems for them. Otherwise, food is very good and we will keep going. We are vegetarian so I can't speak for any of the dishes containing meat. The staff is friendly and try hard to get things right.

Delicious summer rolls, good Pho and nice staff. The food is always fresh and well done. I come here regularly. It is located in a convenient plaza. Perfect for a first date or if you have to eat alone, there is always room for privacy to enjoy your meal. Thank you

Our first time here! We had ginger salad with peanut sauce... Ahmazing peanut sauce and meatball spring rolls for apps. Meatballs were more like hot dogs but still good. For main meals we had crispy noodle stir fry (the bomb) and fried rice with chicken. Really great food and service. We noticed a bunch of regulars too!! We are coming back.

Went here a few months ago and just remembered it now. Don't remember what we ordered but I do remember all the food was good and that this place could be on the list of "go again". There are so many restaurants where I don't have that experience. So far I have chosen to write reviews of good ones but not disappointing ones. I probably ordered a red curry because I usually do that when confronted with long menus of southeast Asian cuisine. The menu was lengthy. Too many choices!

The food is plentiful and quite good here. I tried to order the bahn cuon (it can be more labor intensive to make this) and sadly they did not have any.. so I went with sugar cane shrimp and rice noodles and a Vietnamese coffee. Very tasty and I'll definitely make a return visit.

This place is reeeeallly good. They have a wide array of both Thai and Vietnamese Food. All of the vietnamese dishes I have tried have been better than Pho Cali and the other viet restaurants in town. Oh and the decor is beautiful and modern.

I have taken out food from Infuzions twice. I find dining in does always change the experience, but I have been quite content both times I have tried their food. I have had more experience with Thai cuisine so I have been indulging in their Vietnamese options. They had a very interesting appetizer with pork and shrimp in a pancake. The sauce was awesome! What always wins me over is if a restaurant has Thai Ice Tea, which they have nailed. Overall, they have received my seal of approval!
