Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Seriously, chipotle has to be one of my favorite places on earth. This location is equally as fabulous as it's counterparts. I frequently order ahead or online through the app and walk in, passing this line to pick up my food. This place is crazy during lunch hours, so come close to when they open at 11 and you'll be set. The only reason I don't give this location 5 stars is because there's no Togo parking spaces and it's in the midst of an extremely full and busy shopping center.

Well, they finally got my burrito right. But the place is out of seats and i have to sit outside in 90 degree heat. That's uncool because i work in the heat and was looking forward to spending my lunch in air conditioning. It didnt look so busy when i got in line or i would have passed by. I wish the management would focus on the customer experience. Add some bar style seating or at least put some fans and an awning outside. This will probably be my last trip here.

Quite possibly the most annoying chipotle in the SRQ area. Rude employees that don't speak the language, that don't listen. Broken tacos, dirty seating areas. I still come here, but I wish this place would change. But it seems that chipotle doesn't really care because it's always the same. My son loves it and so is come here, but if you can; avoid it.

I'm a big fan of Chipotle in general and I'm sure I would have enjoyed this Chipotle as well, if we'd ever found it... I pulled off the freeway specifically to go to this store, I'm not from the area, Google maps & Apple maps don't agree on it's location, but even after driving to both of the indicated map locations and calling the store for directions (which in this case was pointless as they didn't seem to know where they were either) we didn't find it. So now we're back on the freeway without having eaten anything. Recommend more signage, contacting gps providers to correct the inaccuracies, and explaining to the staff the intricacies of leading customers to the promised land of burritodom...

A stark but interesting interior greets you when you enter Chipotle. For a first time customer (me) the ordering system isn't all that clear although once you understand it's really quite simple. Pick your style (burrito, taco etc.) and then the filling, yes or no to the additions you want. We each had a burrito ($6.35), one Carnitas - pork and a Barbacoa Fajita - beef. The meat in both is slowed cooked style and as such, is really stewed. By the way, taste'em blindfolded and you wouldn't know the difference. They are large and filling and reasonably priced for the size. The Barbacoa Fajita came with all the standard fillings except guacamole, the burrito "assembler" asked if I wanted any added, and did advise there is an extra cost. I said yes and got a dollop of the stuff added. Moments later at the register I found out that tablespoon of smashed avocado cost an additional $1.80. That seemed like a rip-off. Admittedly, I should have noticed or asked the price and refused it; but the good news here is the line moves very fast, making the bad news that there wasn't time to check the price. The food is okay, nothing exciting here, but to the corporate genius that thinks a taste of guacamole is worth almost a 30% increase in cost - you cost a star and a customer.

I had my first chipotle burrito over 10 years ago in Maryland and was happy to learn years later and even after being bought out by McDonald's, the burritos are unchanged and they still use natural, no hormones, no antibiotics, free range meat! Although, I don't think I saw a fajita burrito option at this location. The burritos are gargantuan with simple fresh ingredients and cost under $7. Guacamole is extra though (a lot extra). There's also a burrito bowl for a low carb option. The restaurant, like all their locations, is a pretty sterile environment - modern, stainless steel, stark but clean. There's no scoop-your-own salsa station, but you can ask for extra salsa and even sour cream at the counter, and there's a variety of tobasco options on the way out.

The menu is simple: you can get chicken, steak, barbacoa, carnitas, and vegetarian with burrito, burrito bowl, tacos, or salad. The price is between $5.25 and $7.25 Any of these comes with a choice of hot (tomatillo-red chili), medium-hot (tomatillo-green chili), medium (roasted chili-corn), or mild (fresh tomato) salsa. The place is really good there is also drinks which is most all mexican beers and some frozen drinks. What i love about is you walk in get your big tortilla and some chips with a nice soda or beer and leave. The people are friendly and make sure you get want you want. I think that overall that this fast food mexican place is a good place for snacking or just like a HEALTHY burger king. I would go they if you have on near you.

Good, if not authentic, Mexican food. The best thing about Chipotle is the smile and happy dance I get from my 18 year old daughter when I bring it home for dinner. She gives it 5 stars!
