Ok, I've been three times now so I can write a review. Pizza is good, but not the greatest. Crust is fine, but the sauce is overcooked. Would give 3.5 stars, but they have a great beer selection and the service has been fantastic all three times. Other items on the menu are average.

Would do 4 1/2 stars if I could, second visit and better than the first. Our server Dylan was a terrific kid, the beer was cold the salads crisp the pizza tasty and terrific live music. Nice size crowd, busy but not hectic and the owner is there and watching that things are going well. So glad to have this close to home and will be back for sure!

Second visit. Quality stands up to a busy Friday night. The service was great thanks to Dylan. We ordered 2 slices with extra cheese for me and a drink for $5.99 and two specialty slices and a drink for the hubby for $6.99. Love it. Music was good. Little man loves the pizza here. Loving the pre season game.

We have given this restaurant so many chances as it is located walking distance from us . Unfortunately we can no longer return due to the very poor service . Saturday early evening at 530 with about 5 tables full in whole restaurant We sat at the booths along the bar ordered our drinks which arrived promptly . Placed our order for a small pizza and a sub . Two men at table next to us order after us , They receive their 2 pizzas while we still wait . 45 minutes have passed and i finally receive the one sub as we are told small pizza will be in the window any minute . Hour and a half after placing order small pizza arrives . Have not eaten sub and I ask for the manager . Told by the waitress that their is no manager on site and she will just comp everything as she always does . We refuse our free food and walk out after they have wasted 2 hours of our night . Went down the street at another pizza place had a great meal .

If you order online- call to confirm. We ordered online and were told it would be 45 minutes. We waited and hour before we called and were told it was on the way and would be there any minute but they did not really check our order status. We waited another 1/2 hour and called back- the girl on the phone was very confused and said she needed to call us back, WELL- they called back and there did not have an order at all. My husband got a confirmation when he ordered. They did not really apologize or offer to send another so we just hung up. Poor situation and poor customer service.

Dinner tonight. Had a small pizza, great flavor and nice crust. Definately would order again. Also had Caesar Salad that was fairly wilted: dressing had a very good flavor, but lettuce was as if it had been soaking in the dressing for several hours It would have rated 4 stars if the salad would have been crisp and fresh.

My friend and I had a great experience at River Walk. Atmosphere: excellent! The place looks new. It's very clean and it has an upbeat feel. They also have a bar section in the back if you feel like throwing back a few drinks with your pizza. Food: Above Par. We ordered two pizzas and garlic knots. Everything was tasty. The pizza had that thin layer of crunchiness at the bottom that is a must for a good pizza. They had some nice varieties as well. The garlic knots were average. Service: I can't complain about the service. The waitress was polite (maybe a bit clumsy but that's ok :) ) My one criticism is that the food took a bit longer than was comfortable. They weren't really busy at all and we started to wonder why it was taking so long. However, it didn't ruin the experience. Price: average. It's not as expensive as Terra Mia (down the street). Overall, give it a try.

They've lost me as a customer for good. They continue to mess up my orders and it's very difficult to mess up a pizza. I just ordered half pineapple & ham and half cheese. Server brought it back w/o the ham and wanted to throw it on top, but it doesn't taste the same. At the end, I got charged for half the pizza that my kids ate and I left with an empty stomach. Other place would have apologized and given me the $20 order for free.

Great food, always a good time. The meatball parm is my favorite as well as re calzones. The wait staff has always been great and the atmosphere is awesome.

We have been here now a couple times, we usually bring the whole family its cheap and service is always good. Our server had a bright pink cast last time we were there she was great!! Drinks are a little pricey but they came out fast. Would recommend

I went here today for pizza with my husband for lunch. He ordered two specialty slices and I ordered to slices with one topping each . The pizza was okay, I've had better up the road at papa joes. My husbands slices of meat lovers looked great. My two slices looked like they took cheese pizza and just put the mushrooms on top (raw) and put it in the oven. They weren't actually cooked originally. I wish they would have just told me. Anyway...the pizza is okay but the furnishings left much to be desired. There were TVS all around. Who wants TVs in an italian restaurant?? The decor also was not very thoughtful. The restrooms bugged me. There was one restroom for men and women. and when you went to the restroom there were all kinds of kitchen/cleaning supplies stored there. I had to use the restroom and a man went in front of me, he took about 15 minutes if you know what I mean, there was no way I was going in there after him, ewww and that was before my lunch. Please have separate facilities! Prices are dirt cheap.

Came in for a late lunch around 2pm. Grabbed a spot at the bar not to many people at the bar. I noticed a Cigar City coaster so I ordered a Maduro. I wish they had it on tap but hey a cold glass and a can of Maduro always brightens my mood. I was given a menu and found the two slices and a drink deal for $6.99 that was for the speciality pizza. The standard pizza deal was $5.99. So after looking at the price I didn't have my hopes set to high. Well this pizza was DAMN good. I ordered a Hawaiian and a Meat Lovers type pizza. It was cooked perfectly crispy all the way to the center without being over done. The toppings were plentiful and for the price I had to go five stars. I will definitely be back.

Ok. First time here. We went with some friends who have been a couple of times before and said that they like it. Let's begin with the decor. Very nice. Plenty of seating and tables feel like granite tops. Bar area also very nice. Lighting around the bar sharp. Lots of tv's through out. The downside.... Too many tables. The space between each table along the walls are so tight that a family with 2 small children had trouble seating the kids at the table. Its like they need to remove 2-3 tables or rework the layout. Even leaving was an issue. I felt bad walking in between tables as we left as people were trying to enjoy their meal. Onto the service. Very nice server. Attentive and quick. I was disappointed twice(not his fault) but apparently the beer menu is changed frequently and he couldn't keep up with what they no longer carry. I ordered one.... Found out.. Nope we don't carry that anymore... So i picked a second beer.... And he returned to say... Yep you guessed it don't have that anymore either.... But third times a charm. Now the food. We ordered 2 side salads and a Tuscan Pizza... WELL DONE... I said it twice but when it arrived it wasn't even close.... Soggy and very limp... Had good flavor though.... Crust was ok.. Nothing to scream about for the most part. I see why the low reviews. Now the other members of our table ordered a sandwich and a cheese calzone... Very basic and the sandwich came with a packet of Kens Salad dressing to top it.....we may try it again someday but there are more choices around the area that are better.

Food was decent but didn't over come the indifferent service. The first employee ignored us because he was doing a delivery. We were finally addressed by an employee, but our take-out order wasn't ready at the time promised so we had to wait. When the order was finally ready, we had to ask for napkins and utensils. At home we found no Parmesan or Red Pepper was included. There are many pizza options so next time we'll try someone else.

Food is good but the service continues to fall short. When river walk fails to provide you with your complete pick up order the hostess Amber calls and places blame on you for not picking up the complete order that was over the oven behind the counter. Her solution is to offer a future credit or come back a second time to pick up item. When I asked if it could be delivered I was advised that I needed to speak to a manager. After a series of holds the manager would not deliver or come to the phone. Item was refunded to my card. This is not the first big failure with customer service at this location. I can only assume my expectations of basic order completion or making right by the customer are unreasonable. Will not return again.

Pretty disappointed with our last catering order. We have been ordering since June of 2014 for our weekly lunches. The pizza is fabulous, however the salads are not. We spend a lot of money on the salads (this last lunch $63.00 just for the salad), but do not feel the carry out boxes with 2 individual dressings is worth the price. The dressings take up most of the space, thus less salad. We have asked numerous times for a big pan of salad and large containers of dressing. We feed almost 40 staff members. They just cannot accommodate us. This last order we called to add a pizza and they added an additional delivery charge to deliver the 1 extra pizza along with the 12 previously ordered. Called to complain about the salads and the delivery fee, but was put on hold for 5 min. Was never able to speak to a manager, they have our number but never called us back (second time this has happened). Have had previous problems in the past with the salads as well.
