Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

Who doesn't love Chipotle? Fresh ingredients, choice of meats, taco or burrito or burrito bowl! I was so glad when this location opened close to my job but like every location, lunch time is very busy. The lines are long but not as long as the Lake Mary location. The restaurant is in the WP Ball shopping plaza, a great location. I really wanted Chipotle for lunch without the hassle of fighting through the line so I ordered online. I believe this is one the best tools ever. My estimated pick up time was 1245 but I got I call from the manager saying I can pick up my order earlier if I want because they weren't too busy that day. I got there at 1215 pm, parked in the order online/fax order parking space (yes there is an assigned parking space for online/ faxed orders..how cool is that) and my order was ready. What this location does well is the fact that they have a separate line/register for online orders. I was out of the restaurant within 10 minutes. My food was delicious as usual. I ordered the chicken burrito bowl and I love to add a side of their salad dressing because it gives it a little kick. In conclusion I had a great experience and this location will be my go to restaurant when I'm in Sanford/Lake Mary.

I have been going to chipotle for years. My two favorites are lake Mary and winter spring. When they opened the one in Sanford I was excited. Boy was I wrong. Every time I go to this location have the fountain drinks are out of order and the employees don't listen to what you wAnt and mess your order up all the time. Today I went to get my daughter Lunch and they only had one person on the line making the food. While one cut up meat and the other person was running back and forth to get the food they were out of. There was still a line mind you in the store As well. The cashier asked what else I needed. I told her and she asked me to repeat myself. If you weren't going to listen the first time the why ask.

Seriously, the worst service I've ever had at a Chipotle. First of all, every employee worked at a glacial speed and they were working on an online order that they clearly waited last minute to start before taking care of the customers that were already in the store. I've visited Chipotles all around the U.S. and this one takes the cake for the worst customer service. Do not go to this location!

New Chipotle location and I am so excited it's in the neighborhood. There is a small outside seating area with tables and umbrellas for shade, a necessity in Central Florida. The inside is a bit more compact in comparison to other locations, but overall a nicely designed restaurant layout. At this new location it looks like staff are friendly but still working out the flow and some training. Great place to grab some tacos and guacamole. My only issue with Chipotle (not just this location) is that I wish they served fresh jalapeño as a topping. Otherwise, a great place to have some fast casual Mexican food.

Finally, a Chipotle in Sanford! I live in Debary, so previously the closest one was in Lake Mary...and we all know how much of a pain it can be getting down Lake Mary Blvd. If my stomach could talk, I'm sure it would say how happy it is that a burrito bowl is now only a 10 minute drive away. This Chipotle is located in a small strip mall in front of the Super Target Plaza. It's pretty identical to any other Chipotle...industrial type decor, inside and outside seating, order and pay at counter, etc. The food tastes good, and any time I've been here, the staff has been generous with the portions. There's nothing worse than getting a burrito bowl with like two pieces of meat! My only complaint is that tables don't always seem to get wiped down often enough. Sitting down to a table full of crumbs is...well...crumby.

Probably the slowest Chipotle I have EVER been to. I worked for Chipotle in Altamonte a few years back and that store has it going on. The employees at this location don't smile, don't greet their customers, don't have food readily available and rather talk and congregate with one another then keep the line that's wrapping around the corner, going. Something needs to be done here or this location won't last.

Chipotle is a great post-workout meal. I always get the chicken, brown rice, and black beans with cooked veggies. Every time I come here the food is hot and fresh and they also have some of the most delicious chips. I love the fact that they are GMO free, too!

Good food, and they very rarely have a line out the door at lunch like most other Chipotle locations. They have ample parking, and they even have a small outdoor area.

I love Chipotle's delicious food and commitment to quality ingredients, so I was excited when this one opened just a few blocks from my house. However, as tasty as their food is, this location needs some attention to detail. It's always dirty, especially around the drink station, and I've yet to visit when the staff have it together (the one in Lake Mary has an efficient rhythm down pat). They also need to practice consistent portions... Sometimes my burrito bowl is to the brim, others (like today) there was a ton of rice, a tiny amount of beans and meat, and although I watched it being made, somehow they forgot the cheese I requested (I must have looked away for a second). Also, their iced teas always taste as if they've been sitting a long time. I love Chipotle, so I hope this one will get the love it deserves so I can become a regular!

I love chipotle, and this location impresses as well. They are new and still working out kinks, but I am sure they will be up to par soon!

Great value for the money. Priced slightly higher than fast food and you get a much better atmosphere, good quality and friendlier staff. Everything on the menu is good. Long lines at lunch time still moves fast. Highly recommend if you like Mexican tacos, burritos and salads.

I'm no stranger to any chipotle, but this one in particular is probably my favorite around town. The people are super nice, the food is always good, and I just always have an overall great experience at this location.

Totally awesome!!!!! I catered an event for 40 family members. I ordered "The Big spread. It was so much food. Everyone simply enjoyed it. I called 1/2 hour before the requested time. The manager Marc was fantastic very friendly truly an asset to restaurant very professional. The staff loaded all the items in my car. I received a call from Marc the manager not more than two minutes after I left the restaurant , he informed me some of my order was still at the restaurant. I returned promptly to pick up the balance of the order. I am very grateful for the attention Marc and his staff gave my order. I would definitely order from Chipotle again!!!

I love Chipotle and will use any excuse to eat at one. However, this Chipotle location needs some work. Here are the issues that I encountered: 1) It was visibly messy. Tables were not being cleaned, and the floor was littered with bits of food, far more so than in other area Chipotles. 2) Seating was inadequate. This is a "new" style Chipotle, similar to the renovation that the Lake Mary Chipotle just underwent. It includes a lot of bar stool seating at high tables, which is great for singletons on a lunch break- but not so great for families with kids who can't sit up there and seniors who prefer standard seating. There were definitely not enough indoor, dining-table-height tables. 3) The order was wrong in multiple ways. They were out of small flour tortillas; they didn't include a tray, meat, or 2 sides for a kids meal (!); and the sour cream and salsa on the side were barely filled to 1/3 the cups they came in. 4) The restroom did not have a fold-out changing table. That's a standard feature in almost any chain restaurant I've ever been in. Overall, I feel like the cleanliness and order problems can be resolved with time and good management, but that the strangely contradictory attitude toward families (i.e. "Have a kids meal with organic chocolate milk, but with no table to sit at and no changing facility in the restroom.") will need to be addressed on a corporate level.

So tasty. We always get the chicken quesorittos and they are so delicious. They end up being way to big to wrap normally and that is quite alright. It is such a big burrito that it ends up being 2 whole meals.

I love this restaurant. I went to one of the originals in colorado when they first came out. I have been a loyal customer. the food is always good. Apparently, the gentleman serving the meat portions is used to feeding birds. I counted 6 chunks of chicken on my burrito. I asked him for more , he defiantly agreed .. very measley IMO. But I will probably not go to this location if this cat is still working there. he has done this twice to me. oh well, lake mary location is nearby and they know how a man eats. peace!
