Passing through for business and I wanted to stay away from the main strip of dining options. I stopped here and had a good meal and wonderful time. Staff was very friendly and the food was great! I highly recommend stopping here for some good Thai food if you are looking for a Thai restaurant in the area. I will be back for sure!

The place looks very nice and clean. Staff was busy but was able to attend to everyone's needs and was very polite. I Had the red curry with tofu. I was disappointed. The tofu was soft and not seasoned. The curry tasted like broth with barely any coconut milk. I'll give them one more chance because they were pretty busy so I imagine some of their food must be better.

I love their curry. The atmosphere at staff cannot be beat. Next trip, try the crispy duck and spring rolls

Ate here two more times after my initial review and the food was mediocre at best. My soup tasted old..barely any veggies in it..so disappointed. After my first experience I really wanted to like this place!

My wife and I, coming from LA, had a lot of choices there to eat Thai food. We came from a city that arguably has some of the best Thai restaurants available. Obviously, that doesn't mean my opinion is what matters most... So here is my take. The outside: 3 Stars At nighttime, it is very dark. The parking area isn't well lit. And being at the end of the complex, it doesn't help. The inside: 3 Stars Not a lot of room, but they have a lot of booths. These types of seats occupy a lot of room. The restaurant is clean. No clutter around. The decor is dated. Music may be too soft in my opinion, to where you have to whisper when talking to each other to avoid others listening in. The Service: 4 stars Friendly, and always smiling, they are very attentive. The food was brought out in a timely manner. I would've given a 5 star rating, but they were shorthanded, making them slow in serving refills and food. I also understand that they are a small business, and may not be able to afford it. The Food: 4 stars It is consistently delicious! Very tasty. It comes out fresh, and hot! The portions are just right, but I've had bigger for the same value. Regardless, it's not a big deal. Bottom line: visit this place at least once. Give it a shot. Try their Iced Thai tea. They have one of the best in NW Florida! Also, for dessert, save room & try their sticky rice with mango!

Pad Ka Prow = minced meat with veggies and soy sauce. Pad Se Ew = Rice Noodles with soy sauce, may have been some carrots and a piece of chicken in there. Papaya Salad was decent.

Appetizer: vegetarian fried spring rolls - this roll was freshly made but very salty. The filling and crispy exterior would raise your blood pressure with the amount of salt in the roll. Do not waste your time on these rolls Main: The curry was good but nothing special. The pad se ew vegetables did not taste like vegetables but the cooking element. This is probably due to the fact that it was overpowered with sesame oil. It is only a guess. Overall the staff is really friendly and loved by the locals but the food just isn't worth the visit. Tip: drive a few minutes down the street to Thai hut 2. It is cheaper and much tastier. See review and pictures of food from Thai Hut 2.

I love this restaurant! We live in Proper and have gone to this place twice already which is a drive for us. It's always worth it though. The curry is great, but for the price, it would be better with a bigger serving especially of meat. The chicken satay is the bomb! The food is always cooked perfect & crafted perfectly on your plate. The server is wonderful and friendly and helpful. Her name is Fern. The man owner is nice also & I really enjoy his cooking! The ambiance is typical of a Thai restaurant here in FL, it's clean, utensils are always clean, and prices are OK. Again, with bigger servings, the prices would be perfect. This place would be worth the visit wherever you are.

I had the beef pad thai. It was ok, and did hit the spot but nothing to write home about.

Pretty much echo the last review (sorted by date): food didn't taste bad, but the beef in the fried rice was definitely old, stale and dehydrated from sitting in a fridge (more than a day or two), rice was old and dry, and the dish was very boring overall...mediocre at best. The noodles dish was nothing special either: not bad sauce, but also boring and the ingredients didn't blend together...it was like many separate components that remained separate after they were cooked. On my worst day, I could cook each dish 10x better at home, as well as and likewise, (while not exactly the same), the worst Chinese buffet is a better choice. Service and timing was just fine, pricing was average and portions were okay, but we'll skip this in the future.

Decided to try this Thai place close to our new home, and conveniently next to a Dominoes Pizza (where the Mrs. was ordering a pizza for the kids.) They do offer both dine-in and carryout. When I went in, I was quickly greeted by a host, who answered my questions and then went back to helping the 10 other customers in the restaurant. By my understanding, this is a mom and pop Thai place, with the young couple doing it all to make it successful. I ordered the Panag Chicken Curry and the Pepper Steak. As they were quite busy, it was ready to go in 20 minutes. Each entree came with about a cup of rice. I was quite pleased with both entrees. Having never had Panag curry, I have nothing to compare it to, but it was mildly sweet and ended with a nice kick, but not so much of one that I would hesitate to eat more. It was very good, chicken was tender, and the peppers fresh. I was also quite happy with the pepper steak, which was tender as well with great vegetables. Portion size was a bit smaller than expected, but was not really a concern as we were plenty full after finishing these two entrees. So the portion size is probably correct for most adults. Overall a good experience, and we will return to support this family restaurant.

So this place is by far my best in terms of quality. The vegetables are always fresh and that definately shows. My only downside is the small portions - but I take a hit on the quantity every now and again and go here instead of my regular spot at Thai Hut 2. Deeeeelish!
