Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.

Delicioso! So far I loved everything I got from here. We got delivery, so you have to base it on food you know may have been cooked 20-30 minutes earlier. I got hot chicken wings, and they were really good. Lot of meat on the bone, and they weren't dry and shriveled up from delivery. The cheese calzone was loaded with cheese and was great. My only criticism of it was that the 3 cheeses could have been spread out more evenly. The garlic knots were much better than ordering garlic bread. Really good. We also tried their soups, and both were really good.

I'm a born and raised New Yorker and I love, love pizza! So believe me when I tell you that when it comes to pizza I know what I'm talking about. So do yourself a favor and go to Giovanni's at the Vineyards, Moravella's on Airport Rd or Napoli on the Bay by the city dock for great NY Style Pizza in Naples! Hell even go to Joey D's or NY Pizza & Pasta (although they are both hit or miss when it comes to consistently delivering a quality pizza), just don't go to L'Appetito!! That is unless you like rude service, rude owners and a thin greasy soggy excuse of a pizza!!! Oh and like Kelly M. mentioned in another review..."Sicilian" pizza is NOT just forming regular pizza dough into a square! This place sucks and anyone that gives this place a good review has no idea what real NY pizza tastes like...for that I truly pity you!

I saw canned sauce in the storage area once but ignored that since the thin crust pizza was good. Ordered a Sicilian pizza tonight. It was not a Sicilian pizza. It was a regular crust pizza shaped into a square instead of round. I won't give you a 3rd chance. If you're going to claim to be a pizza/Italian restaurant, do it correctly please. Do it better, or not at all. Oh, and I paid for a Coke which was never delivered. That's like Food Delivery 101--- deliver what was ordered at least. Sorry.

Why didn't i do carry out herre before Huge portions ! Great salad garlic knots w Meals and they have gluten free options

Awful service. They are either constantly understaffed or the severs just can't handle it.

Realizing pizza is one the most personal of foods (BBQ is another) I proclaim this the best NY style (my favorite) pizza in the Naples area. Huge individual slices make for a quick, tasty lunch and the service is super quick. We've been eating here for twelve years and look forward to each and every visit.

Great little pizza shop. The pizza was good overall. I would ask them to cook it well done to make sure the crust is crisp. The toppings and sauce were good.

1/2 a star at best! Their delivery driver tailed me coming through my gate, while almost rear ending me, then flips me off. As if this wasn't enough, he follows me to my building, calls me a female dog, then proceeds to threaten me by saying that he knows where I live and I should "watch out"! Wth?! He said this to me as I'm pulling my 2 year old out of the car. I called the restaurant, owner calls me an hour later and tells me that "it's a crazy world we live in and stuff like this is now the norm."!!!!!! I can't even make this stuff up. If you want great pizza, try Jets or New York Pizza. Stay away from this place.

Best pizza in town. The chicken piccata is excellent If you can put up with all the New York City decoration you will have a good meal

It is a very cozy place, with friendly staff and excellent food. Always a great experience. I have been there many times and always loved my meal. The servers are sweet and friendly and really make the dining experience enjoyable and never feel rushed.

Awesome they always deliver on time and always very nice.. GREAT PIZZA

Salads here are great. Best part is they are extremely filling. I'm a fan of the tossed with chicken and vinaigrette dressing. Usually have one a week on my way to or from my chiropractors office. Very reasonably priced and to-go is especially worth it. I feel like its a challenge for them to see how much they can fit in the container. My wife likes the caesar with chicken but that's what she's into. I'm not a fan of black olives and they have never messed that up, so they are doing well in my book thus far. Inside is your normal pizza joint with plenty of places to sit if your not in a hurry. Definitely worth stopping in.

Went for Gluten Free pizza, heard it was great. They were out, really. Get your act together!!

My family and I decided to try this place for dinner. We waited over an hour to get our pizza. Once we got our pizza they forgot to put in the order for my daughter's pizza. It took at least a half an hour for us to get our drinks (water). There was only one waitress in the whole place! I normally don't review places, but I thought this place needed to be reviewed it was that bad. The pizza was o.k., but not worth waiting that long for.

Been coming here for over 10 years when I visit my parents in Naples. I live in Boston where we have good pizza, and this place is as good as the ones back home! Amazing veggie pizza, and amazing grilled chicken salads! The salads are piled HIGH with veggies of all sorts, and their house dressing is awesome. I always need to eat here at least once when I come down!

Probably some of the best pizza I've ever had. The servers are really great. They know how to do great New York pizza.

Last time I wa there around 1pm, watched one of the staff fill the ice machine/soda machine with ice. He brought in 15 or 20 bags, cracked each on the FLOOR 3 or 4 times, then poured into the machine. God only knows what was attached to those bags. Ugh. Never went back.

Good food and plenty of it - great lunch spot only drawback is limited seating. Garlic knots are a must and the sandwich selection is standard italian done really well - meatball parm and lasagna with alfredo sauce are excellent and good canollis and desserts too. Go hungry and still leave with leftovers!

Nice little Italian place. Decent service, great pizza! A good thin-crust with touch of sweetness to the sauce.

The Randall location is not really good to go and sit down, the place is small and they have one server.i get my food to go. It's great, the pizza (I have had pizza from all over the world, it really is good), the pasta, the subs, the wings, all of it yummy!! Go!

Yummy pizza for Florida.

After reading the GREAT reviews I had to try this pizza. We found a nice setting, very deli style but comfortable. There was one server on for the whole restaurant plus take out! There were a couple of what I guess to be the owners feeling special standing around not helping or doing anything except turning the pizza by the slice around. We ordered the house special pizza, this is what made us famous they said. We were delivered a pool of oil and soggy crust. The pizza was disgusting! Now back to the fact that we never saw the server after she delivered it. By the time she came back we had eaten what we could and told them how bad it was. She took it to the owner and he said it was a new cook. They offered a desert and we declined. They then packed up the gross soggy pizza for us to take home....LMAO I say skip this place there are so many Italians here why eat at a wanna be joint!

This literally my favorite pizza place of all time. When the owner is there making the pizza's forget about it, he's the best pizza maker ever.

this place is located on the north side of immokalee road, just east of I75. It's a small place, and not too fancy. They have tasty pizza and I like their calzones and heros too. Typically they have slice pies at lunch time and occasionally they have them in the evening too. Don't expect linen table cloths, it's a pizza joint. I had a slice the other day that was great- balsamic chicken. I have not tried any of the pasta dishes yet, but I probably should !

My favorite pizza place in Naples! What a great find here in Southwest Florida, where it's hard to find a truly great pizza. I will not have to order another Papa John's or Domino's now that I've found L'appetito. I placed a take-out order for dinner on Sunday, August 28, and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I arrived 18 minutes after I ordered and it was ready, and hot out of the oven. My order consisted of an order of the Dozen Garlic Knots ($5.75) and an extra large Meat Lovers pizza ($21.95). I love garlic and am a true carnivore, so I thought I'd give these a try. I was not disappointed with my choices. If you love garlic, be prepared for the Garlic Knots to give you garlic breath. Very hot and fresh tasting, my girlfriend and I could only eat 7 of the 12. The garlic is over-the-top, but in a good way. I was thinking that there might be a hint of garlic like at some pizza places, but L'appetito knocks the knots out of the park with garlic flavor. They also top the knots with parmesan cheese when they are hot out of the oven. And the Meat Lovers pizza was perfectly cooked, and loaded with pepperoni, sausage, homemade meatballs, ham, and REAL BACON. Despite being loaded to the brim with meaty goodness, the thin pizza did not flop over at the ends or become greasy or soggy. The extra large pizza could easily feed a hungry family of 4 to 5, and my girlfriend and I could only eat 3 out of the 8 jumbo-sized slices. Now as a real pizza aficionado, and someone who can appreciate the delicious leftovers, I put the leftovers to the test today. How did the pizza and garlic knots hold up the day after? Perfectly! The pizza did not get soggy and was as tasty as it was fresh. And the knots were maybe even a little tastier, after having a whole night to soak up the garlic and parmesan cheese. If you are lucky enough to be close enough for a carry-out order or to dine-in, don't pass up the chance to visit L'appetito. Great value, quick service, fresh ingredients, and a local, family-owned business. The best pizza place in Naples.

Great pizza, though I usually go for the wings. The standard pizzas are about $14 which is great compared to other comparable pizza joints here. Friendly service and quaint atmosphere.

My personal favorite pizza place in all of Naples. A little pricy, but when we go out for a family dinner this is always our little 'spot'
(5)Ozzie P.
Have had the pizza, salad and breakfast brunch here. Consistently good and pleasant atmosphere.

Went here for the first time with my husband on Sunday. Delicious bruschetta and pizza and very good service. Will definitely return.

First time dining here today. We ordered Mozzarella sticks, salad and a pizza. Let me start off by saying the service was crap and we were the only ones dining in the whole restaurant. Waitress was rude and not at all helpful when asking questions. We had to track her down just to get our check. Never came to check on us and again we we're the only ones in the restaurant And now for the food. Mozzarella sticks and salads were fine however overpriced if you ask me. Our pizza was so greasy and although I love New York style pizza and grew up in Italy it was almost way to stretched out and thin. More disturbing was the amount of grease on top. Let's just say we left with upset stomachs. Sauce is not bad however nothing to brag about. Overall prob won't be returning anytime soon. There are plenty of other better choices in Naples

First time was great! Pizza was fresh, crisp, and delicious. The second time, not so much. Garlic knots were my favorite! Consistency is key... And I'm saddened to say I'm locked out.
(3)Adeline H.
Very pricey for what it is we've have margarita pizza and the garlic knots. Garlic nots lacking flavor it's just butter and garlic that's it! The pizza is okay there are sooo many better pizzas in town.

In a town with numerous Italian restaurants and pizzeria's I'm shocked this place is still in business. When people talk about Naples pizza and Italian food you hear Joey D's, New York Pizza and Pasta, and Leoni's. You don't hear of this establishment because the food is simply no good. That's the most important part of any pizzeria. The 2 times I'v tried this place once I got sick and the other I just left unhappy because my pizza was burnt and not offered to be remade. You want good pizza in Naples? Go to any of the 3 place I mentioned above, hell go to Domino's its better then this dump.

Excellent Food!! We ordered baked ziti w/ meatballs, lasagna, Philly steak sub. Side salads were huge!
