For sandwiches, this place is the best! Delicious muffulettas, like-homemade yummy pot roast, stacked high corned beef, and many varieties of other sandwiches. They also offer a great salad bar and gluten free options as well. Then, finish it off with FREE soft-serve ice cream! They have spacious seating and the staff is helpful and friendly. Can't go wrong!

Tried this place for lunch because of all the good reviews. I just don't get it. It's horrible. Saladbars just plain freak me out with people breathing on and touching everything. My sandwich was just ok and the soup was bland. Maybe they were having a bad day? Not my kind of spot with the many other healthy choices nearby.

Well the food and selection here is really good. I got one of the Po' Boys and it was really good. The people I ate with all really enjoyed their meals as well. I also like the side bar where you can get toppings like jalepenos or whatever you think you may need to add on to your meal. I can't complain about the fact that you can grab a beer at this place as well. The only issue I had and the reason for the three stars is the service and cleanliness. The place was overrun with people so the line was out the door. They decided to open up some extra cashiers when things were already beyond control. When we were finally able to find a table it was filthy because they only have one guy cleaning all the tables in the whole place. I don't blame him for his work they need at least two employees to do this during the lunch rush. If you wanted to see what was on the menu good luck finding one. They never refilled it at least while I was there. That's why I got a Po' Boy it was one of the specials on the board above the cashiers. Once they figure out how to handle the huge crowds they get during the lunch rush this place is easily 5 stars.

Awesome lunch place. Great value and huge portions and sandwiches. Free ice cream with every meal. Quick service and nice and clean.

Gluten Free fans! They now have GF bread for sandwiches. Thought you should know!

Before heading back home to NJ, we stopped for a bite to eat here. Could not believe how busy it was, but the line moved fast and our food did not take long to come out, either. A little understaffed as far as maintaining the cleanliness of the tables, but other than that, it was really great lunch food and a really large deli. I'd go back in a heartbeat!

Seriously, what's not to love about Jason's Deli?!? Fresh high quality food, a HUGE assortment of organic options, crazy delicious soups, plus all you can eat frozen yogurt? Uh, yes please! On any given day I am happy to feast on a bowl of vegetarian vegetable soup and a half sandwich. You can't go wrong here! Our location recently did an interior remodel, and it really opened the place up and allows more natural light to come in. I like it.

Great Jason's location. It was clean and staff was friendly. It offers all the great options you'd expect from this chain - sandwiches, salads, giant potatoes, and, of course, the signature free ice cream! The new Quinoa Shrimp & Mango salad was a light and refreshing option, that came in a huge bowl. There was a nice kick to it, and the addition of avocado slices was a great touch. The salad bar was clean and frequently refilled - when a manager noticed something was almost out, he immediately apologized and said he'd have someone out there right away, and that was just from him walking by and noticing - very attentive and efficient!

  • Barb F.

I can only give a review on the unlimited salad bar as that is all my friend and I had. The price is reasonable and you can skip the regular line and pay for salad bar only at a kiosk which makes things fast! Everything on the salad bar is fresh but there is nothing unique... usual salad bar stuff. Next time, I will order off the menu (I'll report back)

  • Mark B.

The service today is not what it has been in the past. Cashier doesn't listen, food for two was brought with flatware for one and one napkin. Management is lacking. What was formerly no charge for a substitution they now charge for. Probably our last time!

Jason's Deli is great! I've eaten at them for years and it's always good! The only negative would be when it is super busy and you don't like a lot of noise but other than that it's a win win situation. I always try and go and eat during off hours so it's quieter. If you want great food and a great salad bar with free ice cream then go here!!

We ordered pick-up & everything was fresh, well-prepared & delicious. First time at a JD, but we'd definitely go back again!

Naples local. My father and I just wanted something simple, fresh, close by, and quick to go. Perfect! Alexia (who greeted me) made sure the staff was getting my order ready, on top of answering phones and questions to walk in dinerals, directing people in the right direction...etc etc. Although our order was slightly off, we love everything there...prices, quality, guest service. Great family place and quick take out.

Here is how I wound up at Jason's. Wife let's go to Jason's. Me NO. Why, I don't want to eat at a chain in Naples. Wife but you have never been. NO! I won't like it. Well we went don't know how she chiseled my 50 foot NO to yes but Mrs. K does have her ways. I ordered a Yankee sandwich. I think that was the name. It was corned beef and pastrami and a bowl of soup. I had no idea how big the sandwiches were going to be. Yikes. Really good tasty corned beef and pastrami very moist meat and the rye bread was a good strong rye. So I did not finish the sandwich took half of it back to the house where I just knew I would get to it. Oh well I didn't. I will have to go back just to prove to Mrs K. I really don't like the place. :)

I'd originally heard about Jason's Deli on a road trip to Tampa with a friend who was familiar with the chain. We didn't get to stop then, so I made a point of it while on a recent work trip to Naples. I came during peak lunch hours, and the place was busy. But even with the crowds, service was speedy and friendly, and my food was at my table before I even noticed. I opted for the soup and sandwich deal, with the seafood gumbo and the 1/2 reuben. Yum and yum! Portion size was just-right, with a price to match. I'd heard about the salad bar, but I wasn't really feeling it that day. Next time for sure!

Great deli, and very popular. You can see your food prepped. And there is a long salad bar if you like to graze. I like the chicken chili. It's laden with tortilla chips and has cheese on it along with chunks of meat. A bit spicey, which makes me love it. Jason's has a unique item for customer appreciation. At the back wall, you can serve yourself, for FREE, with a small dollop of soft serve ice cream in a finger size cone. Thanks!

  • Danielle S.

I've been to Jason's Deli many times, and I've always loved the Rueben. I decided to venture out this time and order the Chicken Alfredo. Hmm. I would definitely never order it again. I guess you should probably stick to getting pasta from an Italian place, not a deli, but even so, it wasn't TERRIBLE. It was just not as good as the rueben, so of course I was disappointed. The one thing that kind of bugs me about Jason's Deli is the weird salad bar situation. For $4 you can add one singular trip to the salad bar onto your entree/sandwich. For $7.95, you can have the unlimited salad bar. And that's even if you don't get the entree. I guess I just think that for $4, you should get to add the unlimited salad bar. It's not like you're going to be THAT hungry, since you're getting an entree too, and the plate is so tiny. I want to get salad, but I also want chocolate pudding. Oh, I have to put those both on the same tiny plate? For $4? I find that too expensive. For a place that offers everybody free ice cream (which is great don't get me wrong) I think they could give you the unlimited salad bar for $4 and maybe a one-time-tiny-plate-trip for like $2. If I want chocolate pudding and salad, I don't think I should have to pay $8. I'm not going to eat seventeen plates of salad, I promise. I even asked the girl for another small plate because I didn't want to mix my ranch with my chocolate pudding. She was like, sorry, you only ordered the one time trip. It only comes with one plate. Okaaaay then, thanks a tril! I guess I shouldn't be too bothered about that fact, or maybe I just shouldn't order any salad here ever, but . I like the pickles, the cookies, the Rueben, oh, and their baked potatos are HUGE!

This place is always filled with screaming kids the salad bar is not fresh or well maintained. Food comes out fast, and you have to love the free ice cream. sandwiches are dry and aren't very consistent. Good for a quick bite with the family

  • David O.

I always look forward to going to Jason's for great deli sandwiches. The service is prompt, even when they are busy. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food comes out fast and hot. The sandwiches are huge, and taste fantastic. My favorites are the Reuben and the Beefsteak! The kids love the free ice cream, and the kids menu is wonderful and healthy. What's not to love? This is just a fantastic place. Hummm, is it lunchtime?

  • Emily H.

The food comes out fast and it's hot and perfectly crafted! The Reuben is delicious and the salad bar is pretty tasty. I love that they serve a few beers too :)

I used to work across the street down by cypress way. I'm not sure what ate my review. I'm sure one was drafted long ago its one of the few places in N. Naples that is always consistent. I didn't see it in the filter. So I might have deleted it by accident. Sorry Jason, but here we go, this is a great place for fresh quality ingredients, service is quick clean and efficient. The tables are clean and the staff seem happy. The baked potatoes are huge Caroline. Soups sandwich's are all delish I have not had a bad meal yet. I have used them in the past for marketing and they make boxed meals to go if you have bigger groups ask for a catering menu. By fax or email.

I had lunch here today. The pot roast melt sandwich was SO delicious! Meat was cooked perfectly, with melted cheese on some of the best bread I have ever eaten; a bit of soft serve topped of a yummy lunch. Try Jason's Deli sometime.........

  • Kristie W.

Food was good. My BF had the Corned Beef and he said he definitely had better. But it wasn't bad. There was definitely a need for more people on the floor cleaning considering how many were behind the counter chatting. But for the price I expected better.

  • Carol M.

Very nice place to eat. They even a Gluten Free menu too. Will go back again.

  • Meg W.

Expansive salad bar over there, deli station over here. I had the reuben - always do, and a pickle. Yum. They have anything you could want though, salads, deli sandwiches, paninis, wraps, potatoes, pasta, pasta salads, soup. For the sammys you can pick something predetermined (club, reuben, tuna melt, all the usual suspects,) or build your own.

  • Charles H.

More of a Panera than a Deli once you get inside. Tons of seating, looks like they do a lot of catering. Sandwiches were good, lots of meat and were pretty cheap, came with a pickle and chips, good meal to pack for a beach day.

  • Jim M.

We visit often and enjoy this place. A few tables out front so you can bring your pet. Reasonably priced decent food. It's a Deli not fine dining.
