Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

This is a great place to enjoy dinner, music., dance and meet really nice people of all ages. The DJ played some really nice mix tunes and the menu has a variety of choices to choose from. The waiters were great and we're very attentative throughout the night. I look forward to returning and trying more of the menu items.

We havent been to McDivots in years. It's a restaurant at Carolina Club and it's in a building that looks like a mansion on an old plantation. The restaurant could use some updating but it's dimly lit and I guess, part of the whole atmosphere. We showed up on a Wednesday at about 5:00 and were asked if we had a reservation. Um no - really? REALLY. We were very happy to sit at a booth in the bar as the hoards of retirees piled in. First off, it was prime rib night. You get prime rib with two sides for $9.99. Then they have early bird which is a main course dinner from the menu where you get free soup or salad plus dessert. We didnt order either. My husband ordered something off of the pub menu - I think it was a french dip sandwich. He enjoyed it. I had stuffed shrimp which was tasty. My favorite part was that it was happy hour. Premium drinks 50% off. To sum it up - I'll come back to McDivots but will only sit in the bar area, during happy hour and have an average meal for a decent price. Great bartender and drinks.

McDivot's is "Rib-a-licious" Though housed in a charming southern-style building at the Carolina Golf Club, McDivot's feels more like a classic tavern from up north. Warm wood accents and comfy, extra-large booths made for an inviting dining experience. _______ McDivot's nightly meal deals are big and delicious for $ 9.95. After Wednesday's Prime Rib night - a meaty, marbled 8 oz. slab with baked potato and green beans, we returned for ribs on Thursday: fall-off-the-bone pork spares that were glistening, succulent and finger licking good. The half rack was "ginormous" and the sauce delectable and sweet, reminiscent of Sweet Baby Ray's. Coleslaw to the side was creamy, crunchy and made in-house and the mashed potatoes were firm and flavorful. All in all McDivot's delivered a five-star, home-cooked meal. The restaurant offers complete meal deals Tuesday-Sunday for $9.95 and lunch deals Tuesday-Friday for $4.95 (left). In addition, they offer a variety of steaks, sandwiches, burgers, salads and fresh fish (baked, blackened or deep-fried) on the regular menu. There is something for everyone at McDivots and the service was friendly and quick on our visit for ribs. McDivot's has a full bar with a value-priced happy hour and dining on the terrace overlooking the beautiful Carolina Golf Club. What: McDivot's at the Carolina Golf Club Where: 3011 Rock Island Road - Margate, Florida 33063 When: 11 AM to 9:30 PM Tuesday thru Saturday / Sunday 10 AM to 9:30 PM. - Open Monday's barside only 11 AM to 7 PM. - Sunday Brunch from 10AM to 2PM $17.95 per person. - Small parties up to 40 guests welcome. - McDivot's accepts reservations and walk-ins. Awesome sunday brunch!!! Once in awhile my husband and I will treat ourselves to sunday brunch here. We literally live next door to mcdiviots which is great. For $17.95 you get all you can eat. They have an omelette and waffle station which is heavenly. This is the best waffle I've ever had. Don't forget the butter and whipped cream!!! It's so easy to get filled up on those two things alone. Then they have the buffet station where they offer up bacon, sausage links, eggs benedict, corned beef hash, baked salmon in cream sauce, turkey and gravy, rice and beef tips. My husband and I have also enjoyed sunday night dinners here. We sit outside and get a nice view of the golf course. We usually just order a couple of burgers and fries and they're ok with that even though that comes from their lunch menu. The service is always really good and friendly. We are lucky and happy that we live next door to mcdiviots.

Was at the facility today for Admin Day. Lousy service. Buffet was blah. Service leaves less to be desired. Ketchup was spilled on guest. Lunch was served after 1 hour

Visited McDivot's for a company luncheon the buffet was "meh" and even though the menu items were good it took an HOUR to get it. We mentioned this to the manager who proceeded to tell us that we were wrong it had only been "30 minutes". Is that better? We won't be returning. Don't eat here if you're really hungry and in a hurry. Oh, and if you don't want ketchup spilled on you (which happened to my coworker).

Disappointing. Four of us went on a Wednesday for their prime rib special at $9.95.We ordered before six and we're told they were out of rice and cole slaw so we all ordered baked potatoes. Side salads were $3 extra but we were assured by our waiter that was no big thing (annoying). Our meals were delivered with mashed potatoes with the explanation that the baked potatoes weren't ready and rather than have our meals get cold they substituted the mashed. He said he would bring out the baked potatoes when they were ready. Of course that never happened. When we asked we were told they were not quite ready yet. The meat was cooked properly, cut very thin and one in our party's whole dinner was cold. They took it back to the kitchen, grilled the prime rib so that it was returned to her well done, instead of the rare she had originally, with the vegetables still cold. We will never go there again.

Certainly better than mcdonalds. This place is where its at. Lots of fun to be had here. I spent a lot of my childhood in this institution. I can still smell those fried seafood plates they would serve. A real treat. Lots of places for children to run around, different rooms and so forth. I never realized it was a country club as a kid. I think some of my family had weddings or bar mitzvahs here, it's a very big place with lots of different rooms. Probably a good place to spend the day, sit at the bar, watch sports, play golf and stuff, converse with suburban families, etc.

Came for dinner at 8:15pm on a Friday night. Ordered French Onion Soup for starters followed by the Chicken Macadamia. The quality of the meal was a double bogey. The soup lacked flavor and bread/croutons. The main dish of panko breaded chicken breast with a combo sauce concoction was BLAND. The veg medley of broccoli/carrot/green bean/squash was sadly over cooked and the baked potato must have been reheated from night before because it was dry. On a scale of 1-10, I would give it a FAIL. Stick with chicken wings. You can't fuck those up.
(2)Michael G.
We will never go back to McDivot's . The service was very bad. They ran out of food that we ordered . The manger came over and told us we can order anything on the menu for the same price. He then said he didn't say that. Anyone that goes there will be sorry. There should be no stars

Brunch was good but service was horrible. Brunch is a buffer so all the server has to do is get the drinks correct and that proved to be too much work. Good food on the buffet and the omelette and waffle station was great but we waited 20 minutes to see a server to get our check. Needs improvement!
