If you like dishonest Realtors, by all means contact these folks. Seriously, The Properties of the Villages is not a member of the Realtors Association of Lake & Sumter Counties; therefore, it does NOT have to abide by the Board of REALTORS Code of Ethics. The Properties' Realtor blatantly lied to us by telling us, the Sellers, that we were required to fix "everything" the home inspector noted, such as nail pops, a door scraping on the carpet, etc. (even though the inspection declared all was in good working condition) after the buyer signed a contract. The Properties' agent was supposed to be representing the seller but she was representing the buyer.
