We never go wrong going to Ruby Tuesday in Homestead. The food is always fresh. The service is always great. Susy the bartender makes excellent drinks. The manager always comes out to ask if we are pleased. The salad bar is cleanly organized. Of course keep in mind that we are in Homestead and restaurant selection is limited.

I completely forgot about this place. So yesterday I ordered a turkey avocado burger and it was delicious! The one reason why I can't give it a 5 star is because of service. Love the fact that restaurants now have curbside so if you're at lunch you don't need to get down. Well, I waited and nothing! Had to get down place was practically empty and still had to hunt a waiter down. I think I will give it another try since I love the salad bar.

Got a lot better a while ago. Decor updated, and they must have found a real cook! Food much improved. Good salad bar, too. My wife and I go about monthly.

I went with the family to Ruby Tuesday on Valentine's day. This tends to be a very busy day not only flower shops but also restaurants. Keeping that in mind I compiled my rating. Waitress Jacky was great, she really was helpful with our orders and being bilingual, she connected nicely with my Spanish speaking parents. Food I had two issues with my food. I ordered the Petite Sirloin (12oz) with French Fries and Mashed Potato. I ordered the Petite Sirloin to be cooked Medium. My brother also ordered the Petite Sirloin cooked Medium. When the food came, the restaurant were out of cooked French Fries and I had to wait a bit for that. The waitress had the mind to tell me that they were out of fries and I had to wait a little while rather than keeping quite and making me wait. That's a very good thing. When I cut into my sirloin, it was way too raw. When I would sink in the knife it looked like a river of red fluid coming out of the sirloin. It was very under cooked. My brother's sirloin on the other hand was cooked as it should have been. I sent my sirloin back. My sirloin returned but now it wasn't cooked Medium as you would guess. It felt more like Medium-well or Well. I really would had liked it if they would have brought me a new order. Overall the sirloin was fine, nothing magical but it was what I expect from chain restaurants. Conclusion It was valentine's day and busy. There were a few mess-ups in the kitchen that night with my orders (late french fries, something else was late but I can't remember what it was, and my meat was under cooked). The waitress was helpful and nice. She attended us just fine. P.S. Angela R. mentioned that the restaurant is in a questionable place. Not sure what she means. The location is busy with consumers, well lit, and not located near any ghetto areas or anything of the sort.

can i get zero stars? i've been here before and enjoyed the triple prime burger which is why i came back. this time things were much much different. i ordered the BBQ burger with the triple prime patty. looked good but had a funky plastic smell. having had a mix of other things at the table, sometimes smells mix in weird ways. sniffing the burger didnt help as i couldnt figure out what it was. burger seemed ok but the odd plastic smell kept lingering. after digging into the burger a bit i figured what it was... the bbq sauce they use has an odd smokey plastic smell. that smell/taste stayed with me till the following morning. no amount of tooth brushing would make it go away. i'm done here for a while. ruby clean up your act.

Shitty food, shitty service, a bunch of drunk belligerent assholes sitting at the bar, so i had to get up and move just to keep myself from knocking someone out. I wont be coming back here, this place apparently does not know when to cut there customers off. Avoid.....

First time here , the lady who seated us wasn't very friendly but our server was friendly. We got the shrimp fondue, baked ravioli, and chicken and brocolli Penni pasta. Everything was fresh and delicious . Only thing I can say bad was one of the waitresses had her boobs hanging out, you could see her bra and everything. It bothered my husband. He said it's not professional and not for this type of environment.

Salad Bar was horrible, whiteish brown iceberg lettuce, dirty plates, very slow and lazy wait staff despite the restaurant being slow. Wouldn't come back to this location

We decided to go eat dinner here before an appointment. There were only 2 families inside and 4 guys at the bar. I decided to order one of their new Pretzel Burgers: the Portabella Crispy Onion Pretzel Cheeseburger* I told the waitress well done after she asked me. When I got the burger, the fries were about room temp & the burger was very salty. I said well done but was only referring to the meat, not every aspect of the burger. The Portabella Mushrooms & the Crispy Onions were well done. I was not impressed for a classy joint posing to be better than fast food. Ever since they got rid of Tyler Florence's menu, they have gone back down. They will never be a Chili's. I'm going back there...at least 2 stars because the service was better than the food. THEY SERIOUSLY NEED TO CLEAN ALL THE DUST FROM THE LIGHTING OVERHEAD AND OVERALL DECOR.

Food was horrible, prices were too high, waitress was far from helpful, and the cook/janitor was snoring away in a booth... $60 down the drain.

I love Ruby Tuesday, among all the cafeteria chains or neighborhood restaurants as they call it now is my favorite, the thing that I love the most is the salad bar, and this particular location has a very clean, well organized and well stocked salad bar. Staff is very helpful and kind. I stopped here on my way to the Keys.

This place has always been a family favorite! The salad Bar is a must for me. It's always fresh & neat. The staff is amazing. I go often. Just recently my sis held a surprise bday dinner for me. They allowed her to decorate the table & her desired bday touches. I really wish i remembered our waitresses name to give her a shout out. Also drinks from the bar are great. Any drink you order that has some fruity name, you will find mini pieces of it in the drink!! Also ribs & shrimp combo is delish. The sampler is great too. Nice Presentation A+. Very inexpensive!

Simple, fresh American dining is what you are promised as you enter Ruby Tuesday. What you get is another story. The hubby and I decided to try some of their new fare and it was disappointing. I can see where they are trying to go but they are not there yet. Their salad bar is a good value and worth it for lunch if you are into big salads.
