Food OK, Place needs improvement. 1st booth we sat in had a terrible smell, we moved but still can smell it all over. All the advertised special was to feed a baby. We had the oyster and the lobster along with the full meal course, wasn't too bad, but could be better.

Poor service and food. Food had hair, got 3 out of 4 meals. Some leaks came out without the two sides. The server couldn't bring me sugar for my tea because their sugar comes in big large bags. We shared our experience with the manager that happened to be the Chef, he was insulted that we didn't like his food. Terrible experiences we've had at this location.

WOWZER! Talk about bad communication. We ordered takeout which was simple. Now I mention placing the order was simple only because some places have complete idiots working the phones and cannot take orders. We come again, she knew me as soon as I walked up, I mean seriously.. I. A. Famous. She said just a bit while she went back to go get our food... couple minutes go by, then finally 30 minutes later the food comes out. We check the bag as she said to, and thank goodness we did because of all the food items to be left out was MINE! :( Turns out the person next to us had my food, and she happily forked it over. She then asked us to wait because the biscuits were almost done - really? more waiting? FINE! Only because they were fresh and those biscuits are damn good. Finally! we leave. Biscuits - crispy and warm Lobster Alfredo - delicious! && they weren't cheap with the lobster. Fish and chips... meh had better. All around this place gets the rating from the service.

First time trying red lobster and regret spending so much money on such bad food . The service is as bad as the food...waited almost an hour for our food to come. Waiter didn't bring utensils, napkins, and left us without water for more than half our meal. Had to ask other staff to bring us water. Food was over priced and wasn't good. Had a couple next to us blasting regge off their cell phone. Service was so bad that that they gave us 20% off our check without us asking. Never coming back!

This place does it right. Great service and great food. The lobster bisque was delicious and so was the lobster and scampi linguini and of cousrse their famous biscuits that go great with the whole meal. I left this place in a food coma (that's a good thing). Definitely, go to "lobster fest," you won't regret it.

Compared to eating over-priced ... ill prepared food in the Keys, we ate at RL today; loved it!! It's nice to go into a professionally managed atmosphere where the Servers dress neatly & with class. The restaurant was immaculate, shrimp scampi was excellent. Our Server...Damon was fantastic. Genuinely cared about our dining experience, highly attentive, clearly enjoyed his job, and his colleagues...including the Hostess were friendly & accommodating. You can usually be certain that by eating at a RL, the quality of food is going to be to your expectations...consistently...and the staff obviously undergo Corporate level training. Be sure to save room for their decadent chocolate cake!!! Kudos...

The service was pretty awful. The waiter spilled an entire pitcher of ice old water on me and didn't offer to help clean it, or at least comp the meal or bring an apology appetizer or dessert. The food was tasteless and the waiter had no idea what "sustainable seafood" was when we asked which options were sustainable or local. Surprisingly expensive for food that doesn't taste so great and probably isn't that healthy for you either.

After spending the day in and around Miami it was good to relax and grab a light bite to eat. The service was excellent and the food was fine. I'd go back.

My family and I are seafood lovers to Red Lobster has been our favorite seafood place for years. The food is always good. They have slowed down on bringing out the biscuits and they always seems to have some coming out soon. I think someone told them to cut back on bring out the free bread. They know we are all addicted to those cheese biscuits. In all we love the place and we are please that Homestead finally got a local Red Lobster.

I know this is a mainstream restaurant but i feel this specific location deserves this review. They just opend about a week ago and they have been consistently busy since they have opened so i figured today around 3pm would be a good time to go...wrong...still busy as hell...but we were seated rather quickly and our waiter Carl was phenomenal. The place was packed but never had to wait to long to get a refill or extra cheese biscuits!!! YUM!!! I had the shrimp linguini alfredo and coconut butterfly shrimp and the mom had grilled lobster tail with crab legs and my nephew had grilled salmon and grilled shrimp. I have been to Red Lobsters before and i must say the quality of the food here was far superior than i have ever seen before. Generous portions and great service equal repeat customer.

Red Lobster kind of gets a bad rep so it's not usually my first choice but when you're going with a group of friends on a budget and a pregnant girl who's craving seafood, Red Lobster it is! Granted, it's been years since I've been here and never as an adult..er..young adult but here's the one thing that I don't remember and probably should have: CHEESE BISCUITS. That's right my friends, Cheese baked into biscuits. Imagine this for a second. Once your mouth stops watering a bit, then I can tell you, that this is apparently one of the many things they're known for. Btw, it's free and gets served warm (or rather, it should be). From what I gathered, portions are large, customer service was great but the drinks were made a little on the weak side, which was clearly fixed after the first round.

Food was great as I always love to go to Red Lobster but the service was not the greatest. We had a group of 6 and refills were a slow. The original drink order was wrong for 2 of us. It also took a while for the cheese biscuits to be refilled and then refills were brought when we didn't ask fir it. I must say though the waiters were very nice.
