came here for lazy dinner. i generally dont come to pollo due to the small meat portions on their tropichop and wraps. i had my usual, the chicken sandwich which at least has a decent amount of meat. service at the counter was fine and somewhat speedy. the restaurant floor needed attention. some tables where just downright nasty.

I am a Pollo Tropical fan!!! It is by far THE best fast food ever invented and it is downright delicious! I love everything on the menu and would recommend the tropi chops, chicken quesadilla wrap, and any of the chicken platters. All of the sides are great... especially rice, beans, maduros, yuca and waffle fries! I am pretty bummed that they don't serve tostones anymore. This location is just as good as any other. The staff were friendly and the wait time was about 5 minutes, but I'll wait 5 minutes anytime for Pollo Tropical! :-)

For fast food, this hit the spot. You obviously come here for the chicken. And fortunately that was quite good. Juicy and flavorful. But I also like the condiment bar with lots of spicy sauces and things like jalapeños that make it shine. Service was fine and there were lots of cops here having their lunch. If its good enough for the police, it's good for the rest of us too. A nice alternative.

We all known Pollo Tropical is fast food. However, it sure tastes better than a quick trip to McDonald's or Burger King. I don't eat fast food often. Meanwhile, when I do I don't mind swinging through this place. The food tastes much healthier and better than what's microwaved or fried at its peers. It's refreshing to walk up to the register at this place and see the chicken, pork, ribs, etc being grilled over a fire in front of you. What impressed me most, however, was the service here. The staff was happy, energetic, helpful and acted like they wanted to be there. It brought out that Caribbean vibe that's suppose to come with Pollo Tropical. Kudos to the staff. Excellent job. And, nice job on the Mojo pork!

The food is pretty tasty, especially for fast food. However, the customer service from the cashier left much to be desired. She seemed irritated to even take orders. Would not visit again, would choose another location.

The food was great! The vegetables were fresh and the the chicken was moist and delicious. One of the best pollo tropical I have been to in Miami. The drive thru was busy and so was inside the restaurant but I don't mind if the food will turn out this great.

I don't what has happened but the food is not the same anymore. The chicken is overcooked and dry. I won't be coming back.

Always packed and the drive thru is always packed as well. Staff always seems overwhelmed and at times rude. If you go thru the drive thru and wait sometimes 30 minutes (counting from when you got in the line until you finally leave) you might have to get down because they either forgot something or didn't have sauce to give you thru the window. What was the point of going thru the the DRIVE THRU then?? Inside they usually have a lady going around constantlly filling the sauce bar and cleaning off the tables which is nice to see.

Let me start by saying, I am not a big fan of pollo tropical. I actually just don't like it. However, it is a big step up from the other local mystery meat having fast food places that are around, which is why I am here so often. It's a great option for those of us who don't cook much but still want to have a regular meal. The food is edible, I always get the ceasar salad wrap or a sandwhich and the yuka fries which are delicious!

Maybe I was only this impressed because we arrived starving and fresh off a plane from NY at 10:30 AM, but experiencing Pollo Tropical was a very important spiritual rite of passage. Its closest equivalent in the Northeast is Boston Market, but aside from the chicken and pricing that's about it for common ground. I got 1/4 white meat with yellow rice and boiled yuca with garlic sauce and destroyed it. The chicken was pretty good, not oversalted, and it came with a wondrously squishy roll. There is a huge buffet-style sauce bar offering among other things catsup, several variations of BBQ sauce, and CURRY MUSTARD. No chance of suffering through a bland meal. This particular location had VERY CLEAN restrooms but again, 10:30 AM. No women around to pee on the toilet seats yet, and the staff were still mopping when we got there. If New York ever gets a Pollo Tropical, I will eat there every day.

I gave 1 star to this restaurant for various reasons. Number 1, I can't believe that a chicken restaurant ran out of their main ingredient (chicken) at 8:30 pm. Number 2, their cashiers are kind of rude. They should listen more to customers when getting orders and also they should learn how and when to use the word "Thank You". This is called "courtesy" and it's part of the customer service. Number 3, cleaning, even when 1 or 2 employees are doing their best to keep the restaurant clean they are other that are chatting with their friends. My compliments to an employee by the name of Raquel. Looks like she knows that keeping the restaurant clean helps any business to look good. My respects for her. what i see is a lack of team work and poor management. Hope the chain owner correct these problems or they will be loosing some business. I was under the impression that Pollo Tropical was a different concept. P.S. Plus No WiFi

Didn't know what to eat and we could not wait for food to be served so we stopped by the most convenient and fast food service around. Fortunately there was Pollo Tropical on our way back back from Key West. After a four hour drive going 40 mph on the long 100 miles Overseas Highway of Key West, we were very hungry. We ordered a couple Cuban wraps, Sweet Plantains and a combo plate called Trios. The Trios came with Chicken Wings, Ribs and Pork and 2 sides of Black Beans and Yellow Rice. The food was amazing as always and for less than 20 dollars we had a great meal. We wished we had this restaurant chain in Southern California. We will miss is it.
