So mad! Call to let store know - door bell rings. They hang up w/o question or consideration. Poor service that we come to expect. Way to go Dominos!

I'm the kind of person that realizes that everyone has a bad day and likes to give a business the benefit of the doubt and will give them 3 or 4 chances. Let me tell you that Domino's Pizza location in Homestead, FL on 8th St. was a fail each and every time. DONT EVER USE DOMINO's PIZZA IN HOMESTEAD, FL. This is the worst Domino's pizza location ever. It was a normal weekday night (no football games or bowl games that might have caused them to be inundated with tons of phone orders) it took them over an hour and a half to deliver the pizza to us and when I called to inquire as to the status of my order they kept placing me on hold or would not pick up the phone. When the pizza finally arrived the entire order was cold. I refused the order then called to have them refund me my money the stupid kid on the other end of the phone says he won't help me if I have attitude. Stupid little motherf@$&er. I will call the store manager and their corporate office to complain. Never using them again. Mom & Pop pizza places are the way to go.

I order two pan pizzas and they both came without any sauce. I clearly asked for EXTRA sauce and one burned and both were dry. I kindly asked for them to fix both orders and they tried to offer me a credit for one pizza. I told them I want two new pizzas so now my family and I have to wait another 30-40 minutes for their screw up? They have poor customer service. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I am so not happy with their service ! I was throwing a party and was needed a few more drinks so I ordered them for deliver. When I was ordering the website said that it had to be a minimum of $6.99 and that's what I did and I got a call saying that they can't deliver because my order was only drinks. NO WHERE ON THE WEBSITE did it say that they can't deliver only drinks and my order was past the minimum price for delivery. long story short I'm mad and don't have a bough drinks.

Not a big fan of chain store pizza, but since my choices are limited living in Homestead, this is my go to place for late night pizzes fixes. Delivery drivers are always pleasant and usually at my house in about a half hour. The online ordering and pizza tracker are a plus in my book.
